Working principle: in the process of moving the first sliding block 33 to drive the packaging box body 19 to one side and packaging the produced bag body 11, two ends of the first sliding block 33 are respectively connected with the top end of the first connecting rod 18 in a rotating way, the tail end of the first connecting rod 18 is connected with the rack 17, the first sliding block 33 moves, the rack 17 is pushed by the first connecting rod 18 to move, the rack 17 and the side plate 14 slide horizontally at the outer side, meanwhile, the top end of the rack 17 is engaged with the gear set 16, the gear set 17 is pushed to move horizontally, the gear set 16 is pushed to rotate at the outer side of the side plate 14, meanwhile, the tail end of the gear set 16 is connected with the first driving rod 27, the gear set 16 transmits the movement of the rack 17 to the first driving rod 27, the gear set 16 drives the first driving rod 27 to rotate quickly through the conversion of the gear set 16, the first driving rod 27 is engaged with the second sliding block 42, the second sliding block 42 is driven to move reversely to move with the rack 17, meanwhile, the second sliding block 42 drives the deflection plate 44 to move on the inner side of the side plate 14, friction with the moving packaging box body 19 causes the deflection plate 44 to be folded under the stress and aligned with the inner side of the side plate 14, smooth movement of the packaging box body 19 is facilitated through folding of the deflection plate 44, the bag body 11 is clamped into the packaging box body 19, after the first sliding block 33 pushes the packaging box body 19 to the bottom end of the collecting frame 12 to pack the bag body 11, the first driving rod 27 drives the second sliding block 42 to drive the deflection plate 44 to move to one side of the packaging box body 19, spring blocks 41 are mounted at two ends of the deflection plate 44, the spring blocks 41 drive the deflection plate 44 to deflect and reset, meanwhile, the rotating deflection plate 44 is limited by the limiting strips 43, and the deflection plate 44 deflects to be in a state perpendicular to the second sliding block 42.
The second driving rod 34 is driven by the power box 35 to reversely stretch and retract, the second driving rod 34 drives the first sliding block 33 to reversely slide and reset, the first sliding block 33 pulls the first connecting rod 18 to move, the rack 17 reversely slides outside the side plate 14, the gear set 16 is driven to rotate outside the side plate 14 through the movement of the rack 17, the first driving rod 27 drives the second sliding block 42 to move inside the side plate 14, the second sliding block 42 drives the one-side deflection plate 44 to move, the deflection plate 44 contacts with the side end part of the packing box body 19, the second sliding block 42 moves along one side of the first driving rod 27 to apply thrust to the packing box body 19, the packing box body 19 carries the bag body 11 to leave the bottom end of the collecting frame 12, meanwhile, the bottom end of the packing box body 19 contacts with the roller 28 in the moving process, by arranging the roller 28, when the bag body 11 is carried inside the packing box body 19, the quality can be increased, through the pivoted roll 28, reduce the frictional force that removes, be convenient for let packing box body 19 leave the bottom of collecting frame 12 fast, when first slider 33 reverse reset, first slider 33 pulls second connecting rod 31 deflection, let the top of second connecting rod 31 keep away from U type base 24 one side, reduce the effort that second connecting rod 31 applyed bottom plate 29, under the reverse thrust of telescopic link 25, the top of telescopic link 25 promotes U type base 24, let U type base 24 upwards remove and reset, simultaneously U type base 24 drives splint 36 upward movement, splint 36 and locating piece 38's interval enlarges, splint 36 receives the extrusion and weakens, under the reverse torsion of spring piece 41, splint 36 deflection resets and aligns with U type base 24's top.

Processing equipment for self-sealing bag production, including system bag machine (1) and bag body (11), its characterized in that: one side of the bag making machine (1) is fixedly provided with a collecting frame (12), one side of the bag making machine (1) positioned below the collecting frame (12) is provided with a supporting seat (15), the top end of the supporting seat (15) is fixedly provided with two side plates (14), a first groove (23) is formed in the top end of the supporting seat (15) and positioned between the two side plates (14), a U-shaped base (24) is movably arranged in the first groove (23), the bottom end of the U-shaped base (24) is fixedly provided with a telescopic rod (25), the top end of the U-shaped base (24) is rotatably provided with two clamping plates (36), two side ends of each clamping plate (36) are fixedly provided with spring blocks (41), one side of the side plates (14) is provided with a packing box body (19), the bottom end of the U-shaped base (24) is fixedly provided with a bottom plate (29), the tail end of the bottom plate (29) is rotatably provided with a second connecting rod (31), the bottom end of the supporting seat (24) is rotatably provided with a guide box (35), the bottom end of the supporting seat (26) is fixedly provided with a guide box (35), the top end of the second driving rod (34) is fixedly provided with a first sliding block (33), the side end part of the first sliding block (33) is fixedly provided with an L-shaped push plate (37), the top end of the supporting seat (15) is provided with a second groove (39), one side of the bag making machine (1) is fixedly provided with a counter (13), two inner side walls of the first groove (23) are fixedly provided with positioning blocks (38), and the top end of the supporting seat (15) is rotatably provided with at least two rollers (28);
Wherein, the top of U type base (24) is curved design, the inside of packing carton body (19) is agreed to the size of U type base (24) simultaneously, the mutual symmetry installation of two curb plates (14), and the mounting groove has been seted up to the inboard, the top of supporting seat (15) is the design of U type, one side of first slider (33) is inwards sunken design, the top and the first slider (33) of second connecting rod (31) are connected simultaneously, when L type push pedal (37) promote packing carton body (19) remove U type base (24) one side, at the in-process that U type base (24) descends, make crooked bag body (11) insert the inside of packing carton body (19) simultaneously and pack, the inboard of packing carton body (19) is inserted to bag body (11), under self tensile effect, extrude the inboard of packing carton body (19), mutual friction, restrict bag body (11) in the inside of packing carton body (19).
2. A processing apparatus for producing self-sealing bags as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a first driving rod (27) is rotatably arranged on the inner side of each side plate (14), and a second sliding block (42) is arranged on the surface of each first driving rod (27);
the second sliding block (42) and the first driving rod (27) are hidden in the mounting groove on the inner side of the side plate (14) and are flush with the inner side of the side plate (14), and meanwhile, a bevel gear is mounted at the top end of the first driving rod (27).

wherein the deflector plate (44) rotates about one end of the second slider (42) and is alignable with the inner side of the side plate (14).

A processing apparatus for producing self-sealing bags as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a gear set (16) is rotatably arranged on the outer side of each side plate (14), a rack (17) is slidably arranged on the outer side of each side plate (14) below the gear set (16), and a first connecting rod (18) is rotatably arranged on one side of each rack (17);
The tail end of the first connecting rod (18) is rotationally connected with two outer sides of the first sliding block (33), the top end of the rack (17) is mutually clamped with the gear set (16), and the tail end of the rack (17) is rotationally connected with the first driving rod (27).
