本发明公开一种适用于秋冬季节的保暖可变面料及其生产工艺,属于面料领域,包括:贴合于朝向皮肤一侧的贴肤层、复合于贴肤层表面的调节层和复合于调节层表面的表面层,调节层由不透气的软质材料制成,且内部形成有可供空气流动的夹层腔,表面层用于将调节层包裹,其中调节层在内部处于无压状态时贴肤层、调节层和表面层上具有同轴的透气孔,调节层内部处于充气状态时贴肤层、调节层和表面层上的透气孔处于非同轴状态,利用充气与放气,实现面料厚度的改变,同时利用同轴的透气孔与非同轴透气孔的改变,使得空气的流动难度发生改变,进而让面料的整体保暖性能进行改变。

背景技术
面料,纺织物的基本材料。
现有的面料在保暖性能上固化,在昼夜温差较大的秋冬两季的环境中,已经固化保暖性能的面料,无法进行适用,在制作成衣物后,难以适应不同时间段的需要。
现提出一种新的方案,来为面料做出补充。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述的问题而提供一种适用于秋冬季节的保暖可变面料及其生产工艺。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现上述目的,一种适用于秋冬季节的保暖可变面料,依次包括:
贴肤层,贴合于朝向皮肤一侧的基础层;
调节层,复合于贴肤层表面,所述调节层由不透气的软质材料制成,且内部形成有可供空气流动的夹层腔;
表面层,复合于调节层表面,所述表面层用于将调节层包裹;
其中所述调节层在内部处于无压状态时贴肤层、调节层和表面层上具有同轴的透气孔,所述调节层内部处于充气状态时贴肤层、调节层和表面层上的透气孔处于非同轴状态,且调节层通过柱状凸起分别与表面层和贴肤层复合连接。
优选的,所述调节层无压状态时的厚度小于调节层充气状态时的厚度。
优选的,所述调节层上形成有用于包裹透气孔的弹性支撑柱,所述弹性支撑柱两端分别与贴肤层和表面层上的透气孔连通。
优选的,所述表面层由导湿纤维通过纬平针组织制成,且朝向外界一侧表面涂覆仿荷叶涂层,所述贴肤层采用双罗文组织,且朝向调节层的地组织采用速干纤维,朝向皮肤一侧的表组织采用莫代尔纤维。
优选的,所述调节层和弹性支撑柱采用硅基橡胶一体成型。
优选的,所述调节层内部铺设有热熔胶层。
一种适用于秋冬季节的保暖可变面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1表面层和贴肤层的预生产,将表面层和贴肤层通过大圆机编织形成;
S2调节层的前置生产,将硅基橡胶放入吹塑机中,通过吹塑机将熔融的硅基橡胶材料吹出表面形成柱状凸起以及柱状的弹性支撑柱的薄膜材料;
S3调节层的生产,将两层S2所制薄膜材料贴合,使其弹性支撑柱轴心相相对齐,然后将薄膜于弹性支撑柱贴合处进行粘合同时在薄膜边缘进行粘合,使两层薄膜之间形成独立的空腔;
S4三层复合,先将空气加注至调节层中,使柱状凸起保持立起状态,然后通过滚胶机对柱状凸起的顶部进行滚胶,滚胶完成后将表面层贴合于柱状凸起表面,然后对柱状凸起上的胶水进行固化,待柱状凸起表面的胶水固化后,释放调节层内的空气,然后夹持调节层利用辊刷刷动,待调节层内的柱状凸起被推动至最大倾斜状态后,利用热熔针对表面层和亲肤层在对应弹性支撑柱的位置进行热熔开孔,开孔同时对孔边缘注胶使其与弹性支撑柱粘合;
S5成品处理,将S4中加工完成的面料对其表面层进行喷涂仿荷叶涂层,最后完成收卷。
优选的,其中在S3中薄膜相互贴合面上涂覆热熔粘胶层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本产品利用调节层内的夹层,使得空气能够被注入到夹层内,而调节层本身采用软质材料制成,在空气注入时,夹层腔内的气压增加,从而让调节层表面的柱状凸起内部充盈膨胀,柱状凸起充盈膨胀后推动亲肤层和表层,使得面料的整体厚度发生改变,同时由于调节层内处于充气状态,使得贴肤层、调节层和表面层上的透气孔相互错位,从而让空气在需要穿过面料时的难度加大,而当要降低保暖时,利用将调节层内部空气释放,使得调节层上的柔性材料受自身回弹力复位,从而拉动表面层和贴肤层复位,进而促使面料整体厚度降低,从而降低保暖性能,同时复位时促使表面层、调节层和贴肤层上的透气孔处于同轴状态,进而让面料的透气性能提升,达到透气保暖双调节的效果。

如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,一种适用于秋冬季节的保暖可变面料,依次包括:贴合于朝向皮肤一侧的贴肤层1、复合于贴肤层1表面的调节层2和复合于调节层2表面的表面层3,调节层2由不透气的软质材料制成,且内部形成有可供空气流动的夹层腔4,表面层3用于将调节层2包裹,其中调节层2在内部处于无压状态时贴肤层1、调节层2和表面层3上具有同轴的透气孔7,调节层2内部处于充气状态时贴肤层1、调节层2和表面层3上的透气孔7处于非同轴状态,且调节层2通过柱状凸起6分别与表面层3和贴肤层1复合连接,调节层2无压状态时的厚度小于调节层2充气状态时的厚度,调节层2上形成有用于包裹透气孔7的弹性支撑柱5,弹性支撑柱5两端分别与贴肤层1和表面层3上的透气孔7连通,调节层2内部铺设有热熔胶层。
本产品在使用时,与传统面料的裁切不同,需要通过热刀切割,然后在面料的边缘通过高周波重新对边缘进行收边,然后在根据服装设计时需要缝制的位置进行高周波的粘接,使得缝接区域的夹层腔4被封闭,从而避免在进行缝接时,因针线穿过缝接区而导致夹层腔4内的独立腔体被刺穿,而引起夹层腔4无法保压,当产品缝制完成后,可根据需要对预设于与夹层腔4连通的进气口进行加压,空气在被压入进气口后传递至夹层腔4内,并通过在夹层腔4内流动,从而使夹层腔4内的压力升高,夹层腔4内的压力增高后,促使夹层腔4内的空气补充至空隙内,当空隙内全部充盈空气后,空气进入到柱状凸起6内,使得柱状凸起6立起,从而推动表面层3远离调节层2,使得本产品的整体厚度提升,从而锁住更多的空气,达到增加保暖的效果,同时由于调节层2内处于充气状态,贴肤层1和表面层3受力柱状凸起6的拉力被拉动,导致弹性支撑柱5受力扭曲变形,使得贴肤层1、调节层2和表面层3上的透气孔7相互错位,从而让空气在需要穿过面料时的难度加大;而在需要降低本产品的整体保暖性能时,只需将进气口上的堵塞物拿除,即可完成泄气操作,此时即可降低衣身的保暖性能。
表面层3由导湿纤维通过纬平针组织制成,且朝向外界一侧表面涂覆仿荷叶涂层,贴肤层1采用双罗文组织,且朝向调节层2的地组织采用速干纤维,朝向皮肤一侧的表组织采用莫代尔纤维,本产品在尝试各种材质和各种编织方式后,目前得出最佳的配置为上述材料。
调节层2和弹性支撑柱5采用硅基橡胶一体成型,调节层2与弹性支撑柱5一体成型的设置,能够让调节在后期使用时更不易出现漏气的情况。
本实施例的适用于秋冬季节的保暖可变面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:

S2调节层2的前置生产,将硅基橡胶放入吹塑机中,通过吹塑机将熔融的硅基橡胶材料吹出表面形成柱状凸起6以及柱状的弹性支撑柱5的薄膜材料;
S3调节层2的生产,将两层S2所制薄膜材料贴合,使其弹性支撑柱5轴心相相对齐,然后将薄膜于弹性支撑柱5贴合处进行粘合同时在薄膜边缘进行粘合,使两层薄膜之间形成独立的空腔,在薄膜相互贴合面上涂覆热熔粘胶层;
S4三层复合,先将空气加注至调节层2中,使柱状凸起6保持立起状态,然后通过滚胶机对柱状凸起6的顶部进行滚胶,滚胶完成后将表面层3贴合于柱状凸起6表面,然后对柱状凸起6上的胶水进行固化,待柱状凸起6表面的胶水固化后,释放调节层2内的空气,然后夹持调节层2利用辊刷刷动,待调节层2内的柱状凸起6被推动至最大倾斜状态后,利用热熔针对表面层3和亲肤层在对应弹性支撑柱5的位置进行热熔开孔,开孔同时对孔边缘注胶使其与弹性支撑柱5粘合;
S5成品处理,将S4中加工完成的面料对其表面层3进行喷涂仿荷叶涂层,最后完成收卷。
通过上述的生产方式能够让本产品通过流水线快速生产出本产品的基础面料,从而让服装厂家根据版型需要进行裁剪热压安装进气孔,从而达到实现本产品使用的效果。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (8)
1.一种适用于秋冬季节的保暖可变面料,其特征在于,依次包括:
贴肤层,贴合于朝向皮肤一侧的基础层;
调节层,复合于贴肤层表面,所述调节层由不透气的软质材料制成,且内部形成有可供空气流动的夹层腔;
表面层,复合于调节层表面,所述表面层用于将调节层包裹;
其中所述调节层在内部处于无压状态时贴肤层、调节层和表面层上具有同轴的透气孔,所述调节层内部处于充气状态时贴肤层、调节层和表面层上的透气孔处于非同轴状态,且调节层通过柱状凸起分别与表面层和贴肤层复合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于秋冬季节的保暖可变面料,其特征在于:所述调节层无压状态时的厚度小于调节层充气状态时的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于秋冬季节的保暖可变面料,其特征在于:所述调节层上形成有用于包裹透气孔的弹性支撑柱,所述弹性支撑柱两端分别与贴肤层和表面层上的透气孔连通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于秋冬季节的保暖可变面料,其特征在于:所述表面层由导湿纤维通过纬平针组织制成,且朝向外界一侧表面涂覆仿荷叶涂层,所述贴肤层采用双罗文组织,且朝向调节层的地组织采用速干纤维,朝向皮肤一侧的表组织采用莫代尔纤维。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种适用于秋冬季节的保暖可变面料,其特征在于:所述调节层和弹性支撑柱采用硅基橡胶一体成型。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于秋冬季节的保暖可变面料,其特征在于:所述调节层内部铺设有热熔胶层。
7.一种适用于秋冬季节的保暖可变面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1表面层和贴肤层的预生产,将表面层和贴肤层通过大圆机编织形成;
S2调节层的前置生产,将硅基橡胶放入吹塑机中,通过吹塑机将熔融的硅基橡胶材料吹出表面形成柱状凸起以及柱状的弹性支撑柱的薄膜材料;
S3调节层的生产,将两层S2所制薄膜材料贴合,使其弹性支撑柱轴心相相对齐,然后将薄膜于弹性支撑柱贴合处进行粘合同时在薄膜边缘进行粘合,使两层薄膜之间形成独立的空腔;
S4三层复合,先将空气加注至调节层中,使柱状凸起保持立起状态,然后通过滚胶机对柱状凸起的顶部进行滚胶,滚胶完成后将表面层贴合于柱状凸起表面,然后对柱状凸起上的胶水进行固化,待柱状凸起表面的胶水固化后,释放调节层内的空气,然后夹持调节层利用辊刷刷动,待调节层内的柱状凸起被推动至最大倾斜状态后,利用热熔针对表面层和亲肤层在对应弹性支撑柱的位置进行热熔开孔,开孔同时对孔边缘注胶使其与弹性支撑柱粘合;
S5成品处理,将S4中加工完成的面料对其表面层进行喷涂仿荷叶涂层,最后完成收卷。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种适用于秋冬季节的保暖可变面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:其中在S3中薄膜相互贴合面上涂覆热熔粘胶层。
