As shown in fig. 6 and 7, a first station, a second station and a third station are arranged on a detection frame 121 in the feeding detection mechanism 12, a product placement frame 1211 is arranged at the first station, a first groove is arranged on the product placement frame 1211, a second groove is arranged on one side of the first groove, placement seats 1212 are arranged at the second station and the third station, and detection mechanisms 122 are arranged on two sides of the second station and the third station on the detection frame 121; the device also comprises a pushing mechanism 123 and a clamping device 124, wherein the pushing mechanism 123 is arranged at the outer side of the feeding port of the detection rack 121; the clamping device 124 is disposed at the outer side of the detection frame 121 and is slidably connected with the back plate of the detection frame 121 through the position adjusting mechanism 125, a first correction motor 1213 and a second correction motor 1214 are disposed below the top plate of the detection frame 121, an output end of the first correction motor 1213 is connected with the placement seat 1212 of the second station, and an output end of the second correction motor 1214 is connected with the placement seat 1212 of the third station. The pushing mechanism 123 comprises a pushing driving cylinder 1231 and a pushing member 1232, the pushing driving cylinder 1231 is fixed with the detection frame 121 through a cylinder fixing seat, and the pushing member 1232 is connected with a driving sliding table of the pushing driving cylinder 1231.
The clamping device 124 includes a first clamping mechanism 1241 and a clamping rotation mechanism 1242, and the first clamping mechanism 1241 and the clamping rotation mechanism 1242 are fixed on the lifting drive board 1255.
The first clamping mechanism 1241 includes a first clamping driving cylinder 12411 and a set of first clamping jaws 12412, where the first clamping driving cylinder 12411 is connected to the lifting driving plate 1255 through a fixing base, and the first clamping jaws 12412 are oppositely disposed and connected to an output end of the first clamping driving cylinder 12411. The clamping and rotating mechanism 1242 includes a second rotary driving cylinder 12421 and a set of second clamping jaws 12422, where the second rotary driving cylinder 12421 is connected to the lifting driving plate 1255 through a fixed seat, and the second clamping jaws 12422 are connected to an output end of the second rotary driving cylinder 12421. The inner sides of the first clamping jaw 12412 and the second clamping jaw 12422 are respectively provided with an arc-shaped groove. It should be noted that the arc-shaped groove can be selected according to the shape characteristics of the product, can be arc-shaped, can also be in other shapes, and can meet the requirement of product clamping.
The position adjusting mechanism 125 includes a transverse driving plate 1251, a transverse driving cylinder 1252, a vertical driving plate 1253 and a second lifting driving cylinder 1254, a set of transverse guide rails are arranged on the back plate, the transverse driving plate 1251 is connected with the transverse guide rails through a set of sliding seats, the transverse driving cylinder 1252 is fixed with the back plate through a cylinder fixing seat, an output end of the transverse driving cylinder 1252 is connected with one side of the transverse driving plate 1251, a set of vertical guide rails are arranged on the outer side of the transverse driving plate 1251, the vertical driving plate 1253 is in sliding connection with the vertical guide rails through a sliding block, the second lifting driving cylinder 1254 is fixed on the transverse driving plate 1251, an output end of the second lifting driving cylinder 1254 is connected with the vertical driving plate 1253, a lifting driving plate 1255 is arranged on the top of the vertical driving plate 1253, and the clamping device 124 is arranged on the lifting driving plate 1255.
The wafer loading device as shown in fig. 9 to 11 comprises a wafer feeding mechanism 16, a feeding positioning mechanism 17, a wafer conveying mechanism 18 and an arranging mechanism 19, wherein the wafer feeding mechanism 16 comprises a group of wafer trays 161 and a jacking mechanism 162, the jacking mechanism 162 is connected with a frame through a transfer frame, the wafer trays 161 are connected with the jacking mechanism 162 through a jacking frame 163, the feeding positioning mechanism 17 is arranged on a workbench and on two sides of a perforation, the feeding positioning mechanism 17 is matched with the wafer trays 161, the wafer conveying mechanism 18 is arranged on the workbench and on one side of the wafer feeding mechanism 16, and the arranging mechanism 19 is arranged on a support frame and matched with the wafer feeding mechanism 16 and the wafer conveying mechanism 18.
The feeding positioning mechanism 17 as shown in fig. 10 comprises a positioning mounting plate 171, a positioning driving plate 172, a group of positioning clamping jaw assemblies 173 and a first positioning driving cylinder 174, wherein the positioning mounting plate 171 is fixed on a workbench, a vertical sliding rail is arranged on the positioning mounting plate, the positioning driving plate 172 is arranged on the outer side of the positioning mounting plate 171 and is in sliding connection with the vertical sliding rail through a group of sliding seats, the positioning clamping jaw assemblies 173 are arranged on the positioning driving plate 172, the first positioning driving cylinder 174 is fixed on the lower part of the positioning mounting plate 171, and the output end of the first positioning driving cylinder 174 is connected with the positioning driving plate 172; also included is a positioning post assembly 175, the positioning post assembly 175 being mounted to one side of the positioning mounting plate 171. As shown in fig. 15 and fig. 16, the tray moving tool 32 includes a set of longitudinal support plates 321, a set of transverse support plates 322, and a set of positioning mechanisms 323, wherein the longitudinal support plates 321 are disposed at two opposite ends of the through hole, and the lower part of the longitudinal support plates is disposed at a lifting block, the lifting block is slidably connected with the first slide rail 31 through a slide block, the transverse support plates 322 are disposed on the two longitudinal support plates 321, and the positioning mechanisms 323 are disposed on the longitudinal support plates 321; the positioning mechanism 323 comprises a set of positioning blocks 3231 and a third positioning driving cylinder 3232, the longitudinal support plate 321 is provided with a set of first transverse slide rails 3233, the two positioning blocks 3231 are connected through a linkage sliding seat 3234, the linkage sliding seat 3234 is in sliding connection with the first transverse slide rails 3233 through a sliding block, the third positioning driving cylinder 3232 is fixed on the longitudinal support plate 321, and the output end of the third positioning driving cylinder is connected with the linkage sliding seat 3234. The positioning end of the positioning block 3231 is matched with the positioning slots at the two ends of the material tray.
The position adjusting driving mechanism 33 includes a second servo motor 331 and a screw rod 332, the screw rod 332 is connected with the workbench through a set of bearing blocks, a driving seat 333 is disposed on the screw rod 332, an output end of the second servo motor 331 is connected with one end of the screw rod 332, and the driving frame 34 is connected with the driving seat 333. The tray jacking mechanism 36 comprises a group of first vertical sliding rails 361, jacking screw rods 362 and a jacking driving motor 363, the first vertical sliding rails 361 are oppositely arranged on the inner wall of the frame, the jacking screw rods 362 are arranged between the first vertical sliding rails 361, the jacking driving motor 363 is fixed with the frame through a motor mounting seat, the output end of the jacking driving motor 363 is provided with a main driving wheel, the output end of the jacking screw rods 362 is provided with a driven wheel, and the main driving wheel is connected with the driven wheel through belt transmission. The tray bracket 35 comprises a group of support brackets 351 and a placement frame 352, wherein the support brackets 351 are connected with the first vertical sliding rail 361 through sliding blocks, and are connected with the jacking screw rod 362 through sliding seats, and the placement frame 352 is arranged at the top of the support brackets 351.
The workpiece placing device 37 shown in fig. 15 further comprises a placing fixing frame 371, a placing traversing module 372 and a first placing mechanism 373, wherein the placing fixing frame 371 is fixed on the frame, the placing traversing module 372 is arranged on the placing fixing frame 371, and the first placing mechanism 373 is in sliding connection with the placing traversing module 372 through a second sliding plate 374; the first placing mechanism 373 comprises a placing lifting driving cylinder 3731, a first placing switching frame 3732, a placing driving cylinder 3733 and a placing clamping jaw 3734, wherein the placing lifting driving cylinder 3731 is fixed on the second sliding plate 374, the first placing switching frame 3732 is connected with the placing lifting driving cylinder 3731, the placing driving cylinder 3733 is arranged on the first placing switching frame 3732, and the placing clamping jaw 3734 is connected with the placing driving cylinder 3733.
The wafer taking clamp 42 shown in fig. 17 comprises a driving fixing frame 421, a second fixing plate 422, a mounting fixing plate assembly 423, a suction cup 424, a first wafer pushing head 425 and a wafer pushing cylinder 426, wherein the second fixing plate 422 is arranged on one side of the driving fixing frame 421 and is connected with the driving fixing frame 421 through a group of connecting plates, the mounting fixing plate assembly 423 is arranged on one side of the second fixing plate 422, the suction cup 424 is arranged on the mounting fixing plate assembly 423, the first wafer pushing head 425 is arranged on the inner side of the suction cup 424, the wafer pushing cylinder 426 is fixed on one side, far away from the suction cup 424, of the driving fixing frame 421, and the output end of the wafer pushing cylinder 426 is connected with the first wafer pushing head 425; the two ends of the mounting and fixing plate assembly 423 are provided with grooves, a first positioning guide post 427 is arranged in the grooves, one end of the first positioning guide post 427 is connected with the second fixing plate 422, and the other end is connected with the driving fixing frame 421. The cylinder taking clamp 43 comprises a cylinder driving fixing frame 431, a cylinder flat plate 432, a cylinder fixing column 433, a group of cylinder push heads 434 and a cylinder push head cylinder 435, wherein the cylinder driving fixing frame 431 is connected through a clamp mounting seat 45, the cylinder flat plate 432 is arranged between the cylinder driving fixing frames 431, the cylinder fixing column 433 is arranged on the cylinder flat plate 432, through holes are formed in the cylinder flat plate 432 and are positioned on two sides of the cylinder fixing column 433, the cylinder push heads 434 are arranged between the cylinder driving fixing frames 431 and the cylinder flat plate 432 and are matched with the through holes, the cylinder push head cylinder 435 is fixed on the cylinder driving fixing frame 431, and the output end of the cylinder push head cylinder 435 is connected with a driving plate of the cylinder push heads 434; the finished product taking clamp 44 comprises a finished product fixing plate 441, a finished product advancing and retreating cylinder 442, a clamping jaw assembly 443 and a jacking head round rod 444, wherein the finished product advancing and retreating cylinder 442 is fixed on the finished product fixing plate 441, the clamping jaw assembly 443 is connected with the finished product advancing and retreating cylinder 442, and the jacking head round rod 444 is arranged on the side surface of the finished product advancing and retreating cylinder 442. The product jaw assembly 443 includes a jaw drive block 4431 and a product jaw 4432, the jaw drive block 4431 is connected to the output end of the product advance and retreat cylinder 442, and the product jaw 4432 is connected to the jaw drive block 4431. The finished clamping jaw 4432 is L-shaped.
The working method of the full-automatic insert injection molding, feeding and discharging detection packaging production line is as follows: 1): firstly, starting the detection equipment 2 to lift the empty material tray to a material placing station, and inserting a driving positioning block 3231 into positioning slots at two ends of the material tray by a third positioning driving cylinder 3232 in a positioning mechanism 323 to position the material tray;
2): starting the component feeding equipment 1, namely a vibrating disk in a vibrating disk feeding mechanism sends a cylinder out of a first groove of a product placing rack 1211 at a first station on a detection rack 121 of a discharge hole through direct vibration until the cylinder is positioned on the same horizontal line with a second groove, and a pushing driving cylinder 1231 in a pushing mechanism 123 drives a pushing piece 1232 to move forwards, so that the cylinder is pushed into the second groove and is arranged below a clamping device 124;
3): the second lifting driving cylinder 1254 drives the vertical driving plate 1253 to drive the clamping device 124 to descend, the first clamping driving cylinder 12411 drives the first clamping jaw 12412 to clamp the cylinder, and the second lifting driving cylinder 1254 drives the vertical driving plate 1253 to ascend; the transverse drive cylinder 1252 drives the transverse drive plate 1251 forward to move the first clamping jaw 12412 to clamp the cylinder above the second station;
4): the second lifting driving cylinder 1254 drives the vertical driving plate 1253 to drive the clamping device 124 to descend, the cylinder is placed in the second station, the photoelectric sensor detects the angle of the cylinder, and if the angle does not meet the requirement, the cylinder is driven to rotate to a proper angle through the first correcting motor 1213; the detection mechanism 122 will detect the forward and reverse directions of the cylinder;
5): the second lifting driving cylinder 1254 drives the vertical driving plate 1253 to drive the clamping device 124 to descend, the clamping rotary mechanism 1242 clamps the product, and the second lifting driving cylinder 1254 drives the vertical driving plate 1253 to drive the clamping rotary mechanism 1242 to ascend;
6): the transverse driving cylinder 1252 drives the transverse driving plate 1251 to advance, so that the second rotary driving cylinder 12421 and the second clamping jaw 12422 move to the third station, the second rotary driving cylinder 12421 drives the second clamping jaw 12422 to rotate 180 degrees, the second lifting driving cylinder 1254 drives the vertical driving plate 1253 to drive the clamping rotary mechanism 1242 to descend, and the product is placed to the third station; the photoelectric sensor detects the angle of the cylinder, if the angle does not meet the requirement, the second correcting motor 1214 drives the cylinder to rotate to a specified angle, and then the detection mechanism detects the product; the detected cylinder is carried and placed to a corresponding placing station of the placing tool 15 through the placing mechanism 13, and the cylinder is placed on the outer side of the inner supporting frame 154, namely the transverse adjusting assembly 1321 drives the longitudinal adjusting assembly 1322 and the placing assembly 133 to move to a third station;
7): a longitudinal adjustment drive cylinder 13222 in the longitudinal adjustment assembly 1322 drives the longitudinal drive rack 13223 and the placement assembly 133 to move downward, and a clamping drive cylinder 13331 in the clamping assembly 1333 drives the clamping jaw 13332 to clamp the cylinder; the longitudinal adjustment driving cylinder 13222 drives the placing component 133 to clamp the cylinder to ascend, and the transverse adjustment component 1321 drives the longitudinal adjustment component 1322 and the placing component 133 to move to the corresponding placing station position on the placing tool 15;
8): the first rotary driving cylinder 1331 rotates to enable the holding cylinder of the placing component 133 to rotate to a specified angle; until the corresponding placing stations on the placing tool 15 are full of products; a first conveying driving mechanism 143 in the feeding conveying mechanism 14 drives the placing tool 15 to move to a position to be clamped of the robot clamp 4 along a conveying guide rail 142;
