a method of installing a building curtain wall structure comprising the steps of:
s1, measuring and paying off a main structure of a building by using a professional instrument, determining an anchor point according to the outer edge size, and installing a fixing piece 1 at the anchor point by using an anchor bolt;
s2, mounting the upright posts 2 on the fixing piece 1, mounting the sleeve cores 6 between the upper and lower adjacent upright posts 2, rotating the knob 19 to drive the rotating plate 15 to rotate by taking the central line of the knob 19 as an axis, enabling the two side pull rods 14 to rotate along with the rotating plate 15 to displace, limiting the slide rods 13 by the fixing plate 16 to enable the two side pull rods 14 to drive the two side slide rods 13 to horizontally move towards the inside of the cross beam 3, limiting the balls 11 by the sliding grooves 12 and limiting the pins 8 by the limiting blocks 18, enabling the two side slide rods 13 to drive the two side slide plates 10 and the pins 8 to synchronously horizontally move towards the inside of the cross beam 3, loosening the knob 19 when the pins 8 are aligned with the positioning holes 9, pushing the two side slide plates 10, the two side slide rods 13 and the two side pins 8 outwards by the elasticity of the springs 17, enabling the two side slide rods 13 to drive the two side pull rods 14 to reset, driving the rotating plate 15 and the knob 19 to reversely reset, and enabling the pins 8 to be inserted into the two end upright posts 2 through the positioning holes 9, so that the cross beam 3 is fixed on the upright posts 2;
s3, checking the quality of glass, particularly paying attention to whether the glass has cracks and breaks edges, fixedly mounting a backing plate 25 on a cross beam 3, lifting the glass together with a glass frame 4 through a sucker and a suspension arm, positioning the glass frame 4 through a positioning strip 7 so as to be mounted at a proper position, and mounting a pressing plate 22 and a sealing strip 23 between two adjacent glass frames 4 for fixing and primary sealing;
s4, fixedly mounting the sponge 28 on the corresponding slide column 32, fixedly mounting the guide plate 26 on the cross beam 3, enabling rainwater oozing out of the gap to be absorbed by the sponge 28, fixedly mounting the water absorbing plate 27 on the cross beam 3, and further absorbing the oozed water;
s5, injecting glue into the curtain wall gap, and scraping the glue by using a special tool after injecting the glue to enable the glue gap to be in a slightly concave curved surface;
s6, cleaning the inner and outer surfaces of the glass, checking the glue line again and repairing the glue line as necessary.
