Further, the driving assembly comprises a first rotating driving piece, a screw rod, a sliding rail and a sliding block, the sliding rail is connected with the photovoltaic panel body, one side of the sliding block is in sliding connection with the sliding rail, the other side of the sliding block is connected with the rotating brushing assembly, the screw rod penetrates through the middle of the sliding block and is in rotatable connection with the sliding rail, and the first rotating driving piece is in driving connection with the screw rod.

Further, the multifunctional solar photovoltaic panel further comprises a PLC controller, wherein the PLC controller is electrically connected with the photovoltaic panel body, the stain softening mechanism, the brushing mechanism and the flushing mechanism respectively.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: when the photovoltaic panel is required to be cleaned in the actual production and use process, the stain softening mechanism can be operated in advance, clean water in the stain softening mechanism is sprayed to the surface of the photovoltaic panel, stains on the photovoltaic panel are reacted with the clean water, so that the stains are softened, then the driving assembly is operated, the driving assembly drives the rotating brushing assembly to move to the upper part of the photovoltaic panel body from the inside of the dustproof box, and meanwhile, the rotating brushing assembly is operated, so that the upper surface of the photovoltaic panel is brushed by the rotating brushing assembly from top to bottom, the cleaning mechanism is operated to enable clean water to wash the stains after the cleaning from top to bottom out of the photovoltaic panel body, when the rotating brushing assembly moves, the opening assembly is driven to move to the position of the door panel, and the door panel is opened by the opening assembly, so that the rotating brushing assembly is reset to the inside of the dustproof box better, the pollution of the rotating brushing assembly is reduced, the photovoltaic panel can be cleaned more regularly, the cleaning efficiency of the photovoltaic panel is improved, the photovoltaic panel is cleaned more cleanly, the photovoltaic panel is enabled to absorb the sunlight intensity of the photovoltaic panel better, and the solar panel is reduced.

the cleaning mechanism comprises a dust box 2, a door plate 1, a plate opening assembly 9, a driving assembly 3 and a rotating cleaning assembly 8, wherein the dust box 2 is arranged on the upper portion of the photovoltaic plate body 5, an opening is formed in the dust box 2, the door plate 1 is rotatably connected to the opening, the rotating cleaning assembly 8 is connected with the dust box 2 through the lower portion of the plate opening assembly 9, the upper portion of the plate opening assembly 9 is movably connected with the door plate 1, the rotating cleaning assembly 8 is slidably connected to the upper surface of the photovoltaic plate body 5, and the driving assembly 3 is in driving connection with the rotating cleaning assembly 8.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the photovoltaic panel is required to be cleaned in the actual production and use process, the stain softening mechanism 7 can be operated in advance, clean water in the stain softening mechanism 7 is sprayed to the surface of the photovoltaic panel, stains on the photovoltaic panel react with the clean water, so that the stains are softened, then the driving assembly 3 is operated, the driving assembly 3 drives the rotating brushing assembly 8 to move from the inside of the dustproof box 2 to the upper part of the photovoltaic panel body 5, meanwhile, the rotating brushing assembly 8 is operated, the upper surface of the photovoltaic panel is brushed from top to bottom, so that the stains on the upper surface of the photovoltaic panel body 5 are brushed, then the flushing mechanism is operated, clean water is flushed out of the photovoltaic panel body 5 from top to bottom by the flushing mechanism, when the rotating brushing assembly 8 moves, the rotating brushing assembly 8 drives the opening assembly 9 to move to the position of the door panel 1, the door panel 1 is opened by the opening assembly 9, the rotating brushing assembly 8 is reset to the inside of the dustproof box 2 better, and the pollution of the rotating brushing assembly 8 is reduced.
Further, the driving assembly 3 includes a first rotating driving member 304, a screw 302, a sliding rail 303, and a sliding block 301, where the sliding rail 303 is connected to the photovoltaic panel body 5, one side of the sliding block 301 is slidably connected to the sliding rail 303, the other side of the sliding block 301 is connected to the rotating brushing assembly 8, the screw 302 penetrates through the middle of the sliding block 301 and is rotatably connected to the sliding rail 303, and the first rotating driving member 304 is in driving connection with the screw 302.
As can be seen from the above description, when the stubborn stains adhered to the upper surface of the photovoltaic panel body 5 need to be removed better, the first rotation driving member 304 can be operated, so that the first rotation driving member 304 drives the screw rod 302 to rotate, and the screw rod 302 drives the slide block 301 to slide on the slide rail 303, so that the rotation brushing assembly 8 brushes from top to bottom along the upper surface of the photovoltaic panel body 5, and the stains on the upper surface of the photovoltaic panel body 5 can be separated better.
Further, the rotating brushing assembly 8 includes a second rotating driving member 803, a driving belt, a moving plate 801, a turntable 802 and a brush head 804, the moving plate 801 is connected to the other side of the slider 301, the lower portion of the moving plate 801 is rotatably connected to a plurality of the turntable 802, an upper portion of the brush head 804 is connected to a lower surface of the turntable 802, the lower portions of the brush heads 804 are slidably connected to an upper surface of the photovoltaic panel body 5, the turntable 802 is in transmission connection with each other through the driving belt, and the second rotating driving member 803 is in rotation driving connection with the turntable 802.
As can be seen from the above description, when the stubborn stains adhered to the upper surface of the photovoltaic panel body 5 need to be removed better, the driving assembly 3 drives the moving plate 801 to move above the photovoltaic panel, and simultaneously operates the second rotation driving member 803 to drive the second rotation driving member 803 to rotate one turntable 802, and then one turntable 802 drives the rest turntable 802 to synchronously rotate through the driving belt, so that the turntable 802 drives the brush head 804 to brush the upper surface of the photovoltaic panel.
Further, the panel assembly 9 includes a first contraction member 901, a second contraction member 902, and a brace 903, one side of the brace 903 is connected to the inside of the dust-proof box through the first contraction member 901, the other side of the brace 903 is connected to the moving panel 801 through the second contraction member 902, and the upper portion of the brace 903 is movably connected to the door panel 1.
As can be seen from the above description, when the rotating brushing assembly 8 is not operated, the rotating brushing assembly 8 is hidden inside the dust-proof box, so that the dust-proof box protects the rotating brushing assembly 8 from dust, the rotating brushing assembly 8 is better used subsequently, when the rotating brushing assembly 8 is operated, the driving assembly 3 drives the rotating brushing assembly 8 to move out of the dust-proof box from the opening, when the rotating brushing assembly 8 passes through the door panel 1, the door panel 1 is pushed open by the rotating brushing assembly 8 and moves forward continuously, meanwhile, the moving plate 801 pulls the supporting rod 903 to move forward continuously through the second contraction member 902, and the supporting rod 903 is pulled by the first contraction member 901, when the supporting rod 903 passes through the door panel 1, the supporting rod 903 supports the door panel 1, so that the rotating assembly 8 returns to the inside of the dust-proof box 2 better after the use is completed.
Further, the stain softening mechanism 7 comprises a first water tank 705, a spraying assembly and a stirring assembly, wherein one spraying assembly is arranged on two sides of the photovoltaic panel body 5, the spraying assembly is connected with the first water tank 705, and the stirring assembly is arranged inside the first water tank 705.
From the above description, when it is desired to soften the stubborn stains on the upper surface of the photovoltaic panel body 5, the cleaning agent and water can be added into the first water tank 705 in advance, then the stirring assembly is operated to mix the cleaning agent and water, and then the spraying assembly is operated to spray the cleaning water in the first water tank 705 onto the upper surface of the photovoltaic panel body 5, so that the stubborn stains react with the cleaning water, and the stubborn stains are better separated from the upper surface of the photovoltaic panel body 5, thereby improving the cleaning efficiency.
Further, the spraying assembly comprises a support 701, a first water diversion pipe 709, a first water diversion pipe 704, a water outlet pipe 703 and a nozzle 702, wherein the support 701 is arranged on the photovoltaic panel body 5, the water outlet pipe 703 is arranged on the support 701, one side of the water outlet pipe 703 is connected with the first water diversion pipe 709 through the first water diversion pipe 704, the first water diversion pipe 709 is placed in the first water tank 705, a plurality of water spraying ports are arranged on the other side of the water outlet pipe 703, and one nozzle 702 is connected with one water spraying port.
As can be seen from the above description, when it is desired to soften stubborn stains on the surface of the photovoltaic panel body 5, the first liquid guiding member 709 can be operated, so that the first liquid guiding member 709 guides the cleaning water in the first water tank 705 into the first water conduit 704, and then the cleaning water in the first water conduit 704 flows into the water outlet pipe 703 and is sprayed to the upper surface of the photovoltaic panel body 5 through the nozzle 702, so that the stubborn stains on the surface of the photovoltaic panel body 5 can be softened better by the cleaning water.
Further, the stirring assembly comprises a third rotation driving piece 706, a rotating shaft 708 and a stirring paddle 707, wherein the rotating shaft 708 is rotatably connected with the inside of the first water tank 705, the stirring paddle 707 is arranged on the upper portion of the rotating shaft 708, and the third rotation driving piece 706 is in driving connection with the rotating shaft 708.
As can be seen from the above description, the third rotation driving member 706 can be operated before the cleaning water needs to be sprayed, so that the third rotation driving member 706 drives the stirring paddle 707 to rotate through the rotating shaft 708, and the stirring paddle 707 can better mix the cleaning agent with the water in the first water tank 705, so that the sprayed cleaning water can better exert effect.
Further, the flushing mechanism comprises a second water tank 6, a second liquid guiding piece 12 and a second water guiding pipe 11, the first water tank 705 is stacked on the upper portion of the second water tank 6, a flushing port is formed in one side, close to the upper portion of the photovoltaic panel body 5, of the second water tank 6, the flushing port is connected with the second liquid guiding piece 12 through the second water guiding pipe 11, and the second liquid guiding piece 12 is arranged inside the second water tank 6.
As can be seen from the above description, when the brush head 804 brushes the upper surface of the photovoltaic panel body 5, the second liquid guiding member 12 can be operated, so that the second liquid guiding member 12 can guide the clean water in the second water tank 6 into the second water conduit 11, and then the dirt on the upper surface of the photovoltaic panel body 5 is washed through the water outlet, so that the photovoltaic panel body 5 is well cleaned, and water consumption can be reduced.
Further, the folding device further comprises a first folding piece 4 and a second folding piece 10, one end of the sliding block 301 is connected with one end of the sliding rail 303 through the first folding piece 4, and the other end of the sliding block 301 is connected with the other end of the sliding rail 303 through the second folding piece 10.
As can be seen from the above description, it is advantageous that the first folder 4 and the second folder 10 retract following the slider 301 when the slider 301 moves, so that the first folder 4 and the second folder 10 shield the screw 302, and the screw 302 and the inside of the slide rail 303 do not enter foreign matters, thereby affecting the sliding of the slider 301.
Further, the photovoltaic panel also comprises a PLC controller, wherein the PLC controller is respectively and electrically connected with the photovoltaic panel body 5, the stain softening mechanism 7, the brushing mechanism and the flushing mechanism.
From the above description, the parameters of the photovoltaic panel cleaning device can be adjusted by the PLC controller, and the operator can conveniently and rapidly clean the photovoltaic panel cleaning device.
