Detailed Description
In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is, however, susceptible of embodiment in many other forms than those described herein and similar modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the application, and therefore the application is not to be limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Referring to fig. 1-3, fig. 1 shows a simplified schematic diagram of a material refrigeration storage device according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 and 3 show schematic views of the arrangement of the first air inlet 102 and the first air outlet 103 on the bottom wall of the storage chamber 101 according to two different embodiments of the present application. The embodiment of the application provides a material refrigeration storage device, the material refrigeration storage device includes a storage shell 10 and a refrigeration module 20. Wherein the storage housing 10 includes, but is not limited to, various devices having a storage chamber 101, such as a bin, pan, container, box, etc. The storage housing 10 is provided with a storage chamber 101, a first air inlet 102 and a first air outlet 103 communicating with the storage chamber 101. The refrigeration module 20 is detachably disposed outside the storage housing 10, and the refrigeration module 20 is provided with a cold air outlet 21, where the cold air outlet 21 is communicated with the first air inlet 102.
In the material refrigeration storage device, the refrigeration module 20 is detachably connected to the outside of the storage shell 10, so that the refrigeration module 20 can be completely separated from the storage shell 10, the refrigeration module 20 is not placed in the storage shell 10 any more, the maintainability of the refrigeration module 20 can be improved, the maintenance time can be shortened as much as possible, and the maintenance efficiency can be improved. In addition, the purpose of cooling the storage chamber 101 is achieved through the cold air feeding mode, so that the refrigerating uniformity of the storage chamber 101 is improved, and the defects of uneven temperature, condensed water and the like caused by solid refrigeration or water cooling to the storage chamber 101 in the related art are avoided. In addition, the cool air of the cool air outlet portion 21 enters the storage chamber 101 through the first air inlet 102 and is discharged to the outside through the first air outlet 103.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in one embodiment, an air duct 1011 is formed in the storage chamber 101. The air duct 1011 is respectively communicated with the first air inlet 102 and the first air outlet 103. In this way, the air duct 1011 forms a reasonable wind field in the storage chamber 101, thereby achieving the purpose of uniform temperature in the storage chamber 101. Specifically, in operation, the air duct 1011 guides the cool air entering through the first air inlet 102 and discharges the cool air outwards through the first air outlet 103. In addition, the cold air cools all parts of the air duct 1011 in the flowing process along the air duct 1011, and the refrigeration uniformity is good.
The shape of the air duct 1011 may be set correspondingly in combination with the specific shape of the storage chamber 101, so that the cold air flows in each portion of the storage chamber 101 as much as possible, thereby improving the uniformity of refrigeration. In some embodiments, the shape of the air duct 1011 includes, but is not limited to, regular shapes such as straight lines and curves, and irregular shapes. Wherein the curve includes, but is not limited to, various forms of ring, S-shape, Z-shape, L-shape, etc.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, fig. 4 is an exploded view of a material refrigeration storage device according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 5 and 6 show two different perspective structural views of the storage case 10 in the structure shown in fig. 4, respectively. In some embodiments, the storage housing 10 is provided with an openable cover, not shown in fig. 4-6, which, when opened, allows for the installation of material inside the storage housing 10 and removal of material from the storage housing 10. Furthermore, a mounting rack for mounting the material is provided inside the storage housing 10, which is not shown in fig. 4 to 6. The mounting includes, but is not limited to, a reagent tray or the like. In addition, the outer wall of the storage housing 10 is wound with heat-insulating components such as heat-insulating cotton, which is not shown in fig. 4 to 6, and the heat-insulating cotton plays a role in heat insulation, which is beneficial to the constant refrigeration effect and temperature of the storage chamber 101. In addition, the storage housing 10 may be provided with various other functional components according to actual requirements.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in one embodiment, the storage housing 10 includes an annular air guide 104 connected to a bottom wall of the storage chamber 101, and the air guide 104 is not shown in fig. 4 to 6. The air guide 104 is formed with an annular air duct 1011 in cooperation with the side wall of the storage chamber 101. The air duct 1011 is specifically provided in a regular shape such as a circular ring, an elliptical ring, a polygonal ring, or other irregular shapes. In this way, when the cold air entering from the first air inlet 102 flows along the annular air duct 1011, a relatively uniform refrigerating effect is provided for the storage chamber 101.
In some embodiments, the air guide 104 may be flexibly adjusted and configured according to actual requirements, including but not limited to being configured as an air deflector, an air guide block, and the like.
It should be noted that, the "air guide 104" may be "a portion of the bottom wall of the storage chamber 101", that is, "the air guide 104" is integrally formed with "other portions of the bottom wall of the storage chamber 101"; or may be a separate member that is separable from the "other portion of the bottom wall of the storage chamber 101", i.e., "air guide 104", may be manufactured separately and then combined with the "other portion of the bottom wall of the storage chamber 101" as a whole.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the first air inlet 102 and the first air outlet 103 are disposed on opposite sides of the air duct 1011, respectively. Thus, the first air inlet 102 and the first air outlet 103 are relatively far away, for example, are distributed at two farthest end points on the air duct 1011, and when the first air inlet 102 and the air outlet are at the relatively farthest distance, the wind field and the temperature field formed in the storage chamber 101 are relatively balanced.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the first air inlet 102 and the first air outlet 103 may be disposed at two adjacent positions of the air duct 1011, and the openings of the first air inlet 102 and the first air outlet 103 are opposite, that is, the first air inlet 102 and the first air outlet 103 are opposite, so that the cool air of the first air inlet 102 returns to the first air outlet 103 to be discharged outwards after surrounding the air duct 1011 for one week. In this way, the storage chamber 101 and the refrigeration module are connected by a pipe, the diameter of the pipe is for example 70mm, when the first air inlet 102 and the air outlet are adjacently arranged, the length of the pipe can be reduced as much as possible, which is beneficial to reducing the occupation of the bottom space of the storage housing 10, and the amount of cold lost through the pipe is reduced.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in one embodiment, the storage housing 10 is provided with an air inlet 105 and an air outlet 106. The first air inlet 102 is disposed on the air inlet 105, and the first air outlet 103 is disposed on the air outlet 106. The air inlet nozzle 105 and the air outlet nozzle 106 extend through the storage case 10 to the outside of the storage case 10. The inlet nozzle 105 communicates with the cool air outlet portion 21. The refrigeration module 20 is provided with a return air portion 22, and the return air portion 22 is communicated with the exhaust nozzle 106. Thus, under the action of the air inlet 105 and the air outlet 106, cold air can be introduced into the air duct 1011 and circulated in the air duct 1011, so as to improve the refrigeration uniformity. In addition, the air inlet 105 and the air outlet 106 can be conveniently assembled and connected with the refrigeration module 20.
In addition, when the first air inlet 102 and the first air outlet 103 are disposed at two adjacent positions of the air duct 1011, respectively, and the openings of the first air inlet 102 and the first air outlet 103 face opposite, that is, the air inlet 105 and the air outlet 106 are disposed opposite to each other.
In some embodiments, the air inlet 105 and the air outlet 106 are specifically, for example, disposed through the bottom wall, the side wall, etc. of the storage housing 10. In this embodiment, the air inlet 105 and the air outlet 106 are specifically disposed on the bottom wall of the storage chamber 101.
Referring to fig. 4-7, fig. 7 shows a simplified cross-sectional view of the bottom wall of the storage housing 10 according to an embodiment of the present application. In one embodiment, the bottom wall surface of the storage chamber 101 is provided in a curved surface shape. The first air inlet 102 is arranged at a lower position on the bottom wall. Thus, the cold air entering from the first air inlet 102 flows along the curved bottom wall from the lower position on the bottom wall, and the bottom wall has turbulence and guiding effects on the cold air. The high-low design of the bottom wall is more beneficial to the formation of annular circulating wind fields in the storage cabin by cold wind, and each temperature point in the storage cabin is uniform by the circulating wind fields, so that the temperature of the storage cavity 101 is effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the temperature difference in the cabin is reduced, and the formation of condensed water is reduced.
The lower position refers to a position on the bottom wall, which is closer to the working table surface, for example, by placing the material refrigerating and storing device on the working table surface and taking the working table surface as a reference surface; conversely, the higher position refers to the position on the bottom wall that is farther from the table top.
In some embodiments, the lower level locations and the higher level locations on the bottom wall are distributed on opposite sides of the storage chamber 101.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in some embodiments, when the first air outlet 103 is disposed adjacent to and opposite to the first air inlet 102, the first air outlet 103 is also disposed, for example, at a lower position on the bottom wall, that is, at the same time as the first air inlet 102 is disposed on the lower surface 1012 of the bottom wall. Of course, the first air outlet 103 may be a portion disposed at a higher level on the bottom wall, that is, disposed at the upper surface 1013 of the bottom wall, which is not illustrated in the drawing.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in one embodiment, the bottom wall surface of the storage chamber 101 includes a lower surface 1012 with a lower level, an upper surface 1013 with a higher level, and a transition surface 1014 connecting the lower surface 1012 and the upper surface 1013. The transition surface 1014 includes at least one or a combination of planar and curved surfaces.
Referring to fig. 5-7, curved surfaces include, but are not limited to, various regular shapes such as arc shapes, parabolic shapes, polyline shapes, and other irregular shapes.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in one embodiment, the distance H between the lower surface 1012 and the upper surface 1013 is not less than 25mm. Thus, as the distance H between the lower surface 1012 and the upper surface 1013 is larger, the turbulence effect is more advantageous and the cooling effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 8, in one embodiment, the cold air outlet portion 21 is provided with a cold air outlet pipe, which is not shown in fig. 4 and 8, and is detachably connected to the storage housing 10, specifically, the cold air outlet pipe is detachably connected to the air inlet 105, for example. Thus, the cool air of the cool air outlet portion 21 is output to the air inlet 105 through the cool air outlet duct, and is input into the storage chamber 101 through the air inlet 105. Of course, the air inlet 105 may be omitted, and when the air inlet 105 is omitted, the cold air outlet pipeline will directly be in butt-joint communication with the first air inlet 102.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 8, in one embodiment, the refrigeration module 20 is further provided with a return air portion 22 that is in communication with the first air outlet 103. The return air portion 22 is provided with a return air duct, not shown in fig. 4 and 8, which is detachably connected to the storage case 10. Specifically, the return air duct is detachably connected to the air discharge nozzle 106. The air in the storage case 10 flows back to the refrigeration module 20 through the first air outlet 103 and the return duct. Likewise, the air outlet 106 may be omitted, and when the air outlet 106 is omitted, the return duct will be in direct abutting communication with the first air outlet 103.
When the cool air outlet pipeline is detachably connected with the air inlet 105, for example, the air return pipeline is detachably connected with the air outlet 106, the refrigeration module 20 is detachably connected with the outside of the storage shell 10, so that the refrigeration module 20 can be completely separated from the storage shell 10, the refrigeration module 20 is not placed in the storage shell 10 any more, the maintainability of the refrigeration module 20 can be improved, the maintenance time can be shortened as much as possible, and the maintenance efficiency can be improved.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 8, in some embodiments, the cool air outlet duct and the return air duct are separately provided, including but not limited to corrugated pipes, and heat insulation components such as heat insulation cotton with a sufficient thickness are wrapped on the outer wall of each duct.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 8, in one embodiment, the cold air outlet 21 is provided with at least one first power source 23 for driving the air to be discharged into the storage chamber 101. In addition, the return air portion 22 is provided with at least one secondary power source 24 for driving the return air into the refrigeration module 20. In this way, the cold air circulates in the annular airflow field formed by combining the refrigeration module 20 and the storage chamber 101 under the driving of the power provided by the first power source 23 and/or the second power source 24, so that the storage chamber 101 has a better refrigeration effect. In addition, the cooling module 20 is moved to the outside of the storage housing 10 by using the air supply method, so as to improve maintainability and maintenance efficiency of the cooling module 20.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 8, in some embodiments, the first power source 23 and the second power source 24 are separately provided, including but not limited to various power mechanisms such as a fan, a power pump, etc., so long as the power can be provided to drive the cool air to flow into the storage chamber 101 and drive the air in the storage chamber 101 to flow back into the refrigeration module 20.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 6 and fig. 8, in some embodiments, the working powers of the first power source 23 and the second power source 24 are adjustable, so that the air volume and the air speed of the cold air entering the storage chamber 101 can be flexibly adjusted and set according to the actual requirements. Specifically, according to the ambient temperature inside the storage chamber 101 and the cool air temperature of the refrigeration module 20, the working powers of the first power source 23 and the second power source 24 are adjusted accordingly to adjust the cool air volume and the wind speed entering the storage chamber 101, so that the temperature of the internal environment of the storage chamber 101 can be maintained in a preset range. In addition, the working powers of the first power source 23 and the second power source 24 can be flexibly adjusted according to different use stages, different use modes or different use scenes of the material refrigeration storage device, so that the ambient temperature inside the storage chamber 101 meets the preset requirement. For example, when the material refrigerating storage device is in an initial stage of use, in order to quickly reduce the ambient temperature inside the storage chamber 101 to a preset temperature, the first power source 23 and the second power source 24 are operated at a higher operating power; when the internal environment temperature of the material refrigerating storage device reaches the preset temperature and is in the constant temperature stage, the first power source 23 and the second power source 24 are operated at lower working power, or the first power source 23 and the second power source 24 are respectively operated intermittently; when the material refrigerating storage apparatus is in a state where, for example, the cover is opened to take out material from the inside of the storage chamber 101 or new material is put in, or maintenance is performed, the first power source 23 and the second power source 24 are operated at a higher operation power in order to maintain the temperature inside the storage chamber 101 constant.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 8, in one embodiment, the first power source 23 and the second power source 24 are configured as fans with adjustable wind speeds, for example, so as to flexibly adjust the wind field in the storage chamber 101.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 8, in one embodiment, the refrigeration module 20 is provided with a refrigeration end 25, the refrigeration end 25 is located between the return air portion 22 and the cold air outlet portion 21, and the return air of the return air portion 22 is cooled by the refrigeration end 25 and then output to the cold air outlet portion 21. The material refrigerating storage apparatus further comprises a controller (not shown), a first temperature sensor (not shown) for sensing the internal environment of the storage chamber 101, and a second temperature sensor (not shown) for sensing the refrigerating side 25 or the cool air outlet 21. Specifically, the controller is electrically connected to the first temperature sensor, the second temperature sensor, the first power source 23, the second power source 24, and the refrigeration module 20, respectively. In this way, according to the temperatures sensed by the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor, under the control of the controller, the first power source 23, the second power source 24 and the refrigeration module 20 work cooperatively, so that the temperature of the internal environment of the storage chamber 101 can be controlled within the preset range.
In addition, when the second temperature sensor senses that the temperature of the refrigeration end 25 or the cold air outlet 21 exceeds the threshold temperature, for example, the temperature is higher than 1.5 ℃ or lower than 1.5 ℃, the controller correspondingly controls the refrigeration module 20 to increase or decrease the working power; conversely, when the second temperature sensor senses that the temperature of the refrigeration end 25 or the cold air outlet 21 is the threshold temperature, the controller correspondingly controls the refrigeration module 20 to maintain the current working power to continue to operate.
The preset temperature and the threshold temperature in the above embodiments are flexibly adjusted and set according to actual requirements, which are not limited herein.
In some embodiments, when the second temperature sensor senses that the cold air temperature of the cooling end 25 or the cold air outlet 21 is higher than the threshold temperature, the controller correspondingly controls the refrigeration module 20 to increase the working power, and simultaneously makes the first power source 23 and the second power source 24 work at higher working powers, specifically, for example, makes the rotation speed of the fan be adjusted to the maximum gear; conversely, when the second temperature sensor senses that the cold air temperature of the cooling end 25 or the cold air outlet 21 is lower than the threshold temperature, the controller correspondingly controls the refrigeration module 20 to reduce the working power, and simultaneously makes the first power source 23 and the second power source 24 work at lower working powers respectively, specifically, for example, the rotation speed of the fan is reduced.
In some embodiments, when the second temperature sensor senses that the cool air temperature of the cool air outlet portion 21 or the cool air side 25 is the threshold temperature, the cooling module 20 maintains the current operation power. In addition, the temperature of the storage chamber 101 is sensed by the first temperature sensor, and the first power source 23 and the second power source 24 are correspondingly controlled to operate according to the temperature sensed by the first temperature sensor.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 8, in one embodiment, the refrigeration module 20 is further provided with a heat dissipation end 26, and a second air inlet 27 and a second air outlet 28 respectively connected to the heat dissipation end 26. In this way, the external air enters the heat dissipation end 26 through the second air inlet 27, takes away the heat on the heat dissipation end 26, and then is discharged outwards through the second air outlet 28. The heat dissipation end 26 dissipates heat into the environment, thereby enabling the temperature of the refrigeration end 25 to be reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 8, in one embodiment, at least one third power source 291 for driving the wind to flow to the heat dissipation end 26 is disposed at the second air inlet 27. In addition, the second air outlet 28 is provided with at least one fourth power source 292 for driving the hot air to be discharged outwards. In this way, under the driving of the power provided by the third power source 291 and/or the fourth power source 292, the ambient air flows through the second air inlet 27, the heat dissipation end 26 and the second air outlet in sequence, so that the heat dissipation end 26 has a better heat dissipation effect.
In some embodiments, third power source 291 is provided independently of fourth power source 292, including but not limited to various power mechanisms such as fans, power pumps, and the like.
In some embodiments, the respective working powers of the third power source 291 and the fourth power source 292 are adjustable, so that the air volume and the air speed entering the heat dissipation end 26 can be flexibly adjusted and set according to the actual requirements. Specifically, when the temperature of the cooling end 25 needs to be reduced, the working powers of the third power source 291 and the fourth power source 292 are correspondingly increased, so that a large amount of heat generated on the heat dissipation end 26 can be rapidly dissipated, which is beneficial to the reduction of the temperature of the cooling end 25.
In one embodiment, third power source 291 and fourth power source 292 are each configured, for example, as an adjustable wind speed fan.
In some embodiments, the refrigeration module 20 includes, but is not limited to, a TEC, a refrigeration assembly with an air compressor, or other form of refrigeration device. When the refrigerating assembly with the air compressor is selected for refrigerating, the refrigerating power can be improved; when TEC is adopted for refrigeration, the structure can be simplified, the volume size is smaller, and the cost is lower. In this embodiment, TEC refrigeration is specifically selected as an example for expansion, but this is not a limitation.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 8, in one embodiment, a first heat sink 251 is disposed on the cooling end 25. Further, a second heat sink 261 is provided on the heat dissipation end 26. Specifically, the first radiator 251 and the second radiator 261 are each independently provided, including but not limited to at least one of or a combination of a heat radiating fin, a heat radiating pipe, and a homogeneous radiator. In this way, under the heat dissipation effect of the first heat radiator 251 and the second heat radiator 261, the refrigeration effect and the heat dissipation effect can be improved.
When the first radiator 251 and the second radiator 261 are respectively configured as homogeneous radiators, which are also called 3DVC radiators, the cooling end 25 faces downward, and the cooling end 26 faces upward, so that the cooling efficiency of the radiator can be greatly improved, and the cooling efficiency of the TEC is further improved.
