After the paper box 700 at the bottom moves, the height of the whole paper box 700 becomes low, the extrusion spring 3044 at the top drives the guide sliding block 3041 to slide downwards, the guide sliding block 3041 drives the pressing plate 3042 at the other side to move downwards, the pressing plate 3042 is guaranteed to extrude the paper box 700, the paper box 700 can always move to the bottommost part, and the next operation of the vacuum chuck 302 is facilitated.
After the paper box 700 moves to the designated position of the conveying unit 200, the conveying unit 200 drives the product to be packaged to move to the feeding electric push rod 202, the feeding electric push rod 202 drives the push plate 2021 to move outwards, the push plate 2021 drives the product to move, and the product can move into the paper box 700 through the left and right guide of the first guide plate 2022.
In the moving process of the paper box 700, the paper box 700 slides at the bottom of the limiting plate 501, so that the limiting plate 501 cannot be separated from the partition 4011, when the paper box 700 moves onto the wing inserting folding unit 500, the right dustproof wing 7011 is pressed onto the paper box rail 701 by the blocking effect of the first pressing plate 5022, then the folding electric push rod 503 is started, the folding electric push rod 503 drives the synchronous plate 5031 to start moving leftwards, the moving sliding blocks 5032 on the side walls of the synchronous plate 5031 move along the pressing sliding grooves 5041 and the pressing sliding grooves 5042 in the special-shaped sliding grooves, after the moving inside the pressing sliding grooves 5041, the second pressing plate 5033 at the tail end of the moving sliding block 5032 can be moved downwards obliquely, the second pressing plate 5033 can be moved to the lower position from the high position and can be contacted with the left dustproof wing 7011, and the contacted second pressing plate 5033 is pushed to move rightwards by the pressing sliding grooves 5042, so that the left dustproof wing 7011 is folded until the moving to the bottom of the first pressing plate 2.
After the pushing is continued, the synchronizing plate 5031 will press the fixing block 506 to move leftwards, the fixing block 506 moves along the limiting rod 5051, the reset spring 5052 is compressed, the sliding rod 5061 at the bottom of the fixing block 506 slides on the rocking rod 5062 to drive the rocking rod 5062 to rotate, the rocking rod 5062 drives the rotating shaft 5023 to rotate, so that the first pressing plate 5022 rotates inwards, the two dustproof inserting wings 7011 are completely bent, then the dustproof inserting wings can move to the next station through the transposition unit 400, and in the moving process, the dustproof inserting wings 7011 are always pressed inside the side plates 502, so that the positions of the dustproof inserting wings 7011 are prevented from loosening.
In the moving process, the top cover 7012 of the paper box 700 always moves at the bottom of the leveling plate 5021, so that the top cover 7012 is guaranteed not to rotate, the fixed inserting sheet 7013 at the tail end of the top cover 7012 moves along the guide groove 6011 of the guide block 601, and the bending angle of the guide groove 6011 is continuously increased, so that the fixed inserting sheet 7013 and the top cover 7012 can be bent ninety degrees until the fixed inserting sheet 7013 moves to the tail end of the turnover plate 602, the outer wall of the fixed inserting sheet 7013 is lapped on the inserting sheet fixing plate 6021, the height of the inserting sheet fixing plate 6021 is lower than that of the fixed inserting sheet 7013, the turnover motor 6022 drives the turnover plate 602 and the inserting sheet fixing plate 6021 to turn over, and the protruded part of the inserting sheet fixing inserting sheet 7013 can be inserted into the paper box 700 to seal the paper box 700, so that the box packing operation is completed.

1. the wing inserting and folding unit (500) comprises a limiting plate (501), a synchronous plate (5031) is mounted on the limiting plate (501), a movable sliding block (5032) is mounted on the side wall of the synchronous plate (5031), the movable sliding block (5032) slides on a special-shaped sliding groove of a shielding plate (504), a second pressing plate (5033) is arranged at the tail end of the movable sliding block (5032), a first pressing plate (5022) is mounted on the side wall of the limiting plate (501), a rotating shaft (5023) is mounted at the rotating center of the second pressing plate (5033), a rocker (5062) is mounted at the tail end of the rotating shaft (5023), a fixed block (506) is arranged on the rocker (5062) in a sliding mode, a plug board (505) is mounted on the fixed block (506), and the plug board (505) and the synchronous plate (5031) are located on the same plane.
The inserting sheet folding unit (600) comprises a guide block (601) and a turnover plate (602), a turnover motor (6022) is installed on the turnover plate (602), an inserting sheet fixing plate (6021) is installed on the turnover plate (602), and the height of the inserting sheet fixing plate (6021) is lower than that of the guide block (601).
