Background

Taking a thin-wall cylindrical part as an example, the length of the thin-wall cylindrical part is 1620mm, the diameter phi is 160mm, the wall thickness of the pipe body is only 1.4mm, the hardness of the material is HRC 48-53, the coaxiality of turning is 0.05, and the milling of a welding accessory needs to ensure the high tolerance + -0.15 mm of the center and the symmetry is 0.1mm. The traditional method is to carry out machining by a separate turning and milling device, but the machining method has the following defects:
1) The turning and milling needs unified reference, and the thin-wall cylindrical part is easy to overlap errors and has poor size or size stability due to the fact that the thin-wall cylindrical part is processed on two machine tools.
2) And the two machine tools are processed, so that the replacement period is long, and the production cost is increased.
Therefore, in order to solve the problems in the prior art, it is necessary to develop a device for rapidly replacing the fixture for turning and milling the composite processing thin-walled cylindrical part.

Preferably, the inner clamping ring 2 is of a splicing structure, and is spliced into a complete clamping ring through two semicircular clamping rings.
Further, the inner diameter of the spliced inner clamping ring 2 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the limit groove of the turning or milling clamp by 0.2-0.3 mm and smaller than the inner hole of the matched position of the outer jacket by 0.2-0.3 mm.
Preferably, the elastic ring 5 is an O-shaped sealing ring, and is made of a silicone rubber material, so that the elastic ring is good in elasticity and has a certain fatigue strength, and plastic deformation is not easy to generate.
Further, the large diameter of the O-shaped sealing ring elastic ring 5 is 90-95% of the diameter of the annular groove of the inner clamping ring, and after the O-shaped sealing ring 5 is arranged in the annular groove at the outer diameter position of the inner clamping ring, the elastic ring 5 is ensured to lock the inner clamping ring 2 under static state. The outer diameter of the elastic ring is smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the inner clamping ring 2, so that the outer diameter position assembly of the outer jacket 1 and the inner clamping ring 2 is prevented from being influenced.

Preferably, the external connection part of the adapter sleeve 1 is an external thread, and the connection part of the multi-step annular hole of the outer jacket 3 and the adapter sleeve 1 is provided with a matched internal thread.

S1, assembling an adapter sleeve 1 and a power turntable of a turning and milling composite processing device, sleeving an outer jacket 3 at a taper shank position of a clamp body, mounting an inner clamping ring 2 into a limit groove at the taper shank position of the clamp body and realizing radial fixation through an elastic ring 5, mounting the inner clamping ring 2 into the outer jacket 3 after fixing, mounting the clamp body provided with the inner clamping ring 2, the outer jacket 3 and the elastic ring 5 into the adapter sleeve 1, and screwing the outer jacket 3 through a hook wrench to realize mounting and fixing of a turning or milling clamp;
S2, starting first turning or milling;
S3, when the clamp is required to be replaced after the turning or milling process is completed, a material returning ring 4 is placed in the middle neck of the clamp body, the outer jacket 3 and the adapter sleeve 1 are loosened through a hook wrench, the material returning ring 4 pushes the turning or milling clamp to be detached, the clamp is opened, the inner clamping ring 2 is detached, the outer jacket 3 is detached, after the clamp is replaced, the outer jacket 3 is sleeved into the taper shank of the clamp body, the assembly process is started, and therefore the whole device is used.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) The invention has simple operation, the clamp is automatically centered through the taper hole, and the centering dimensional stability is high;
2) The standard consistency of the turning and milling clamp is ensured through the device for rapidly replacing the clamp;
3) The requirement on the skill level of the loading and unloading clamp of an operator is low, so that the handling clamp is convenient to master quickly in actual operation;
4) Utilize to collude spanner realization assembly and dismantlement, the operation is comparatively light, and it is convenient that it is quick to relate to turning, milling fixture change, production efficiency is high.

Example 1
The device comprises an adapter sleeve 1, two inner clamping rings 2, an outer jacket 3, a material returning ring 4 and an elastic ring 5, wherein an auxiliary tool used in the using process of the clamp is a hook wrench, the adapter sleeve and a power turntable of the turning and milling composite machining device are assembled, the outer jacket 3 is sleeved into a clamp body taper shank, the two inner clamping rings 2 are elastically fixed through the elastic ring 5 and then are installed into clamping grooves at the position of the clamp body taper shank and are installed into the outer jacket 3, the clamp bodies provided with the inner clamping rings 2, the outer jacket 3 and the elastic ring 5 are installed into the adapter sleeve 1, the outer jacket 3 is screwed by the hook wrench to realize the installation and fixation of the turning or milling clamp, and the static fit and self-locking of the turning or milling clamp on the adapter sleeve 1 are realized.
The adapter sleeve 1 is a main body support of the whole clamp, one end of the adapter sleeve is matched with a power turntable of the turning and milling combined machining device, an assembly interface is arranged on the outer circle of an inner hole at one end far away from the power turntable, the inner hole is matched with the turning or milling clamp, and the outer circle is matched with the outer jacket 3.
The large end face of the adapter sleeve 1 is assembled with the matched end face of the power turntable through bolts or screws, and the position accuracy of the adapter sleeve is adjusted and controlled through tightening torque of each angular bolt or screw.
The taper hole at the matching position of the power turntable of the turning and milling combined machining device and the inner hole at one end of the power turntable far away from the power turntable of the power turntable 1 are coaxial, so that the reference is converted to ensure that the center of the power turntable and the inner hole at one end of the power turntable far away from the power turntable of the power turntable 1 are coaxial.
The inner hole at one end of the adapter sleeve 1 far away from the power turntable adopts a Morse taper hole, so that the precision and the self-locking performance of static fit are improved conveniently.
The adapter sleeve 1 is in threaded fit with the outer jacket 3, the two inner clamping rings 2, the elastic ring 5, the clamp body and the outer jacket 3 are matched, and the outer jacket 3 is screwed up through a hook wrench to realize the installation and fixation of a turning or milling clamp.
The inner diameter of the two inner clamping rings 2 after being spliced into a complete clamping ring is larger than the outer diameter of a limit groove of a turning or milling clamp, and the outer diameter of the two inner clamping rings 2 after being spliced into a complete clamping ring is smaller than the inner hole of the matched position of the outer jacket 3.
The outer diameter positions of the two inner clamping rings 2 are provided with annular grooves for limiting the elastic ring 5. The elastic ring 5 is arranged in an annular groove at the outer diameter position of the inner clamping ring 2, so that the radial fixing function of the inner clamping ring 2 in a limit groove of a turning or milling clamp is realized.
The material returning ring 4 has a U-shaped appearance structure, can be taken away or put into a designated position at any time, and has the function of pushing the turning or milling clamp to be detached when the outer jacket 3 and the adapter sleeve 1 are loosened by screw thread rotation.
The outer jacket 3 is sleeved into the taper shank of the clamp body, the two inner clamping rings 2 are arranged in clamping grooves at the taper shank position of the clamp body and are radially fixed through the elastic ring 5, the two inner clamping rings 2 are arranged in the outer jacket 3 after being fixed, the clamp body provided with the inner clamping rings 2, the outer jacket 3 and the elastic ring 5 is arranged in the adapter sleeve 1, the outer jacket 3 is screwed by a hook wrench to realize the installation and fixation of a turning or milling clamp, and the static fit and self-locking of the turning or milling clamp on the adapter sleeve 1 are realized.
Referring to fig. 1, the quick replacing device for the turning and milling composite machining clamp manufactured by the integral structure diagram of the invention comprises an adapter sleeve 1, two inner clamping rings 2, an outer jacket 3, a material returning ring 4 and an elastic ring 5. The power turntable of the adapter sleeve and turning and milling combined machining equipment is assembled, the outer jacket 3 is sleeved into a taper shank of the clamp body, the two inner clamping rings 2 are installed in clamping grooves in the taper shank position of the clamp body and are radially fixed through the elastic rings 5, the two inner clamping rings 2 are installed in the outer jacket 3 after being fixed, the clamp body provided with the inner clamping rings 2, the outer jacket 3 and the elastic rings 5 is installed in the adapter sleeve 1, the outer jacket 3 is screwed by a hook spanner to realize the installation and fixation of a turning or milling clamp, when the clamp needs to be replaced in the turning or milling working procedure, the material returning ring 4 is placed in the middle neck of the clamp body, the threads of the outer jacket 3 and the adapter sleeve 1 are loosened by the hook spanner, the material returning ring 4 pushes the turning or milling clamp and removes the clamp, the inner clamping rings 2 are opened and removed, and the outer jacket 3 is removed. After the clamp is replaced, the outer jacket 3 is sleeved into the taper shank of the clamp body to start the assembly process, so that the whole device is used.
Two inner clamping rings 2, an outer jacket 3 and an elastic ring 5 can be matched with each turning or milling clamp, so that the working procedures of opening and detaching the inner clamping rings 2 and detaching the outer jacket 3 after detaching the turning or milling clamp can be saved.
