In this embodiment, the water seepage pipe 4 includes a conical top cap 41 and a plurality of connection segments 42, the conical top cap 41 is inserted in the outside soil body around the irrigator, the connection segments 42 are sequentially connected in a socket manner to form a connection pipe, the socket connection parts of the adjacent connection segments 42 form annular water seepage joints, one end of the connection pipe is connected with the conical top cap 41, and the other end is connected with the inner container 3 through the water seepage outlet 33. Specifically, the conical top cap 41 of the water seepage pipe 4 is arranged at the outermost side, the plurality of connecting sections 42 are short pipes, the conical top cap 41 is connected with the adjacent connecting sections 42 in a socket joint mode, the later connecting sections 42 are also connected in a socket joint mode, annular water seepage seams are arranged at socket joint positions, and the innermost connecting sections 42 are communicated with the water seepage outlet 33 of the water storage cavity 31 in the inner container 3. The annular water seepage seam is constructed in the mode of socket connection, the water seepage effect of horizontal direction can be effectively expanded, compared with the water seepage through the water collecting container body 1, the influence of gravity can be further reduced, the coverage of irrigation in the horizontal direction is improved, and the irrigation effect is better.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in this embodiment, one end of the connection section 42 is a socket end 421, the other end is a spigot end 422, the socket end 421 faces the direction of the water collecting container body 1, the spigot end 422 faces the outer distal end, the spigot end 422 of the connection section 42 is provided with a plurality of slits 423 along the generatrix direction of the connection section 42, and the length of the slits 423 is equal to the length of the socket. Specifically, the diameter of the socket end 421 of the connection segment 42 gradually increases from inside to outside, i.e., the socket end 421 forms an outwardly flared bell shape, the socket length is the length of the outwardly flared section, and the diameter of the outer wall of the socket end 422 of the connection segment 42 gradually decreases from inside to outside. When the spigot end 422 of one connection segment 42 is fully inserted into the socket end 421 of another connection segment 42, the constricted section of the spigot end 422 can be inserted into the depth of the socket end 421, and the constricted section can extend further beyond the socket length due to the reduced diameter of the constricted section, while the length of the slit 423 is greater than the constricted section and equal to the socket length, and after insertion, a part of the slit 423 extends into the connection segment 42, and a part of the slit 423 is matched with the flared section of the socket end 421 to form an annular water seepage slit at the socket, and the annular water seepage slit is matched with the extended water seepage pipe 4 to form a better water seepage irrigation effect.
In this embodiment, the pipe water supply port 14 communicates with the water storage chamber 31 of the inner container 3 in the water collecting container body 1. The pipeline water supply port 14 is communicated with a water supply pipeline, and can supply water to the inner container 3 through the water supply pipeline when the rainfall is small, and overflows into the water collecting container body 1 after the inner container 3 is fully stored, and the water flow flows to the water seepage pipe 4 after the inner container 3 is fully stored.
According to the embodiment, the horizontal wetting range of the root zone is enlarged by arranging the water seepage pipe 4, the irrigation area of a single irrigation emitter is enlarged, the inner container 3 only supplies water for the water seepage pipe 4, the water quantity of the side wall of the water collecting container body 1 directly seeping into soil is reduced, the shape of a soil wetting body formed by the side wall of the water collecting container body 1 by seepage is vertically shortened, and the water seepage of the water collecting container body 1 cooperates with the combined action of the inner container 3 and the water seepage pipe 4, so that the soil of the underground root zone in the irrigation range is more uniform in wetting on the horizontal plane.
For the buried container type emitter of the foregoing embodiment, the height of the water collecting container body 1 is h, h=ph-h 1 Wherein H is the planned wetting layer depth of crops, namely the depth of a crop root system centralized layer, p is the burial depth ratio of a water collecting container, p is 0.40-0.55, H 1 The ditch depth of the water conveying ditch or the rain collecting ditch in the field;
the diameter of the bottom surface of the water collecting container body 1 is D 2 ,Wherein V is the design rain collecting quantity (calculated by hydrology and according to the national relevant standards such as rain collecting irrigation, water and soil loss control and the like) on the control range area of the irrigator, q is the rainfall stagnation coefficient, q is 0.6-0.9, and V 1 The storage capacity of a field water delivery ditch or a rain collecting ditch in the control range of the irrigator is reserved;
the diameter of the top opening of the water collecting container body 1 is D 1 ,D 1 =D 2 +2hcotα。
By adopting the mode, the reasonable size of the buried container type irrigator can be calculated according to the factors of plant characteristics, irrigation requirements, field structures and the like so as to play the water storage effect of the buried container type irrigator in cooperation with actual conditions, uniformly irrigate the underground root system of the plant, ensure the optimal irrigation effect and be beneficial to the rapid growth of the plant. The dimensions of the emitter of each example are calculated as shown in table 1 below.
Table 1: the dimension meter of the irrigator of each embodiment (the related parameters adopt the data of Shanxi province in jin Zhongshi, the design of collecting rain which falls in 24 hours after ten years)
H, D in the above table 1 、D 2 To calculate the value, it may be kept two decimal places as the adopted value for ease of construction and processing. To avoid excessive damage to the root system, the top of the water-collecting container body 1 is openedDiameter of D 1 The diameter of the bottom surface of the water collecting container body 1 is less than 0.4m and is D 2 Less than 0.3m, if this condition is not satisfied by the above calculation, the field engineering arrangement needs to be adjusted to increase V 1 Or reducing design criteria to reduce design rain level V, and re-calculating D 1 And D 2 Until the aforementioned requirements are met.
The size of the irrigator in each embodiment comprehensively considers the conditions of plant types, field engineering arrangement conditions, expected average rainfall and the like, can provide the best irrigation effect for plant roots, can be matched with a water delivery ditch to reduce the waste of rainwater, can pertinently form an underground root system wetting space, enlarges the irrigation control range, and improves the irrigation uniformity, thereby being beneficial to the rapid healthy growth of plants.
