Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of an existing arterial blood taking needle is provided, an arterial blood taking needle 1, a plugging block 2 and a first sealing cap 3 are packaged in a first sealing bag 6, a needle head 4 is arranged at the front end of the arterial blood taking needle 1, a needle cap 5 is arranged at the periphery of the needle head 4, and the needle cap 5 is used for wrapping the needle head 4 so as to prevent the needle head 4 from hurting people. The arterial blood taking needle 1 is used for arterial puncture blood taking, the blocking block 2 is used for blocking the needle head 4 immediately after blood taking, and the needle cap 5 is used for replacing the needle head to block the arterial blood taking needle 1 for blood sample examination. Arterial lancet 1, after removal of needle 4, may also be used to collect a blood sample via venous catheter 8 or arterial catheter 11.
As shown in fig. 2, a state of use diagram of the existing intravenous catheter is given, the intravenous catheter 8 is shown placed in a patient's vein for infusion, and the intravenous catheter 8 can be used to collect a blood sample. The tail end of the vein catheterization 8 is provided with a heparin cap joint 10, and in order to realize the blocking of the heparin cap 10, the heparin cap joint 10 is provided with a first heparin cap 9; due to the existence of the first heparin cap 9, the intravenous catheter 8 can be used for transfusion in a puncture way, or the first heparin cap 9 is detached to connect the syringe with the heparin cap joint 10 for injection or liquid pumping operation.
In the existing blood collection process through the intravenous catheter 8, firstly, a syringe is used to draw out the catheter sealing liquid 36 and a certain amount (usually 5 ml) of blood in the intravenous catheter 8, the drawn blood is mixed with the catheter sealing liquid 36 to form a diluted mixed liquid 37, then, the arterial blood taking needle 1 or a common syringe is used to draw out undiluted blood 38 for inspection, then, a new catheter sealing liquid is injected into the intravenous catheter 8, and the drawn catheter sealing liquid 36 and the diluted mixed liquid 37 are often discarded. Therefore, the collection of each blood sample can cause waste of about 5ml of blood, and because 3 infusion sets are adopted, the blood sample can be plugged and pulled out from the vein catheterization 8 for 3 times, and the risk of blood infection and pollution is high.
As shown in fig. 3, a state diagram of the use of the existing arterial catheterization is given, the arterial catheterization 11 is placed in an artery of the patient 7, a physiological saline bag 12 is arranged in the arterial catheterization 11, the physiological saline bag 12 is communicated with the front end of the arterial catheterization 11 through a communicating pipe 13, and the physiological saline bag 12 is connected with a pressure monitoring device through a pipeline. The communicating pipe 13 is provided with a three-way pipe 14, the three-way pipe 14 is provided with an outer cylinder pipe 32 which can be communicated with the outside, and the three-way pipe 14 is provided with a second valve 31 for controlling the on-off state of the three-way pipe 14. Normally, the front end of the arterial catheter 11 is communicated with the physiological saline bag 12 at the rear end through a tee 14.
When blood collection is required through the arterial catheter 11, the front end of the arterial catheter 11 is communicated with the outer barrel 32 by rotating the second valve 31, and then the second heparin cap 15 on the outer barrel 32 is detached for blood sample collection. It can be seen that there is also a waste of about 5ml of blood and a high risk of blood-borne infection, contamination by the existing blood sample collection methods. Thus, an improved arteriovenous catheterization hemostix of the present invention as shown in FIG. 4 is presented.
As shown in fig. 4, an improved arteriovenous catheter hemostix of the present invention is provided, which is composed of a drawing-injection syringe 16 and a drawing-blood syringe 17, wherein the drawing-injection syringe 16 and the drawing-blood syringe 17 are composed of a syringe 21, a handle 22 and a piston 23, the piston 23 is arranged in an inner cavity of the syringe 21, and the inner end of the handle 22 is fixedly connected with the piston 23. Unlike existing syringes are: the front end of the drawing and injecting syringe 16 is provided with a first cannula 27, the inner cavity of the first cannula 27 is communicated with the inner cavity of the syringe 21, and the inner cavity of the drawing and injecting syringe 16 is communicated with the outside through the inner cavity of the first cannula 27. The first cannula 27 is connected with a branch pipe 28, the inner cavity of the branch pipe 28 is communicated with the inner cavity of the first cannula 27, the first cannula 27 is provided with a first valve 29, and the first valve 29 is used for controlling the on-off of the first cannula 27 and the branch pipe 28. When the handle of the first valve 29 points to the direction of the branch pipe 28, the branch pipe 28 is in a disconnected state, and the inner cavity of the syringe 21 is communicated with the outside through the first cannula 27, at this time, the drawing and injecting syringe 16 is used for drawing the sealing liquid 36, the diluting mixed liquid 37 and a small amount of blood 38 through the first cannula 27; when the handle of the first valve 29 is directed toward the cylinder 21, the first cannula 27 is in the closed state, i.e., the cavity of the cylinder 21 of the syringe 16 is closed from the outside, and the branch tube 28 is in communication with the front end of the first cannula 27, and at this time, the operation of drawing blood 38 through the branch tube 28 is performed.
The first cannula 27 at the front end of the infusion syringe 16 is adapted to connect with the heparin cap adapter 10 on the intravenous catheter 8 and with the outer barrel 32 on the tee 14 on the arterial catheter 11. The front end of the illustrated blood drawing syringe 17 is provided with a second cannula 30, the second cannula 30 being adapted to connect with a manifold 28 on the blood drawing syringe 16.
Since turbulence is generated in the fluid entering the cylinder 21 during the process of injecting the catheter sealing fluid 36 and the diluted mixed fluid 37 (formed by mixing the catheter sealing fluid 36 and blood) into the vein catheter 8 or the artery catheter 11 by the syringe 16, the turbulence generation may cause the mixing of the catheter sealing fluid 36 (physiological saline) and the blood, and if the catheter sealing fluid 36 extracted by the syringe 16 is completely mixed with the blood, the extracted fluid will cause no catheter sealing fluid 36 in the vein catheter 8 and the artery catheter 11 when the extracted fluid is injected again, so that a clean catheter sealing effect is not achieved. Therefore, the syringe 21 of the drawing and injecting injector 16 is provided with the sponge tube 24, the sponge tube 24 is fixed on the piston 23, the sponge tube 24 can absorb part of the tube sealing liquid, meanwhile, the storage cavity 25 is formed in the center of the sponge tube 24, the outer end of the sponge tube 24 is fixed with the round baffle 26, the baffle 26 is used for sealing the opening of the storage cavity 25, the diameter of the baffle 26 is larger than the inner diameter of the storage cavity 25, and the diameter of the baffle 26 is smaller than the inner diameter of the syringe 21, so that an annular channel for the tube sealing liquid 36 to enter is formed between the baffle 26 and the inner wall of the syringe 21.
In this way, during the process of sucking the lock liquid 36 and the diluted mixture liquid 37 by the syringe 17, the influence of turbulence on the lock liquid in the sponge tube 24 and the storage chamber 25 is avoided due to the presence of the sponge tube 24 and the baffle 26, and therefore, when the lock liquid 36 in the venous catheter 8 or the arterial catheter 11 first enters the syringe 21, it is stored in the storage chamber 25 in the centers of the sponge tube 24 and the sponge tube 24. During reinjection, the tube sealing liquid 36 in the sponge tube 24 and the storage cavity 25 also finally enters the vein tube 8 and the artery tube 11, so that the tube sealing effect in the reinjection process is realized, and the blood source infection risk is reduced by the reinjection, so that the waste of blood discarding in the past is avoided, the tube sealing operation is realized, and the secondary tube sealing operation is avoided.
The improved arteriovenous catheterization hemostix further comprises a limiting clamping plate 18 and a second sealing cap 19, the second sealing cap 19 is used for sealing a second cannula 30 of the hemospast 17, external threads are arranged on the second cannula 30, internal threads matched with the external threads on the second cannula 30 are arranged inside the second sealing cap 19, and therefore good sealing of the second cannula 30 by the second sealing cap 19 can be achieved. In order to ensure that the second sealing cap 19 is easy to disassemble even after the second cannula 30 is plugged and submitted for inspection, the outer surface of the second cannula 30 and the inner surface of the second sealing cap 19 are coated with an anti-coagulant coating.
As shown in fig. 6, a schematic structural diagram of a limiting clamping plate in the present invention is provided, fig. 5 shows a schematic structural diagram of the limiting clamping plate in the present invention after being assembled with a syringe, the limiting clamping plate 18 is in a double-layer structure, an arc-shaped notch 39 matched with the syringe 21 of the injection syringe 16 is arranged on the lower layer of the limiting clamping plate 18, a central notch 34 is arranged on the upper layer of the limiting clamping plate 18, and a groove 35 is arranged in the center of the limiting clamping plate 18. The upper end of the needle cylinder 21 of the drawing and injecting syringe 16 is provided with the lug plate 33, the groove 35 on the limiting clamping plate 18 is clamped on the lug plate 33 of the drawing and injecting syringe 16, the rib plate on the handle 22 on the drawing and injecting syringe 16 passes through the central notch 34 on the limiting clamping plate 18, thus the upper layer of the limiting clamping plate 18 realizes the blocking function on the piston 23 on the drawing and injecting syringe 16, and the piston 23 can be prevented from being discharged from the upper end of the needle cylinder 21.
The method for collecting the blood sample by the arteriovenous Guan Caixie device through the venous catheterization comprises the following steps:
first, the first heparin cap 9 on the intravenous catheter 8 on the patient 7 is detached, and the first cannula 27 on the infusion syringe 16 is inserted into the heparin cap joint 10 of the intravenous catheter 8, while the handle on the first valve 29 is kept pointing in the axial direction of the branch 28 to keep the branch 28 in the off state and the first cannula 27 in the on state; then, by pulling out the handle 22 of the syringe 16, the catheter sealing liquid 36 in the intravenous catheter 8 and/or part of the blood in the vein is withdrawn, the catheter sealing liquid 36 is withdrawn first and stored in the sponge tube 24 and the storage cavity 25 of the sponge tube 24, and the part of the blood withdrawn first is mixed with the catheter sealing liquid 36 to form a diluted mixed liquid 37, and the diluted mixed liquid 37 cannot serve as a blood sample due to dilution, but the blood near the catheter 28 is undiluted and can serve as a blood sample. As shown in fig. 7, a state diagram of the drawing-injection syringe of the present invention when used in combination with an intravenous catheter is shown.
Then, the second cannula 30 of the blood drawing syringe 17 is inserted onto the branch tube 28, and then the handle of the first valve 29 is directed to the direction of the needle cylinder 21 of the blood drawing syringe 16 by rotating the handle of the first valve 29, at this time, the front ends of the branch tube 28 and the first cannula 27 are in a conducting state, and the needle cylinder 21 of the blood drawing syringe 16 and the first cannula 27 are in a cutting-off state; the blood sample of the patient 7 is then drawn into the blood drawing syringe 17 by pulling the handle 22 of the blood drawing syringe 17 outward to effect collection of the blood sample of the patient 7. As shown in fig. 8, a state diagram of the blood drawing syringe and the infusion syringe of the present invention when used in combination with an intravenous catheter is shown. Then, the branch pipe 28 is closed by rotating the first valve 29, the blood drawing syringe 17 is pulled out from the branch pipe 28, the second cannula 30 of the blood drawing syringe 17 is plugged by the second sealing cap 19, and then the blood specimen is sent out. As shown in fig. 9, a state diagram of the syringe of the present invention after the completion of blood drawing is shown.
Finally, the handle on the first valve 29 is turned to point to the axial direction of the branch pipe 28 to keep the branch pipe 28 in the off state, while the first cannula 27 is in the on state, and the diluted mixed liquid 37 and the tube sealing liquid 36 stored in the drawing and injecting syringe 16 are refilled into the vein tube 8 by pushing the handle 22 of the drawing and injecting syringe 16 inwards, at this time, the tube sealing operation on the vein tube 8 is realized again by the tube sealing liquid 36 finally entering, and the tube sealing operation is not needed again. After the withdrawal of the syringe 16, the first heparin cap 9 is again connected to the heparin cap adapter 10.
The method for collecting the blood sample by the arterial and venous syringe Guan Caixie device is basically the same as the method for collecting the blood sample by the venous syringe, and as shown in fig. 10, a state diagram is given when the blood drawing syringe and the injection syringe are matched with the arterial syringe for use in the invention, and in the process of collecting the blood sample by the arterial syringe, the first cannula 27 of the injection syringe 16 is connected with the outer barrel 32 on the three-way pipe 14, and the on-off state of the three-way pipe 14 is controlled by the second valve 31.
