As can be seen from the above description of the present invention and the preferred embodiments thereof, compared with the prior art, the technical solution of the present invention and the preferred embodiments thereof have the following beneficial effects due to the following technical means:
The applicant can be seen from continuous observation, experiments and researches that, in the prior art, the problem of heat island effect between power cabinets is caused because the air outlet of the upstream power cabinet faces the air inlet of the downstream power cabinet, the main air inlet is arranged at the side part of the air passing cavity, the air outlet is arranged at the top part of the air passing cavity, and the hot air density is small, so that hot air exhausted from the top part of the air passing cavity mainly flows upwards, but does not flow downwards, and the heat flow disturbance to the main air inlet of the downstream power cabinet is avoided. On the basis, when the heat exchange device is placed in the air passing cavity, two heat exchange parts are V-shaped and the openings are upward in the conventional heat exchange device, the fan is arranged above the area between the two heat exchange parts, the heat exchange parts are inclined relative to the vertical direction, the air channels in the heat exchange parts are inclined relative to the vertical direction, after the fan works, the movement direction of the air flow passing through the air channels changes, and the air flow of the two heat exchange parts blows between the two heat exchange parts, so that sand is easy to accumulate in the inner included angle and the outer included angle of the bottoms of the two heat exchange parts and the air channels in the heat exchange parts under the action of gravity and the air flow, the wind resistance is large after long-term operation, the heat exchange efficiency is greatly influenced, the problem of accumulating sand of the heat exchange parts is correspondingly improved on the basis that the air outlet is arranged at the top of the cabinet body, in particular, one ends of the two heat exchange parts are mutually intersected, the other ends of the two heat exchange parts are mutually separated along the vertical direction, and the other ends of the two heat exchange parts are mutually far away from each other to form the opening, and each air passing through the air channel is suitable for passing along the horizontal direction, the air flowing through the air channels, the movement direction is basically unchanged, sand is easy to accumulate in the air channels, and after the sand is easy to flow and the air flows directly flows through the two heat exchange parts to flow channels towards the two heat exchange parts, and the two heat exchange parts are cooled down. In addition, two heat exchange portions are the contained angle setting for heat exchange portion all has great overwind area and small, can know, this technical scheme, can not produce the heat flow disturbance to the main induced air mouth of low reaches power cabinet when a plurality of power cabinets are along first direction side by side, also avoided the easy sand accumulation's of heat exchange portion problem when top air-out, thereby improved heat transfer device and moved the problem that heat exchange efficiency descends for a long time.
In the related technical scheme and the preferred embodiment thereof, the arrangement of the first air guiding opening and the second air guiding opening is convenient for taking away the heat of the cooling liquid flow passages of the two heat exchange plates more quickly, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange plates. When a plurality of power cabinets are parallel-connected in the second direction, only the first air inlet and the second air inlet at the outermost side can be used for air inlet. The air passing cavity of the power cabinet in the middle is not provided with air inlets due to the limitation of wind pressure.
In the related technical scheme and the preferred embodiment thereof, the cooling liquid conveying part of the heat exchange device is placed in the area between the two heat exchange plates, so that the space between the two heat exchange plates is fully utilized, and the cooling liquid conveying part can be maintained only at the opening ends of the two heat exchange plates.
In the related technical scheme and the preferred embodiment thereof, the projections of the first air introduction port and the second air introduction port along the second direction cover the projections of the heat exchange plates along the second direction, so that the air inlet quantity of the heat exchange plates is further increased, the heat dissipation fan is arranged at the air outlet, and the projections of the heat dissipation fan along the vertical direction are spaced from the two heat exchange plates along the first direction, so that the air flow is ensured to completely flow through the air passage of the heat exchange plates.
In the related technical scheme and the preferred embodiment thereof, the cooling liquid channels of the two heat exchange plates are connected in parallel through the cooling liquid conveying piece, namely, the liquid inlet of each heat exchange plate is the hottest liquid just coming out of the liquid cooling plate (the temperature difference between the liquid inside the heat exchange plate and the external cold air is the largest, and the heat exchange effect is the best), and meanwhile, only half of the total flow of the system is arranged on each heat exchange plate, so that the flow resistance of the system is greatly reduced, the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange plates is increased, and the flow resistance of the system is also reduced.
In the related technical solution and the preferred embodiments thereof, the protection cavity is relatively independent and airtight, which means that the protection cavity has a higher protection level (waterproof and dustproof), and also means that the interior of the protection cavity does not structurally generate an encroachment relationship with other cavities (the wind passing cavity and the heat dissipating cavity), such as that the air duct of the heat dissipating cavity extends into the protection cavity. Therefore, the protection cavity is provided with enough space for the installation of the heating component, so that the heating component is not easily affected by the heat radiation of the electric component, and the layout which is most favorable for heat dissipation can be formed, thereby improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the heating component. The heating component in the protection cavity can be used for radiating heat at least partially through a liquid cooling mode, the liquid cooling mode is easier to control than an air cooling mode, the radiating efficiency is high, and a relatively airtight structure can be formed in the protection cavity, so that the protection performance of the protection cavity is improved.
In related technical scheme and preferred embodiment thereof, the heating component in the protection cavity mainly radiates heat through liquid cooling and air cooling, and has high radiating efficiency, and the protection performance of the protection cavity can be well improved because the air heat exchanger and the heat exchange device radiate heat through external circulation. Therefore, the liquid cooling and air cooling matched heat dissipation mode can maximally ensure the heat dissipation efficiency of the heating component in the protection cavity, the protection performance of the protection cavity is good, the parallel operation or the parallel operation along the horizontal direction of the power cabinets are convenient, and the distance between the power cabinets is also convenient to reduce. The arrangement of the air passing opening enables the hot air of the protection cavity to be discharged to the air outlet through the air passing opening, so that the influence of heat flow disturbance of the power cabinet at the upstream on the main air introducing opening of the power cabinet at the downstream is further avoided, wherein the air passing opening is far away from the main air introducing opening, and the interference of the hot air of the protection cavity on the heat exchange plates is avoided.
In related technical scheme and preferred embodiment, the liquid cooling unit has been placed to the cross wind intracavity, the risk that liquid cooling unit probably has the weeping, the protection chamber is located between wind chamber and the heat dissipation chamber, because the protection chamber is relatively independent and airtight for the protection chamber has separated wind chamber and heat dissipation chamber completely, therefore relatively inclosed protection chamber has improved self protectiveness on the one hand, has avoided the weeping in the wind chamber to leak into the protection intracavity, on the other hand still prevents as the compartment that the weeping from leaking into the heat dissipation chamber, thereby avoided electrical component impaired. As for the liquid leakage problem of the liquid cooling unit and the liquid cooling plate pipeline, the protection performance of the connecting pipe is improved, and the liquid leakage problem of the liquid cooling unit is not in the range discussed by the application, and is mainly aimed at the liquid leakage problem of the part of the liquid cooling unit in the air passing cavity. The reactor is arranged in the first air channel of the heat dissipation cavity, on the one hand, because the reactor is heavier, the reactor is arranged at the bottom of the cabinet body, the bearing property is better, on the other hand, the first air inlet is far away from the ground, the first air outlet is closer to the ground, thereby the air flow entering the first air channel is hot air when the ground temperature is high, the air flow entering the first air channel is cold air far away from the ground, the heat dissipation efficiency of the reactor is high, meanwhile, the movement track is basically parabolic when the hot air of the first air outlet is enabled to move upwards after the hot air of the first air outlet comes out, the effect of the hot air entering the third air inlet on the heat dissipation of the protection cavity is avoided, the influence on the air inlets of the adjacent power cabinets at the downstream is also avoided when the power cabinets are used side by side along the first horizontal direction, and the heat is concentrated because the reactor is arranged in the independent first air channel, the cold air flow entering the first air channel can completely pass through the reactor from top to bottom, the heat dissipation efficiency of the reactor is high, after the arrangement, the hot air of the whole power cabinet is easy to take away from the top and the first air outlet of the bottom of the power cabinet is unlikely to generate turbulent flow.
In the related technical scheme and the preferred embodiment thereof, the cover body and the partition plate are provided with heat insulation gaps, and the heat conduction efficiency between the cover body and the partition plate is reduced by the heat insulation gaps, so that heat of the reactor is prevented from being dissipated into the protection cavity in a radiation mode, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the whole cabinet body is improved.
In the related technical scheme and the preferred embodiment thereof, the high heating element is arranged in the fourth area, the reactor is arranged in the first area, and the high heating element is basically arranged in a diagonal line, so that two electric elements with large heating value are far away as far as possible, and the heat dissipation efficiency is further improved. The high heating element radiates heat in a liquid cooling mode, the liquid cooling radiating mode has high radiating efficiency, and the low heating element radiates heat in an air cooling mode, so that the radiating efficiency is high.

Referring to fig. 1-7, fig. 1-7 illustrate a power cabinet including a cabinet body 10, a heat exchange device 20, a heat dissipation blower 30, an air heat exchanger 60, a reactor 70, and an electrical connection 80.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the cabinet 10 is in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, the cabinet 10 is provided with a first side wall 11 and a second side wall 12 parallel and opposite to each other along a first direction, and the cabinet 10 is provided with a first abutting wall 13 and a second abutting wall 14 parallel and opposite to each other along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The first direction is the up-down direction in fig. 3, and the second direction is the left-right direction in fig. 3.
In this embodiment, the cabinet body 10 is provided with a support plate 15 and a partition plate 16, referring to fig. 6-7, the support plate 15 divides the cabinet body 10 into an upper area and a lower area, the upper area forms an air passing cavity 10A, the partition plate 16 divides the lower area into a middle area and a bottom area, the middle area forms a protection cavity 10B, the bottom area forms a heat dissipation cavity 10C, i.e. the top of the cabinet body 10 is provided with the air passing cavity 10A, the bottom is provided with the heat dissipation cavity 10C, the cabinet body 10 is provided with the protection cavity 10B between the air passing cavity 10A and the heat dissipation cavity 10C, and the protection cavity 10B is relatively airtight. A heat insulation gap 03 is formed between the top surface of the cover 18 and the wall of the heat dissipation chamber 10C, and the air passing gap between the cover 18 and the air guiding surface 161 can also realize a heat insulation function and is also the heat insulation gap 03. In this embodiment, the surface of the vertical section of the partition plate 16 facing the first side wall 11 forms the air guiding surface 161.
Still referring to fig. 7, the first air inlet 112 and the first air outlet 121 are respectively located at the upper end and the lower end of the heat dissipation cavity 10C, the second air inlet 113 and the second air outlet 122 are both located between the first air inlet 112 and the first air outlet 121, and the second air inlet 113 is higher than the second air outlet 122.
Specifically, the cabinet 10 includes a fan module 19 corresponding to the heat dissipation cavity 10C in the present embodiment, where the fan module 19 is mounted on the first side wall 11 and is used for supplying air to the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113, and the air supply amount to the first air inlet 112 is greater than the air supply amount to the second air inlet 113. In this embodiment, the fan module 19 includes a first fan 191 opposite to the first air inlet 112 and a second fan 192 opposite to the second air inlet 113, where the first fan 191 and the second fan 192 are both air supply fans, and the power of the first fan 191 is greater than that of the second fan 192. The fan module 19 is installed on the first side wall 11, and compared with the fan module installed on the second side wall 12, the temperature of the fan module 19 is not very high, so that the fan is not easy to damage.
The heat exchange device 20 is at least partially disposed in the air passing cavity 10A, specifically, referring to fig. 6, the heat exchange device 20 includes an air-liquid heat exchanger 21 disposed in the air passing cavity 10A and a liquid cooling plate 22 disposed in the protection cavity 10B and radiating heat from the high heat generating component 40, and the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 is communicated with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet of the liquid cooling plate 22, so as to convey cold liquid to the liquid cooling plate 22 and recover hot liquid from the liquid cooling plate, thereby realizing liquid cooling circulation. Referring to fig. 4-5, the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 is provided with two heat exchange portions positioned in the air passing cavity 10A, the two heat exchange portions are arranged at an included angle, one ends of the two heat exchange portions in the first direction are intersected with each other, the other ends of the two heat exchange portions are far away from each other to form an opening, the heat exchange portions are provided with a portion to be cooled and a plurality of air passing channels, each air passing channel is suitable for passing air in the horizontal direction, specifically, the heat exchange portions are heat exchange fins 211 extending in the vertical direction, the heat exchange fins 211 are inclined relative to the first direction and the second direction, the two heat exchange fins 211 are combined into a V-shape, the V-shaped opening faces the second side wall 12, one end of each heat exchange fin 211 intersected with each other is close to the main air introducing opening 111, the heat exchange fins 211 extend in the vertical direction, cooling liquid flow channels and are alternately distributed in the vertical direction, each cooling liquid flow channel forms the portion to be cooled, the cooling liquid flow channels extend in the length direction of the heat exchange fins 211, the air passing channels are suitable for passing air in the horizontal direction, in fig. 5, the cooling liquid flow channels are formed by liquid cooling tubes 1 extending in the length direction, zigzag heat dissipation fins 2112 are arranged in the air passing channels so as to increase efficiency, and still referring to fig. 4, the projection of the heat dissipation fins of the first guide fins and the second guide fins 141 extend in the second direction are projected along the direction, and cover the direction, and the cooling fin is extended. It should be understood that, in addition to the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 and the liquid cooling plate 22, the heat exchange device 20 further includes other components, such as a cooling liquid conveying member 23, where the cooling liquid conveying member 23 may be a water path member, such as a pump, a water tank, and a pipeline, and this part belongs to the prior art, and this embodiment will not be described herein. Because the two heat exchange plates 211 intersect with each other at one end thereof and are close to the main air inlet 111, when the cooling liquid conveying member 23 of the heat exchange device 20 is placed in the area between the two heat exchange plates 211, the space between the two heat exchange plates 211 is fully utilized, the cooling liquid conveying member 23 can be maintained only at the open ends of the two heat exchange plates 211, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat exchange plates 211 is ensured because the air flow firstly dissipates the heat of the heat exchange plates 211 and then dissipates the heat of the cooling liquid conveying member 23. The heat exchanger plates 211 are inclined with respect to both the first direction and the second direction, ensuring that each heat exchanger plate 211 has a larger wind passing area and a smaller volume.
In this embodiment, the cooling liquid channels of the two heat exchange plates 211 are connected in parallel through the cooling liquid conveying member 23, that is, the liquid inlet of each heat exchange plate 211 is the hottest liquid just coming out from the liquid cooling plate 22 (the temperature difference between the liquid inside the heat exchange plate 211 and the external cold air is the largest, and the heat exchange effect is the best), meanwhile, only half of the total flow of the system is on each heat exchange plate 211, so that the flow resistance of the system is greatly reduced, the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange plate 211 is increased, and the flow resistance of the system is also reduced.
The heat dissipation fan 30 is disposed at the air outlet 101 to drive the air flow to be discharged from the main air guiding opening 111 to the air outlet 101 through the air passage. The projection of the heat dissipation fan 30 along the vertical direction is spaced from the two heat exchange plates 211 along the first direction, so that the wind flow is ensured to completely flow through the air passage of the heat exchange plates 211. It should be understood that, in this embodiment, the heat dissipation fan 30 is an exhaust fan, and should have a higher protection level.
In this embodiment, the main air intake 111 is disposed at the side of the air passing cavity 10A, the air outlet 101 is disposed at the top of the air passing cavity 10A, and the hot air density is small, so that the hot air exhausted from the top of the air passing cavity 10A mainly flows upward, but does not flow downward, thereby avoiding heat flow disturbance to the main air intake 111 of the downstream power cabinet. On the basis, when the heat exchange device 20 is placed in the air cavity 10A, two heat exchange plates of the conventional heat exchange device 20 are inclined in the vertical direction, a fan is placed above the area between the two heat exchange plates, in the working process of the fan, the moving direction of the air flow passing through the heat exchange plates changes, because liquid cooling pipes in the heat exchange plates extend along the length direction of the liquid cooling pipes, when the heat exchange plates incline relative to the vertical direction, air channels of the heat exchange plates are inclined relative to the vertical direction, after the fan works, the air flow of the air flow passing through the air channels changes, the air flow of the two heat exchange parts blows between the two heat exchange plates, so sand is easy to accumulate in the inner included angle and the outer included angle of the bottoms of the two heat exchange parts and the air channels in the heat exchange parts under the action of gravity and the air flow, the wind resistance is large after long-term running, the heat exchange efficiency is greatly influenced. That is, in this embodiment, the heat flow is not generated to the main air inlet 111 of the downstream power cabinet when the plurality of power cabinets are arranged side by side along the first direction, and the problem that the heat exchange fins 211 are easy to accumulate sand when the top air is exhausted is avoided, so that the problem that the heat exchange efficiency is reduced after the heat exchange device is operated for a long time is improved.
In this embodiment, the first air guiding port 131 and the second air guiding port 141 are configured to take away the heat of the cooling fluid channels of the two heat exchange fins 211 more quickly, so as to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange fins 211. The side walls of the cabinet body 10 except the first side wall 11 and the second side wall 12, namely the first abutting wall 13 and the second abutting wall 14, do not need to enter and exit air or maintenance, so that the side walls and other cabinet bodies 10 can be used for cabinet combination without influencing the work, heat dissipation and maintenance of the power cabinet, and when a plurality of power cabinets are combined in the second direction, only the first air inlet 131 and the second air inlet 141 at the outermost side can enter air. The air passing cavity 10A of the power cabinet located in the middle does not enter the air from the first air introduction port 131 and the second air introduction port 141 due to the limitation of the air pressure.
Referring still to fig. 6-7, the heating assembly is disposed in the protection cavity 10B and includes a high heating element 40 and a low heating element 50, the high heating element 40 is cooled by the liquid cooling plate 22, the high heating element 40 is an inversion module in this embodiment, so that the water pipe of the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 also passes through the support plate 15 to communicate with the liquid cooling plate 22, the low heating element 50 includes a direct current electric element 51, an alternating current electric element 53 and a capacitor module 52, the direct current electric element 51 is close to the first side wall 11, the alternating current electric element 53 is close to the second side wall 12 and is disposed at the bottom of the protection cavity 10B and is located below the air heat exchanger 60, and the capacitor module 52 is located between the direct current electric element 51 and the alternating current electric element 53 and is located below the high heating element 40. The lower surface of the capacitor module 52 is provided with a heat radiating surface 521 parallel to the horizontal direction.
Wherein the high heat generating element 40 is located above the fourth zone. The dc electrical component 51 is placed in the third region, the ac electrical component 53 is placed in the fourth region, and the capacitor module 52 spans the third region and the fourth region and is located between the ac electrical component 53 and the high heat generating component 40 in the vertical direction. The electrical connection relationship in the protection cavity 10B is that the direct current electrical component 51 is connected with the capacitor module 52, the capacitor module 52 is connected with the high heat generating component 40, and the high heat generating component 40 is connected with the alternating current electrical component 53.
In this embodiment, the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 of the heat exchange device 20 is disposed in the air passing cavity 10A at the top, so that the air inlet of the heat exchange device 20 is also located at the top, and the air inlet is far away from the ground, so that the air inlet has a low air inlet temperature, so that the heat dissipation efficiency of the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 is high, and the high heat dissipation efficiency of the heating element 40 is ensured, and because the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 has no water inlet concern, the air outlet can be opened at the top of the cabinet body 10, so that heat flow disturbance is not easy to occur to the downstream power cabinets when the power cabinets are used in parallel, and because the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 is disposed at the top, the side of the cabinet body 10 is unoccupied, thereby facilitating parallel or parallel use of the power cabinets in the horizontal direction.
The air heat exchanger 60 is arranged on the inner surface of the second side wall 12, the air heat exchanger 60 is provided with a cold air port 61 for conveying cold air to the protection cavity 10B and a hot air port 62 for recovering hot air from the protection cavity 10B, the hot air port 62 and the cold air port 61 face the first side wall 11, the hot air port 62 is higher than the cold air port 61, in practical application, an air draft fan is further arranged at the hot air port 62, the axis of the air draft fan is parallel to the first direction, the air heat exchanger 60 is provided with a first air flow passage and a second air flow passage, the first air flow passage is communicated with a third air inlet 123 and an air passing port 151, the second air flow passage is provided with a cold air port 61 and a hot air port 62, the heat dissipation fan 30 also drives air to flow from the third air inlet 123 to the air outlet 101 through the air passing port 151, and the first air flow passage and the second air flow passage exchange heat with each other to take away heat of the second air flow passage. The hot air port 62 is higher than the cold air port 61, so that the cold air of the air heat exchanger 60 can gradually take away the heat of the heating component in the protection cavity 10B in the process of upward flowing in the protection cavity 10B, and the air circulation is good. The air heat exchanger 60 is attached to the inner surface of the second side wall 12, which is more beautiful than the air heat exchanger attached to the outer surface of the second side wall 12, and if the air heat exchanger 60 is attached to the outer surface of the second side wall 12, the hot air in the first air flow passage easily flows into the main air intake 111 of the downstream cabinet 10.
In this embodiment, the air heat exchanger 60 and the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 share the heat dissipation fan 30, so as to share the air outlet 101, so that the hot air generated by the protection cavity 10B is exhausted from the air outlet 101 at the top of the cabinet body 10, and when a plurality of power cabinets are used side by side along the first direction, the hot air of the air outlet 101 of the upstream power cabinet will not affect the main air inlet 111 of the downstream power cabinet.
The high heat generating element 40 is close to the hot air port 62 of the air heat exchanger 60, so that the cold air flowing out of the cold air port 61 of the air heat exchanger 60 can take away the heat of the low heat generating element 50 in the protection cavity 10B, and then take away the heat of the high heat generating element 40, thereby ensuring the heat dissipation efficiency of the low heat generating element 50. The high heat generating component 40 is lower than the hot air port 62, so that the resistance is small when hot air flows back, and because the density of hot air in the air flow is smaller than that of air, cold air is downward when the hot air passes through the high heat generating component 40 during the back flow, and the hot air is upward, so that the air heat exchanger 60 can radiate the heat of the low heat generating component 50 and simultaneously radiate the heat of the high heat generating component 40.
The heating value of the capacitor module 52 in the low heating element 50 is the largest, the capacitor module 52 is located between the direct current electric element 51 and the alternating current electric element 53 and below the high heating element 40, wiring is facilitated, cold air of the air heat exchanger 60 flows through the alternating current electric element 53, the capacitor module 52 and the direct current electric element 51 and then flows through the high heating element 40 to be recovered to the hot air port 62, the temperature of the cold air is still lower after the cold air passes through the alternating current electric element 53 due to the small heating value of the alternating current electric element 53, so that heat of the capacitor module 52 can be well taken away, and the direct current electric element 51 can radiate outwards through the first side wall 11 due to the fact that the heat of the direct current electric element 51 is close to the first side wall 11, and therefore the heat dissipation efficiency of the low heating element 50 is high.
In this embodiment, the lower surface of the capacitor module 52 is provided with the heat dissipation surface 521 parallel to the horizontal direction, which is not only beneficial to the electrical coupling between the upper surface of the capacitor module 52 and the high heat generating component 40, but also makes the cold air better dissipate the heat of the capacitor module 52. An air passing gap is formed between the liquid cooling plate 22 and the upper surface of the capacitor module 52, and the air flow speed of the air passing gap is the fastest, so that cold air can take away heat of the capacitor module 52 and the high-heat-generating component 40 at the same time. It can be seen that the capacitor module 52 is disposed substantially horizontally, so that the wind flow can flow around the entire capacitor module 52, the heat dissipation efficiency of the capacitor module 52 is high, and the capacitor module 52 can guide the wind flow to the dc electric component 51 far away from the cold air inlet 61 of the air heat exchanger 60, thereby improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the dc electric component 51.
In this embodiment, the electrical components in the protection cavity 10B mainly dissipate heat through liquid cooling and air cooling, wherein the high heat generating component 40 dissipates heat through liquid cooling, the liquid cooling dissipates heat efficiently, the low heat generating component 50 dissipates heat through air cooling, and the protection performance of the protection cavity 10B can be improved well due to the fact that the air heat exchanger 60 and the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 dissipate heat through external circulation, and the high heat generating component 40 is close to the hot air port 62 of the air heat exchanger 60, so that the cold air flowing out from the cold air port 61 of the air heat exchanger 60 can take away the heat of the low heat generating component 50 in the protection cavity 10B first, and then take away the heat of the high heat generating component 40, thereby ensuring the heat dissipation efficiency of the low heat generating component 50. The heat dissipation efficiency of the heating component in the protection cavity 10B can be maximally ensured by the liquid cooling and air cooling matched heat dissipation mode, and the protection performance of the protection cavity 10B is good.
Referring to fig. 7, the electrical component includes a reactor 70 and an electrical connector 80, the reactor 70 extends in a vertical direction and is disposed in the first air duct 01, wherein the reactor 70 is disposed in the upper air outlet chamber 10D and is disposed mainly in a vertical section of the housing 18, an air-passing gap is formed between the reactor 70 and the vertical section of the housing 18, and the "air-passing gap" is understood to be used only for air-passing and other heating elements cannot be disposed in the air-passing gap, and the horizontal section of the housing 18 is used only for air-passing. That is, the reactor 70 is placed in the first region. The reactor 70 is disposed in the first air duct 01 of the heat dissipation cavity 10C, on one hand, because the reactor 70 is heavier, the load-bearing performance of the bottom of the cabinet 10 is better, and on the other hand, the hot air discharged from the first air outlet 121 by the first air duct 01 is kept away from the third air inlet 123 as far as possible, and the hot air movement track of the first air outlet 121 is parabolic, so that the cold air turbulence of the hot air generated by the reactor 70 on the third air inlet 123 is avoided. The reactor 70 is located in the upper outlet chamber 10D such that the reactor 70 is spaced from the ground by the lower outlet chamber 10F, thereby preventing the reactor 70 from being affected by the heat radiation from the ground.
The air passing gap is formed between the cover 18 and the first abutting wall 13 and the second abutting wall 14, so that the flow speed of the cold air flowing through the second air inlet 113 is increased, the cold air flows collide with the air guide surface 161 after flowing to the air guide surface 161, the flow speed is further increased, the air flowing colliding with the air guide surface 161 flows downwards along the outer part of the cover 18, heat radiated to the cover 18 by the reactor 70 can be taken away, the heat radiation efficiency of the reactor 70 is further improved, and the air flowing not colliding with the air guide surface 161 continues to flow to the second air outlet 122 due to the fact that the air guide surface 161 and the inner partition 17 are vertically spaced.
A heat insulation gap 03 is reserved between the top surface of the cover 18 and the cavity wall of the heat dissipation cavity 10C, and the heat insulation gap 03 is matched with an air passing gap between the cover 18 and the air guide surface 161, so that the heat conduction efficiency between the cover 18 and the partition plate 16 is reduced, heat of the reactor 70 is prevented from being dissipated into the protection cavity 10B in a radiation mode, and the influence on electric components in the protection cavity 10B is further avoided. The heat radiation efficiency of the whole cabinet 10 is improved, so that the heat of the reactor 70 is not easily transferred through the heat radiation phase.
The electrical connector 80 is at least partially located within the second air duct 02. The electrical connector 80 includes a fuse 81, a first connector 82 and a second connector 83, the fuse 81 is used for electrically coupling with the dc electrical component 51, the first connector 82 is a dc electrical connector, and the second connector 83 is an ac electrical connector connected with the ac electrical component 53. Since the heat generation amount of the fuse 81 is larger than the first connector 82 and the second connector 83, the temperature resistance of the fuse 81 is lower than the first connector 82 and the second connector 83, the fuse 81, the first connector 82 being located on one side of the reactor 70 in the second direction close to the first side wall 11, and the second connector 83 being located on the other side of the reactor 70 in the second direction close to the second side wall 12, the wiring operation of the first connector 82 and the direct current electric component 51 and the wiring operation of the second connector 83 and the alternating current electric component 53 and the fuse 81, the first connector 82 and the second connector 83 are facilitated. The fuse 81 is close to the second air inlet 113, and the first connector 82 is located below the fuse 81. The first connector 82 and the second connector 83 penetrate the inner partition 17 and extend into the lower outlet chamber 10F to improve heat dissipation efficiency. Correspondingly, a via hole for extending the dc electrical component 51 may be formed at the bottom end of the first side wall 11, and a via hole for extending the ac electrical component 53 may be formed at the bottom end of the second side wall 12.
In this embodiment, the reactor 70 is disposed in the first air duct 01, the electric connector 80 is at least partially disposed in the second air duct 02, since the first air inlet 112 and the first air outlet 121 of the first air duct 01 are respectively disposed at the upper end and the lower end of the heat dissipation cavity 10C, the second air inlet 113 and the second air outlet 122 are both disposed between the first air inlet 112 and the first air outlet 121, and the second air inlet 113 is higher than the second air outlet 122, and therefore, compared with the second air inlet 113, the first air inlet 112 is farther away from the ground, the air inlet temperature of the first air inlet 112 is lower than the temperature of the second air inlet 113, so that cooler air flow can dissipate heat for the reactor 70, and the heat productivity of the reactor 70 is greater than that of the electric connector 80, and therefore, the temperature of the first air outlet 121 is higher than the temperature of the second air outlet 122, and since the first air outlet 121 is disposed at the lower end of the heat dissipation cavity 10C, when a plurality of power cabinets are used side by side in a first direction, the movement track of the hot air flowing upward is substantially parabolic, and the movement track of the first air outlet 121 is unlikely to affect the first air inlet 113 and the second air inlet 113; meanwhile, the reactor 70 is arranged in the independent first air duct 01, the air flow of the first air duct 01 is larger than that of the second air duct 02, so that the heat of the reactor 70 is concentrated and can be taken away quickly, the heat radiation efficiency is high, the heat radiation of the electric connector 80 is smaller, and therefore the heat radiation efficiency of the electric connector 80 is also higher, wherein the electric connector 80 is at least partially positioned in the second air duct 02, the electric connector 80 can radiate heat through the second air duct 02, the heat radiation efficiency is high, and the second air duct 02 can also take away the heat of the first air duct 01 in the heat radiation process due to the lower heat productivity of the electric connector 80, so that the heat radiation efficiency of the reactor 70 is further improved, the reactor 70 and the electric connection 80 are located in the independent heat dissipation chamber 10C, and the hot air flowing through the reactor 70 and the electric connection 80 is directly discharged without interfering with other electric components. It can be seen that in this embodiment, the power cabinet is convenient for cabinet combining, the reactor 70 and the electric connector 80 are separately arranged in the first air duct 01 and the second air duct 02, the first air inlet 112 and the first air outlet 121 are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the heat dissipation cavity 10C, so that the temperature of cold air of the reactor 70 is low, the heat dissipation efficiency is high, meanwhile, hot air of the reactor 70, namely, hot air of the first air outlet 121, is close to the ground as much as possible, thereby avoiding influencing the downstream power cabinet, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the reactor 70 is greatly improved by matching with the independent first air duct 01 of the reactor 70, and the electric connector 80 with less heat generation is arranged in the second air duct 02 with small air volume, namely, the heat dissipation requirement of the electric connector 80 is met, and the heat dissipation can be assisted for the reactor 70.
In this embodiment, the lower air outlet chamber 10F further forms the third air outlet 132 and the fourth air outlet 142 that are communicated with the air outlet 171 of the air outlet 151 on the first abutting wall 13 and the second abutting wall 14, so that the hot air flowing through the reactor 70 can flow out through the third air outlet 132 and the fourth air outlet 142 in addition to the first air outlet 121, thereby reducing the amount of hot air in the first air outlet 121, and being difficult to interfere the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 of the downstream power cabinet, and it should be understood that the first abutting wall 13 and the second abutting wall 14 are both suitable for being used when combining other power cabinets, and when combining a plurality of power cabinets along the second direction, only the third air outlet 132 and the fourth air outlet 142 located at the outermost side will air out, and the third air outlet 132 and the fourth air outlet 142 of the power cabinet located at the middle will not air out due to the larger wind pressure of the adjacent power cabinet.
After the arrangement, the hot air of the whole power cabinet is discharged from the air outlet 101 at the top and the first air outlet 121 at the bottom, so that turbulence is not easy to be generated on the air inlet of the downstream power cabinet. In this embodiment, the high heat generating element 40 is disposed in the fourth region, the reactor 70 is disposed in the first region, and the reactor 70 is disposed substantially diagonally, so that two electrical elements with large heat generation are disposed far away from each other as much as possible, further improving the heat dissipation efficiency, and the dc electrical element 51 is disposed in the third region, the ac electrical element 53 is disposed in the fourth region, and the capacitor module 52 spans the third region and the fourth region, thereby facilitating wiring. The liquid cooling unit is placed in the air passing cavity 10A, the risk of liquid leakage possibly exists in the liquid cooling unit, the protection cavity 10B is arranged between the air passing cavity 10A and the heat dissipation cavity 10C, and the protection cavity 10B is relatively independent and airtight, so that the protection cavity 10B completely separates the air passing cavity 10A and the heat dissipation cavity 10C, on one hand, the protection performance of the liquid cooling unit is improved, the liquid leakage in the air passing cavity 10A is prevented from leaking into the protection cavity 10B, on the other hand, the liquid leakage is prevented from leaking into the heat dissipation cavity 10C as a separation cavity, and the damage of an electric component is avoided. As for the leakage problem of the liquid cooling unit and the liquid cooling plate 22 pipeline, the protection of the connecting pipe can be improved, and the leakage problem of the liquid cooling unit discussed in the application is mainly aimed at the leakage problem of the part of the liquid cooling unit in the air passing cavity 10A.
