The second invention aims to provide an installation method of the wall surface base leveling structure, which also has the advantages of reducing errors generated in the leveling process and ensuring the installation effect.
The first object of the present invention is a wall surface foundation leveling structure and the second object of the present invention is a method for installing a wall surface foundation leveling structure, which are related to each other technically and belong to the same inventive concept.

s2, mounting the leveling clamping piece on the base, and adjusting the position of the leveling clamping piece on the base according to the design size;
s3, after the fact that the upper clamping piece clamping hook and the lower clamping piece clamping hook of the leveling clamping piece are located in the same vertical plane is confirmed, the locking piece is screwed;
s4, pulling the keel buckle on the leveling clamping piece;

Specifically, the leveling clip 2 in this embodiment has a clip body 2-1 and a clip mounting portion 2-2, the clip mounting portion 2-2 is disposed from the outer side of the clip body 2-1 toward the inside of the clip body 2-1, that is, one side of the clip body 2-1 is disposed with an opening, the depth of which is similar to the width of the clip mounting portion 2-2, and the clip mounting portion 2-2 is disposed in the opening, and when the leveling clip is mounted, the clip mounting portion 2-2 is mounted in the base mounting groove 1-4 to increase the contact area between the leveling clip 2 and the base 1, specifically, to increase the contact area between the leveling clip 2 and the base mounting groove 1-4, so as to ensure the stability of the leveling structure during mounting and use. The keel 4 is arranged on the clamping piece body 2-1, so that the stability of the keel 4 in the installation and use processes is ensured.
In this embodiment, the base mounting portion 1-1 is provided with the base mounting hole 1-2, and the connecting piece is inserted into the base mounting hole 1-2 to realize the fixation of the base 1 and the original wall, so as to ensure the stability of the base 1 in the mounting and use process. When the steel bars in the wall are blocked at the installation position, the problem can be solved by changing the position of the base 1.
In this embodiment, a plurality of adjustment grooves 1-6 are formed on the inner wall surface of the base mounting groove 1-4, a plurality of adjustment protrusions 2-6 are formed on the two side surfaces of the clip mounting portion 2-2, the adjustment protrusions 2-6 are adapted to the adjustment grooves 1-6, and the adjustment protrusions 2-6 on the clip mounting portion 2-2 are clipped into the adjustment grooves 1-6 in the base mounting groove 1-4 to achieve assembly between the base 1 and the leveling clip 2. The size and the shape of the adjusting grooves 1-6 and the adjusting protrusions 2-6 are matched, and the smaller the size of the adjusting grooves and the adjusting protrusions, the smaller the size of the adjusting grooves and the size of the adjusting protrusions can be, so that the leveling precision of the leveling clamping piece is guaranteed.
In order to further achieve the front-back adjustment of the leveling clip 2 on the base 1 (i.e., the distance between the leveling clip 2 and the original wall), in this embodiment, a base adjustment hole 1-5 is formed in the base connection portion 1-3, which is a waist-shaped hole, a clip connection hole 2-5 is formed in the clip installation portion 2-2, and a transverse axis of the base adjustment hole 1-5 is perpendicular to the base installation portion 1-1, so as to achieve the front-back adjustment of the position of the leveling clip 2, and a locking member 3 is inserted into the base adjustment hole 1-5 and the clip connection hole 2-5. Above-mentioned retaining member 3 is to wearing the bolt, and to wearing bolted connection mode can increase the overall rigidity and the stability of structure, improves the bearing capacity of structure, and to wearing bolted connection mode convenient to detach and change, be convenient for later maintenance and change.
The number of the clamping piece connecting holes 2-5 is multiple, in this embodiment, the number of the clamping piece connecting holes 2-5 is two, the central axes of the two clamping piece connecting holes 2-5 are located on the same straight line, and the position of the leveling structure can be adjusted by a small angle parallel to the wall surface direction (namely, under the condition that the leveling structure mainly acts on the condition that the keel 4 cannot be modified in size, the nailing in the wall meets the reinforcing steel bar, the base 1 needs to be moved up and down in a small range to avoid the reinforcing steel bar), the leveling clamping piece 2 can be inverted up and down, because the structure of the leveling clamping piece 2 is arranged up and down asymmetrically, the central position of the keel 4 can be changed by up and down inverted installation, and then the keel 4 is hung on the leveling clamping piece 2, so that the stability of the whole structure is ensured.
In order to realize the rapid assembly of the keel 4, the top of the clamping piece body 2-1 is provided with a clamping piece clamping hook 2-3, and correspondingly, the keel 4 is provided with a keel hook 4-1, and the keel hook 4-1 is used for being hooked and pulled on the clamping piece clamping hook 2-3. In order to enhance the overall aesthetic degree of the leveling clamping piece 2, the keel 4 is prevented from moving towards the original wall, the stability of the keel 4 is ensured, the top of the clamping piece body 2-1 is further provided with a clamping piece anti-moving part 2-4, and the side edge of the clamping piece anti-moving part 2-4 is flush with the side edge of the clamping piece body 2-1. Further, a clamping piece anti-moving part 2-4 is also arranged at the bottom of the clamping piece body 2-1, and the two clamping piece anti-moving parts 2-4 are arranged in a flush manner. The prefabricated parts are usually processed in factories, only simple connection and debugging are needed for field installation, complex installation is not needed, and the construction period can be shortened remarkably. The prefabricated member can be mechanically produced, so that high quality is ensured, a complete quality management system can be established in a factory, quality control is convenient, the service lives of the base 1, the leveling clamping piece 2 and the keel 4 are ensured, and the use cost is reduced.
The installation method of the wall surface base layer leveling structure comprises the following installation steps:
s1, finishing line bouncing on the wall surface of an original wall, fixing a base 1 at a position required by the wall surface, and moving the base 1 up and down by a proper distance if the base 1 is influenced by external reasons (steel bars in the wall are blocked);
s2, installing the leveling clamping piece 2 on the base 1, and adjusting the position of the leveling clamping piece 2 on the base 1 according to the design size, specifically, assembling the adjusting protrusion 2-6 on the leveling clamping piece 2 in the adjusting groove 1-6 on the base 1, so as to realize the preliminary installation between the leveling clamping piece 2 and the base 1;
s3, after the upper clamping piece clamping hook 2-3 and the lower clamping piece clamping hook 3 of the leveling clamping piece 2 are confirmed to be positioned in the same vertical plane, the locking piece 3 is screwed;
s4, buckling and pulling the keel 4 on the leveling clamping piece 2, specifically, buckling and pulling the keel hook 4-1 at the clamping piece clamping hook 2-3 to realize the installation of the keel 4;
s5, detecting whether the keel 4 is in an adjustment completion state, and if not, repeating S2 to S4 until the adjustment is completed.
Example 2: the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: according to the wall base leveling structure, the base 1 is fixed on an original wall in a gluing mode and the like, the base 1 can be fixedly installed, and damage to the wall can be avoided.

The wall surface base leveling structure in the above embodiment utilizes the weak deformation of the keel 4 itself, namely, the keel hook 4-1 is formed, so that the leveling clamping piece 2 can be simply buckled into the keel 4, or in other words, the keel 4 can be simply buckled into the leveling clamping piece 2, and the wall surface base leveling structure is simple, convenient and easy to operate and can maintain good bearing capacity. The leveling method of the leveling structure in the embodiment is simple, the leveling process is short, and the leveling stage has few error-prone points.
According to the wall surface base layer leveling structure in the embodiment, the leveling structure is ingenious, the base 1 and the leveling clamping piece 2 are arranged in a detachable connection mode, on one hand, fastening force is provided through the adjustment grooves 1-6 and the adjustment protrusions 2-6 in a similar saw tooth meshing state, the base 1 and the leveling clamping piece 2 are locked through the locking piece 3, the whole structure is stably and reliably connected together, errors generated in the process of the leveling structure are reduced, the operation difficulty is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, the use experience of a user is enhanced, and popularization and application of the leveling structure in the technical field of decoration are facilitated.
In the wall surface base layer leveling structure in the embodiment, the adjustment perpendicular to the wall surface direction can be realized through the adjustment groove 1-6 and the adjustment protrusion 2-6 or through the base adjustment hole 1-5 and the clamping piece connection hole 2-5 or through the adjustment groove 1-6 and the adjustment protrusion 2-6 and the base adjustment hole 1-5 and the clamping piece connection hole 2-5, and the small angle adjustment parallel to the wall surface direction can be realized by moving the upper and lower positions of the base 1. The leveling clamping piece 2 can be inverted up and down under the condition that the wall surface direction is parallel to the small angle adjustment (mainly applied to the condition that the keel 4 cannot be modified in size, and the condition that the nailing in the wall meets the reinforcing steel bars, the reinforcing steel bars are needed to be moved up and down in a small range), because the structure of the leveling clamping piece 2 is arranged up and down asymmetrically, the central position of the keel 4 can be changed due to the fact that the clamping piece connecting holes 2-5 are formed in the left side of the leveling clamping piece 2 up and down, and then the keel 4 is hung on the leveling clamping piece 2, so that the stability of the whole structure is ensured.
