traditional polishing equipment polishes the hardware mainly through rotatory mode, but because the irregular shape of hardware, traditional equipment is difficult to adapt to the polishing demand of different shape hardware, leads to some positions unable to obtain abundant polishing, consequently, designs a precision hardware automatic molding polishing equipment in order to change above-mentioned technical defect.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide automatic forming polishing equipment for precise hardware, which aims to solve the technical problem that the polishing equipment is difficult to adapt to polishing requirements of hardware in different shapes in the prior art, so that certain parts cannot be polished sufficiently.

Preferably, the polishing assembly comprises a driving roller, the driving roller is positioned in the rotating box, the two ends of the bottom of the rotating box are respectively connected with a driven roller through pin shafts in a rotating mode, polishing belts are sleeved on the outer sides of the driving roller and the two driven rollers, a second driving motor is fixed to one end of the rotating box through bolts, and the output end of the second driving motor is fixedly connected with the driving roller.

The embodiment is an automatic forming and polishing device for precise hardware, the structure of which is shown in fig. 1-7, the polishing device comprises a processing box 1, a bottom connecting plate 6 is arranged in the processing box 1, a rectangular polishing plate is fixed at the bottom of the bottom connecting plate 6, two ends of the bottom connecting plate 6 are rotatably connected with a rotating box 7, and a polishing assembly for polishing the hardware is arranged in the rotating box 7; be provided with the slewing mechanism who is used for rotating case 7 pivoted between processing case 1 and the bottom connecting plate 6, the both ends of processing case 1 bottom all are provided with the fixture that is used for circular hardware centre gripping.
The polishing assembly comprises a driving roller 14, the driving roller 14 is positioned in the rotating box 7, two ends of the bottom of the rotating box 7 are respectively connected with a driven roller 15 through pin shafts in a rotating mode, polishing belts 13 are sleeved on the outer sides of the driving roller 14 and the two driven rollers 15, a limiting roller 16 used for limiting the polishing belts 13 is further arranged in the rotating box 7, the limiting roller 16 is positioned in the rotating box 7 and is in rotating connection with the rotating box 7 through a bearing, the rotating track of the polishing belts 13 is limited, the polishing belts 13 can rotate in the rotating box 7 better, a second driving motor 12 is fixed at one end of the rotating box 7 through bolts, and the output end of the second driving motor 12 is fixedly connected with the driving roller 14;
the output end of the second driving motor 12 penetrates through the interior of the rotating box 7 and is rotationally connected with the rotating box 7 through a bearing, so that the output end of the second driving motor 12 can penetrate through the interior of the rotating box 7 and drive the driving roller 14 to rotate;

the operation of second cylinder 8 makes vertical rectangle lifter 9 can carry out vertical lift in the inside of vertical support column 5, the lift of vertical rectangle lifter 9 makes through slant pivoted post 10 and rectangle connecting block 11 and rotates case 7 and the junction of bottom connecting plate 6 as the centre of a circle, and then make and rotate case 7 and can carry out angle modulation, so that polishing area 13 can polish the hardware, and can make polishing area 13 can polish the vertically hardware, the operation of first driving motor 2, circular installation piece 4 can rotate, make bottom connecting plate 6 and rotate case 7 and can polish the surface of hardware, the operation of first cylinder 3, make bottom connecting plate 6 and rotate case 7 can carry out vertical lift, make bottom connecting plate 6 and rotate case 7 can polish the hardware of different heights.
In addition, the clamping mechanism comprises a U-shaped movable frame 17, a third driving motor 19 is fixed at one end of the U-shaped movable frame 17 through bolts, a longitudinal rotary rod 22 is fixed at the output end of the third driving motor 19, a rotary wheel 20 is fixed at the outer side of the longitudinal rotary rod 22, vertical sliding columns 25 are arranged at the outer side of the longitudinal rotary rod 22 and positioned at two ends of the rotary wheel 20, arc-shaped rotary rods 24 are arranged at the top and the bottom of the vertical sliding columns 25, a longitudinal fixed rod 23 is fixed at one end, far away from the vertical sliding columns 25, of the arc-shaped rotary rods 24, and driven wheels 21 are rotatably connected to the outer sides of the longitudinal fixed rods 23 through bearings; the inside of U type movable rack 17 is connected with fourth cylinder 26 through the round pin axle rotation, and the output and the arc dwang 24 of fourth cylinder 26 are connected through the round pin axle rotation for the operation of fourth cylinder 26 can drive arc dwang 24 and rotate, so that from the driving wheel 21 can laminate the outside of circular hardware, prevent the drop of circular hardware, so that circular hardware can obtain polishing.
