The first sterilizing lamp 8 is an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, and is started at regular time and used for ultraviolet sterilizing the circulating filter unit and the temporal part of the ventilating duct.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the air inlet pipeline 1 is fixedly connected with the wall through bolts, and the air inlet pipeline 1 is clamped with a sealing strip 3, and the sealing strip 3 abuts against the wall.
In the use process, the air inlet pipeline 1 and the poultry house wall are sealed through the sealing strip 3, so that air in the external environment is prevented from directly entering the poultry house.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the circulation filtering unit includes a mounting shaft 4 rotatably connected in the extension pipe 2, a belt wheel 5 is fixedly connected to the mounting shaft 4, a belt 6 is rotatably connected to the belt wheel 5, a gauze 7 is fixedly connected to the belt 6, a mounting plate 50 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the extension pipe 2, a driving motor 51 is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 50, and an output shaft of the driving motor 51 is fixedly connected to one of the mounting shafts 4.
The driving motor 51 is started, the driving motor 51 drives the installation shaft 4 to rotate, the installation shaft 4 drives the gauze 7 to rotate through the belt pulley 5 and the belt 6, and the gauze 7 at the air inlet is replaced, so that the gauze 7 is kept smooth, and the reduction of air quantity entering the poultry house is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2, the device further comprises a first shunt tube 9 fixedly connected to the expansion pipeline 2, the first shunt tube 9 penetrates through the inner side of the gauze 7, and an atomization nozzle 46 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the first shunt tube 9.
Through sending water to the inside of first shunt tubes 9, water passes through atomizer 46 atomizing blowout to improve the area of contact of water and air current, improve the cooling effect of air current, further improve the inside cooling effect of birds house.
Referring to fig. 2, the water storage tank 14 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the expansion pipeline 2 and communicated with the bottom of the expansion pipeline 2, an inclined scraper 15 is fixedly connected in the water storage tank 14, the inclined scraper 15 is attached to the gauze 7, and a separation part for separating impurity from liquid is arranged in the water storage tank 14.
When the gauze 7 rotates, the inclined scraping plate 15 scrapes sundries on the gauze 7, so that the gauze 7 is cleaned, the gauze 7 circulated to the air inlet is kept smooth, water sprayed by the atomizing nozzle 46 gathers on the gauze 7, gathered dust is included, the weight is increased along with the gathering of the water, the dust automatically falls to the upper part of the separating part, and the cleaning effect of the gauze 7 is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, the separation part comprises a second mounting frame 19 fixedly connected to the water storage tank 14, water holes are formed in the second mounting frame 19, a filter plate 20 is fixedly connected to the second mounting frame 19, and the filter plate 20 is a zeolite molecular sieve plate; or an activated carbon sheet; or the filter box is a mounting box with water holes at the upper and lower parts, cobbles are filled in the mounting box, and filter cloth cobbles are sleeved on the outer side of the mounting box.
The filter plate 20 is used for filtering, so that sundries such as dust, flock and the like are separated from water, the sundries are trapped above the filter plate 20, the water falls to the bottom of the filter plate 20 through gaps in the filter plate 20, the water is cleaned, the water is filtered, the water is conveniently recycled, and water resources are saved.
Referring to fig. 2, a push rod 38 is slidably connected to the water storage tank 14, the push rod 38 extends into the water storage tank 14 and is fixedly connected with a cleaning plate 39, and the bottom of the cleaning plate 39 is attached to the top of the filter plate 20.
The cleaning plate 39 is driven to slide by the driving push rod 38, the cleaning plate 39 slides on the surface of the filter plate 20, so that the top surface of the filter plate 20 is cleaned, the filter plate 20 is prevented from being blocked, the material receiving groove is formed in the second mounting frame 19, and sundries such as dust, batting and the like are pushed into the material receiving groove by the cleaning plate 39, so that the sundries such as dust, batting and the like can be taken out manually.
Referring to fig. 2, a second germicidal lamp 21 is fixedly connected to the inside of the water storage tank 14, and the second germicidal lamp 21 is disposed at the bottom of the filter 20.
The second sterilizing lamp 21 is started at fixed time to sterilize and disinfect the circulating water, so that germs are prevented from being generated in the circulating water, and the ventilation quality is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 5 and 6, the bottom of the water storage tank 14 is fixedly connected with a high pressure water pump 40, the input end of the high pressure water pump 40 is fixedly connected with a water inlet pipe extending into the water storage tank 14, the output end of the high pressure water pump 40 is fixedly connected with a split joint 41, the second output end of the split joint 41 is fixedly connected with a second water discharge pipe group 44, the first mounting frame 10 is fixedly connected with a second connecting pipe 47, the second connecting pipe 47 is fixedly connected with a tenth control valve 48, the input end of the first split pipe 9 is fixedly connected with a ninth control valve 45, and two output ends of the second water discharge pipe group 44 are respectively fixedly connected with the ninth control valve 45 and the tenth control valve 48.
Starting the high-pressure water pump 40, sucking water in the water storage tank 14 by the high-pressure water pump 40, then sending the water into the split-flow joint 41, discharging the water into the first split-flow pipe 9 and the water storage tank at the top of the first installation frame 10 through the second water discharge pipe group 44, spraying atomized water to the inner ring of the gauze 7 and soaking the wet curtain paper 11, so that the heat of the air flow is absorbed by the water, and the air flow is cooled.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the bottom of the air intake pipe 1 is fixedly connected with a water receiving tank 16, a second shunt pipe 18 is fixedly connected in the water storage tank 14, a shunt hole facing the bottom surface of the inclined scraper 15 is formed in the second shunt pipe 18, and the second shunt pipe 18 is connected with the bottom of the water receiving tank 16 through a first connecting pipe 17.
The water discharged by the wet curtain paper 11 is discharged into the water receiving groove 16, then is discharged into the second shunt pipe 18 through the first connecting pipe 17, is discharged to the inclined scraping plate 15 through the shunt hole, washes the inclined scraping plate 15, washes away sundries such as dust and flock on the inclined scraping plate 15, and prevents the sundries on the inclined scraping plate 15 from excessively reducing the cleaning effect on the gauze 7.
Referring to fig. 4, the air inlet pipeline 1 and the bottom of the water storage tank 14 are fixedly connected with a supporting plate, a roller 22 is rotatably connected to the supporting plate, the air inlet pipeline further comprises a guide rail 23 fixed on the ground, and the roller 22 rolls on the guide rail 23.
The guide rail 23 prevents the roller 22 from sinking into the earth, keeps the roller 22 rolling smoothly, and the roller 22 converts rolling friction into sliding friction, thereby reducing friction resistance and further reducing power required for the movement of the air intake duct 1.
Referring to fig. 7, a first piston cylinder 24 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the water storage tank 14, a first piston rod 25 is slidably connected to the first piston cylinder 24, one end of the first piston rod 25 is fixedly connected to a wall of a house, the other end of the first piston rod 25 extends into the first piston cylinder 24 and is fixedly connected with a first piston plate, the first piston plate divides the interior of the first piston cylinder 24 into a first pressure cavity and a second pressure cavity, water is injected into the first pressure cavity to drive the first piston rod 25 to slide out of the first piston cylinder 24, water is injected into the second pressure cavity to drive the first piston rod 25 to slide into the first piston cylinder 24, and accordingly the air inlet pipeline 1 is driven to be attached to or separated from the wall of the house, and the wet curtain paper 11 is convenient to replace.
Referring to fig. 7, a second piston cylinder 31 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the water storage tank 14, a second piston rod 32 is slidably connected to the second piston cylinder 31, one end of the second piston rod 32 is fixedly connected to a connecting plate 37, the connecting plate 37 is fixedly connected with a push rod 38, the other end of the second piston rod 32 extends into the second piston cylinder 31 and is fixedly connected with a second piston plate, the second piston plate divides the second piston cylinder 31 into a third pressure cavity and a fourth pressure cavity, water is injected into the third pressure cavity to drive the second piston rod 32 to slide outwards of the second piston cylinder 31, and water is injected into the fourth pressure cavity to drive the second piston rod 32 to slide inwards of the second piston cylinder 31, so that the surface of the filter plate 20 is cleaned by automatically driving a cleaning plate 39 to slide.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a first control valve 26 for feeding water into the first pressure chamber and a second control valve 27 for feeding water into the second pressure chamber are fixedly connected to the side wall of the first piston cylinder 24; a third control valve 28 for draining the first pressure cavity and a fourth control valve 29 for draining the second pressure cavity are fixedly connected to the side wall of the first piston cylinder 24; the side wall of the second piston cylinder 31 is fixedly connected with a fifth control valve 33 for feeding water into the third pressure cavity and a sixth control valve 34 for feeding water into the fourth pressure cavity, the side wall of the second piston cylinder 31 is fixedly connected with a seventh control valve 35 for discharging water from the third pressure cavity and an eighth control valve 36 for discharging water from the fourth pressure cavity, the first output end of the split joint 41 is fixedly connected with a first water discharge pipe group 42, the output end of the first water discharge pipe group 42 is fixedly connected with the first control valve 26, the second control valve 27, the fifth control valve 33 and the sixth control valve 34 respectively, the bottom of the first connecting pipe 17 is fixedly connected with a water inlet pipe group 43, and the input end of the water inlet pipe group 43 is fixedly connected with the third control valve 28, the fourth control valve 29, the seventh control valve 35 and the eighth control valve 36 respectively.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the air inlet end of the first negative ion air spraying groove 12 is fixedly connected with a twelfth control valve 54, the air inlet end of the second negative ion air spraying groove 13 is fixedly connected with an eleventh control valve 53, the side wall of the expansion pipeline 2 is fixedly connected with a negative ion generator 52, the output end of the negative ion generator 52 is fixedly connected with an exhaust pipe group 30, and two output ends of the exhaust pipe group 30 are respectively fixedly connected with the eleventh control valve 53 and the twelfth control valve 54.
The negative ion generator 52 generates negative ion wind, the negative ion wind is shunted through the exhaust pipe group 30 and enters the two groups of negative ion spraying grooves to be sprayed out, so that the negative ion wind is mixed with external air, the polymerization of external air floating dust is accelerated, the filtering effect of the gauze 7 is improved, the negative ion wind blows into the air inlet pipeline 1, and is discharged into the poultry house along with air flow, so that the poultry house is sterilized at the end of the poultry house, the dust settling effect inside the poultry house is improved, the sanitation level inside the poultry house is improved, the breeding effect is improved, and the incidence rate of poultry is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, the expansion pipe further comprises a controller 49 fixedly connected to the side wall of the expansion pipe 2, and a control system is arranged in the controller 49.
The control system comprises: the motor control system comprises a motor adjusting module for controlling the rotating speed of the driving motor 51, a motor timing starting module for controlling the rotation of the rotor of the driving motor 51, and a motor rotating module for driving the rotation of the rotor of the driving motor 51.
The water pump control system comprises a temperature sensing module and a temperature setting module, wherein the temperature sensing module is arranged inside a poultry house and used for sensing the temperature inside the poultry house, the temperature setting module is used for adjusting the temperature threshold value, the temperature setting module can set the threshold value of the high-pressure water pump 40, when the temperature sensing module detects that the temperature inside the poultry house is higher than the threshold value, the high-pressure water pump 40 is controlled to be started, when the temperature of the back of the poultry house is lower than the threshold value, the high-pressure water pump 40 is controlled to stop working, and the initial threshold value is set to be thirty ℃.
The installation control system comprises a separation module and a polymerization module, wherein the separation module is used for controlling all control valves except the first control valve 26 and the fourth control valve 29 to be closed, starting the high-pressure water pump 40, injecting water into the first pressure cavity, driving the first piston rod 25 to slide outside the first piston cylinder 24, and driving the air inlet pipeline 1 to be separated from the housing wall of the poultry house; the polymerization module controls the control valves except the second control valve 27 and the third control valve 28 to be closed completely, and starts the high-pressure water pump 40 to fill water into the second pressure cavity, and drives the first piston rod 25 to drive the air inlet pipeline 1 to be attached to the wall body in the first piston cylinder 24; the cleaning system comprises a pushing module, a resetting module and a cleaning timing module, wherein the resetting module is used for controlling all control valves except the fifth control valve 33 and the eighth control valve 36 to be closed, starting the high-pressure water pump 40, injecting water into the third pressure cavity, driving the second piston rod 32 to slide outwards of the second piston cylinder 31, driving the connecting plate 37 to slide towards the wall, and driving the cleaning plate 39 to reset; the pushing module is used for controlling the control valves except the sixth control valve 34 and the seventh control valve 35 to be closed completely, controlling the high-pressure water pump 40 to start, injecting water into the fourth pressure cavity, driving the second piston rod 32 to slide into the second piston cylinder 31, and driving the cleaning plate 39 to slide by the second piston rod 32 through the connecting plate 37 and the push rod 38, so as to clean the surface of the filter plate 20; the cleaning timing module is used for timing the automatic starting time of the pushing module and the resetting module, firstly controlling the pushing module to start to clean the filter plate 20, then controlling the resetting module to start, driving the cleaning plate 39 to reset, and the cleaning timing module can set cleaning interval time.
The water replenishing system comprises an external water pump, wherein the external water pump is connected with a water source and is used for replenishing the water source into the water storage tank 14, a water level detection device is arranged inside the water storage tank 14 and is used for detecting the water level inside the water storage tank 14, and when the water level inside the water storage tank 14 is lower than a preset threshold value, the external water pump is controlled to start replenishing water to the inside of the water storage tank 14.
The manual valve control system comprises a first control module, a second control module, a third control module, a fourth control module and a fifth control module, wherein the first control module is used for controlling the on-off of the first control valve, the second control module is used for controlling the on-off of the second control valve, the third control module is used for controlling the on-off of the second control valve, the fourth control module is used for controlling the on-off of the third control valve; also included are a water pump control module for controlling the high pressure water pump 40, a motor control module for controlling the driving motor 51, a first ultraviolet lamp control module for controlling the first germicidal lamp 8, a second ultraviolet lamp control module for controlling the second germicidal lamp 21, and an ionizer control module for the negative ion generator 52.
