Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of essence and spice and food flavoring, and particularly relates to essence with jasmine tea characteristics, a preparation method thereof and application of essence in tobacco, wherein the essence has the jasmine tea characteristic fragrance.
Background
The disclosure of this background section is only intended to increase the understanding of the general background of the invention and is not necessarily to be construed as an admission or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to those of ordinary skill in the art.
The essence and spice are widely applied to the fields of tobacco, food, daily chemicals and the like. In the tobacco field, the essence and the spice not only can endow the cigarette product with unique style characteristics, but also can improve the sensory quality of the cigarette. Common flavor raw materials are tobacco essential oils, aromatic organic compounds, and the like. With the improvement of living standard, the requirements of people on the quality and taste of cigarettes are increasing. Jasmine tea is produced in Fujian Fuzhou, the producing area is wide, and the variety is rich. The tea fragrance and the jasmine fragrance are integrated, the fragrance is strong without flushing, the fragrance is durable, the fragrance is sharp, no peculiar smell is generated, and the nutritional value and the health care value are high.
The patent CN109393547A is a jasmine cigar, and the raw materials comprise: 100-150 parts of jasmine flower, 10-15 parts of mucosa protectant, 5-10 parts of flavoring agent, 3-8 parts of sodium bicarbonate or sodium carbonate, 5-10 parts of sweetener, 1-5 parts of tobacco flavor, 1-2 parts of antioxidant, 1-2 parts of preservative, 15-20 parts of tobacco extract, 5-10 parts of cigar type tobacco flavor, 20-30 parts of cigar material, 15-20 parts of deionized water, 0.5-1 part of compound vitamin, 5-8% of water content of finished product, 30-40 parts of propylene glycol, and the tobacco extract is absolute oil or essential oil of cloud tobacco, extract and/or Zimbabwe tobacco leaf oil or essential oil; cigar material is tobacco powder after crushing, grinding and sieving, and has granularity of 10-100 mesh.
Patent CN104371830a discloses a jasmine essence with natural jasmine flavor and a preparation method thereof. The raw materials comprise: jasmine treatment fluid, benzyl alcohol, phenethyl alcohol, linalool, alpha-terpineol, nerolidol, benzyl alcohol, linalool, cis-jasmone, methyl anthranilate, benzyl acetate, linalyl acetate, methyl dihydrojasmonate, gamma-decalactone, indole, jasmine absolute, ethanol, distilled water, jasmine fragrance base, and propylene glycol.
However, the essence does not have jasmine tea fragrance.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the essence with the jasmine tea characteristics, which shows a certain jasmine tea fragrance characteristic on the basis of guaranteeing the elegant and fragrant jasmine tea fragrance, and effectively avoids the defect of unstable quality caused by the addition of natural tea products.
