A full-automatic cleaning method of a movable cross beam type gantry machine tool comprises the following steps:
step one: pressing a full-automatic cleaning button of the machine tool, selecting a cleaning mode of a cleaning cycle, judging whether a safety door is closed or not according to different cleaning areas of different cleaning modes and different time, and if a cutter handle is arranged on a main shaft, carrying out a second step if the cutter handle is arranged, otherwise, ending operation;
step two: confirming that the cleaning knife handle is installed, and if no large-scale shielding object exists in the cleaning area, carrying out the step three, otherwise, ending the operation;
step three: starting a full-automatic cleaning circulation program, monitoring the liquid level of the cooling water tank in real time during cleaning, and outputting an alarm prompt when the liquid level is too high;
step four: starting a chip cleaner to clean scraps, monitoring and collecting the height of the trolley waste residues during cleaning, and outputting an alarm prompt when the height of the waste residues is too high;
step five: and drying the water stain on the workbench by compressed air until the cleaning circulation procedure is finished.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The device transmits the cooling liquid in the main shaft center cooling device to the inside of the mounting seat, the mounting seat drives the cooling liquid in the mounting seat to flow to the cleaning head on the five-axis head, the cooling liquid is input into the cleaning head through the cooling port, and the cooling liquid in the cleaning head is discharged through the water outlet hole, so that the inside of the machine tool main body is automatically cleaned, and the next processing of the inside of the machine tool is facilitated; the automatic cleaning in the whole working area of the gantry machine tool is realized, meanwhile, the working time of a processing person is saved, the working intensity is reduced, the health of the working person is protected, the efficiency of workpiece replacement is improved, and the thermal stability of the machine tool is maintained;
(2) Meanwhile, the five shaft heads are driven to rotate, and the cleaning heads on the five shaft heads can be driven to rotate, so that the cleaning heads can also cool and clean the inner wall of the machine tool main body, and the cleaning effect of the interior of the machine tool is improved;
(3) The cleaned waste liquid and waste residues flow to the two sides of the waste liquid and waste residues through a T-shaped groove and a workbench, the waste liquid and waste residues are coarsely filtered by a chip remover, the waste residues in the chip remover are placed into a collecting trolley, and the waste residues are transmitted to a treatment position through the collecting trolley; and then the transmission device drives the filtered waste liquid to enter the corresponding cooling water tank, the water tank filtering system in the cooling water tank carries out secondary filtration on the waste liquid, and the filtered waste liquid reaches the main shaft center cooling device through the water tank filtering system, so that the recycling of the cooling liquid is facilitated, and the use efficiency of the whole device is improved.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides a full-automatic cleaning system for a gantry machine tool with movable cross beams, comprising: the machine tool comprises a machine tool body 1, wherein a mounting seat 2 is arranged on the machine tool body 1, a five-shaft head 3 is rotatably connected to the mounting seat 2, a cleaning head 4 is arranged on the five-shaft head 3, and an automatic chip removal device 5 is arranged at the bottom of the machine tool body 1; the mounting seat 2 drives the cooling liquid to flow to the cleaning head 4 on the five-shaft head 3, and the cleaning head 4 cleans and cools the interior of the machine tool main body 1, so that the next processing in the machine tool is convenient; meanwhile, the five-shaft head 3 is driven to rotate, and the cleaning head 4 on the five-shaft head can be driven to rotate, so that the cleaning head 4 can also cool and clean the inner wall of the machine tool main body 1, and the cleaning effect of the machine tool is improved.
The machine tool main body 1 is provided with a main shaft central cooling device 6, the main shaft central cooling device 6 is communicated with the mounting seat 2, and cooling liquid is arranged in the main shaft central cooling device 6; the cooling liquid in the main shaft central cooling device is transmitted to the inside of the installation seat 2 through the main shaft central cooling device 6, the installation seat 2 drives the cooling liquid in the installation seat to flow to the cleaning head 4 on the five-shaft head 3, so that the cleaning head 4 drives the cooling liquid to cool and clean the inside of the machine tool main body 1.
A workbench 7 is arranged on the machine tool main body 1, the workbench 7 corresponds to the cleaning head 4 in position, and a T-shaped groove 8 is arranged on the workbench 7; when the cleaning head 4 cleans the workbench 7 in the machine tool main body 1, the T-shaped groove 8 is convenient for the flow of the cleaned waste liquid and waste residue. The machine tool body 1 is provided with a water tank filtering system 9, one end of the water tank filtering system 9 is communicated with the workbench 7 and the T-shaped groove 8, and the other end of the water tank filtering system 9 is communicated with the main shaft center cooling device 6. The automatic chip removing device 5 comprises a transmission device 10, the transmission device 10 is arranged on two sides of the workbench 7 and the T-shaped groove 8, the chip remover 14 is arranged on the machine tool body 1, and one end of the transmission device 10 extends into the chip remover 14. The machine tool main body 1 is provided with a collecting trolley 11 in a sliding manner, and the collecting trolley 11 can be positioned below the chip remover 14; the cleaned waste liquid and waste residue flow to the two sides of the waste liquid and waste residue through the T-shaped groove 8 and the workbench 7, the chip remover 14 carries out coarse filtration on the waste liquid and the waste residue, the waste residue in the chip remover 14 is placed in the collecting trolley 11, and the waste residue is transmitted to a processing position through the collecting trolley 11; and then the transmission device 10 (such as a lift pump) drives the filtered waste liquid to enter a corresponding cooling water tank, the water tank filtering system 9 in the cooling water tank carries out secondary filtration on the waste liquid, and the filtered waste liquid reaches the main shaft center cooling device 6 through the water tank filtering system 9, so that the recycling of the cooling liquid is facilitated.
The inside of the cleaning head 4 is provided with a water outlet hole 12, the middle part of the cleaning head 4 is provided with a cooling port 13, and the cooling port 13 is communicated with the water outlet hole 12; the cooling liquid is supplied to the cleaning head 4 through the cooling port 13, and the cooling liquid in the cleaning head 4 is discharged through the water outlet hole 12, thereby cleaning the inside of the machine tool body 1.
Referring to fig. 3, a full-automatic cleaning method for a gantry machine tool with movable cross beams includes the following steps:
step one: pressing a full-automatic cleaning button of the machine tool, selecting a cleaning mode of a cleaning cycle, judging whether a safety door is closed or not according to different cleaning areas of different cleaning modes and different time, and if a cutter handle is arranged on a main shaft, carrying out a second step if the cutter handle is arranged, otherwise, ending operation;
step two: confirming that the cleaning knife handle is installed, and if no large-scale shielding object exists in the cleaning area, carrying out the step three, otherwise, ending the operation;
step three: starting a full-automatic cleaning circulation program, monitoring the liquid level of the cooling water tank in real time during cleaning, and outputting an alarm prompt when the liquid level is too high;
step four: starting a chip cleaner to clean scraps, monitoring the height of the waste residues of the collecting trolley 11 during cleaning, and outputting an alarm prompt when the height of the waste residues is too high;
step five: drying the water stain on the workbench 7 by compressed air until the cleaning circulation procedure is finished;
the whole cleaning system is controlled by the steps, so that the automatic operation of the whole cleaning system is realized.
When the invention is used, a machine tool cleaning button which is arranged in advance is arranged on the numerical control system, the button is pressed down, and a protection program which is written and debugged is used for detecting whether the protection door is closed or not so as to determine that the whole working area is in a closed state, wherein each joint is required to ensure the waterproof performance; if the protective door is detected to be not closed, starting a protection and alarm program; if the protective door is detected to be closed, the cooling liquid in the protective door is transmitted to the inside of the installation seat 2 through the main shaft center cooling device 6, the installation seat 2 drives the cooling liquid in the installation seat to flow to the cleaning head 4 on the five-shaft head 3, the cooling liquid is input into the cleaning head 4 through the cooling port 13, and the cooling liquid in the cleaning head 4 is discharged through the water outlet 12, so that the inside of the machine tool main body 1 is cleaned, and the next processing in the machine tool is facilitated; meanwhile, the five-shaft head 3 is driven to rotate, and the cleaning head 4 on the five-shaft head 3 can be driven to rotate, so that the cleaning head 4 can also cool and clean the inner wall of the machine tool main body 1, and the cleaning effect of the machine tool is improved;
