A method of using a four-section electric bed, comprising the steps of:

s3, when a user needs to sit on the mattress and the legs bend knees, the output shafts of the third electric push rod 27 and the fourth electric push rod 29 extend simultaneously, the output shaft of the third electric push rod 27 pushes the head bed plate 21 to rotate, the head bed plate 21 depends on the back of the user, meanwhile, the output shaft of the fourth electric push rod 29 drives the leg bed plate 22 to rotate anticlockwise, the leg bed plate 22 drives the foot bed plate 23 to rotate clockwise, and the leg bed plate 22 and the foot bed plate 23 are matched so as to facilitate the bending of the legs of the user, so that comfort is brought to the user;
s4, when the output shaft of the third electric push rod 27 extends to drive the head bed board 21 to rotate, the third electric push rod 27 also rotates clockwise by taking the rotating shaft 26 as the center of a circle, the winding wheel 31 releases winding of the pull rope 43, and because the front slide rod 37 is in a compressed state under the pulling of the pull rope 43, the elastic force of the slide rod 37 pushes the slide sleeve 38 and the rack 40 to move upwards at the moment, the rack 40 drives the lamp arm 33 to rotate through the gear 35, and the reading lamp 34 just can provide illumination for a user leaning on the head bed board 21, so that the user can sit on the bed for reading at night;
s5, when a user needs to sit on the electric bed for office work or food taking, the user rotates the self-supporting arm 45 to enable the self-supporting arm 45 to be in a vertical state, then the locking bolt 48 is screwed into the threaded hole 47 to fix the self-supporting arm 45, then the sliding plate 44 is moved to one side, and the user can groveling on the base plate 46 for office work or food taking;
s6, when a user needs to watch the television, the output shaft of the second electric push rod 14 is contracted, and at the moment, the outer frame 2, the inner frame 3 and the frame 49 incline to the right side, so that the bending of the leg bed plate 22 and the foot bed plate 23 is avoided, the sight is blocked, and the user can watch the television more comfortably.
