In this embodiment, a plurality of indexes of the elevator component may be detected according to a preset period, and detection values of the plurality of indexes may be obtained, where detection periods of different indexes may be the same or different, and after detection of the detection values of the plurality of indexes, the detection values may be stored in a database, so that when the system time reaches the detection period of the elevator component, the detection values of the respective indexes are read from the database.
S102, grouping a plurality of detection values according to indexes included in the preset state influence factor combinations to obtain detection values of the indexes included in each state influence factor combination.
The state influencing factor combination may be a combination of factors having a significant influence on judging whether the indicator is qualified, in one example, the state influencing factor combination may include at least one of a plurality of factors such as a model number, a rated current, a rated voltage, an ambient temperature, an ambient humidity, etc. of the elevator component, and the indicator is taken as an example.

S103, determining detection standards of indexes included in each state influence factor combination.
For the index included in each state influencing factor combination, in one embodiment, the detection standard of the index can be determined according to the design parameters of the elevator component, for example, when the index is working current for a host frequency converter of a certain model, the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the working current can be determined from the design parameters of the host frequency converter, the index is taken as working temperature as an example, each host frequency converter is provided with a temperature range suitable for working when being designed, the temperature range is the detection standard of the working temperature, the detection standards of the indexes of different elevator components are different, and the detection standard of each index can be directly read from the stored attribute data of the elevator component.
In another embodiment, a historical detection value of an index of the elevator component can be obtained, a detection standard of the index under an influence factor in the state influence factor combination is determined through the historical detection value, an index is taken as an example, a historical working current value of a certain model of the elevator component when working at a certain environment temperature can be obtained, and a mathematical statistical analysis is carried out through the historical working current value to determine the detection standard of the working current of the state influence factor combination including the model and the environment temperature.
In a further embodiment, the detection values of the various indexes of the elevator component can be recorded into the memory after the design parameters of the elevator component are analyzed and modified by an expert, and the detection standards of the various indexes under the combination of the state influence factors can be read from the memory.
S104, determining a first detection result of each index according to the detection standard and the detection value.
After the detection standard of each index is determined, the detection value of each index can be compared with the detection standard to determine whether the detection value accords with the detection standard, if so, a first detection result with qualified indexes is generated, and if not, a first detection result with unqualified indexes is generated, so that the first detection results of a plurality of indexes of the elevator component are obtained.

Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an elevator component detecting method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, where the elevator component detecting method according to the first embodiment of the present invention is optimized based on the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, and includes:
S201, detecting values of a plurality of indexes of the elevator component are obtained.
The embodiment can firstly determine the acquisition period of a plurality of indexes of the elevator component, and determine the maximum acquisition period as the detection period of the elevator component, and in the current detection period, judge whether the detection values of the indexes of the elevator component are acquired and stored, and if so, read the detection values of the indexes of the elevator component from the memory.
Taking an elevator frequency converter as an example, the elevator frequency converter is provided with an index 1, an index 2 and an index 3, the acquisition period of the index 1 is 1 record/second, the acquisition period of the index 2 is 1 record/minute, the acquisition period of the index 3 is 1 record/day, the detection period of the elevator frequency converter is determined to be 1 day, the detection time point is a time point after the index 1, the index 2 and the index 3 are all acquired and stored every day, and the detection time point can be set to be 00:00 every day when the index 3 is acquired and stored every day and the detection values of the index 1 and the index 2 acquired last time can be read from a memory.
Of course, for different elevator components, the detection time point and the detection period can be determined by integrating the factors such as the collection period of each index, the operation characteristic of the elevator component, the data processing performance and the like, for example, the detection period is firstly larger than the collection period of each index, then the operation characteristic of the elevator component is combined, for example, the elevator component is operated according to periodical changes such as hours, days and the like, the detection period is also larger than the change period of the motion characteristic, the data processing performance again is required to meet the requirement of outputting the detection result in the detection period, the detection period and the detection time point of different elevator components are different, and the embodiment does not limit the detection period and the detection time point of the elevator component, so that the detection value is collected according to the collection period, the elevator component is detected in the detection period, and the elevator component is detected regularly.
S202, grouping a plurality of detection values according to indexes included in the preset state influence factor combinations to obtain detection values of the indexes included in each state influence factor combination.
The state influencing factor combination can be a combination of factors which have obvious influence on judging whether the index is qualified or not, and a person skilled in the art can look up the design specification of the elevator component in advance or determine a plurality of state influencing factors of the elevator component after investigation by developing personnel and technical specialists, and enter the plurality of state influencing factors into a system, and take a host frequency converter and an in-car calling board in the elevator as examples, wherein the state influencing factors are shown in the following table 1:
table 1:
in table 1, when the state of the main machine frequency converter is detected, because the frequency converters of different types are different in detection standards of various indexes of the frequency converter under different rated currents and environmental temperatures, obvious influence factors of the frequency converter include the type of the frequency converter, the rated current of the frequency converter and the environmental temperature of the position of the frequency converter, and as for the calling board in a car, the calling board is in contact with a user and is provided with keys, the circuit structure is sensitive, short-circuit leakage or false triggering of the keys on the calling board is easy when the environmental humidity is not the same, and the types of the calling boards and the environmental humidity of the environment where the calling board is located can be regarded as obvious influence factors when the waterproof grades of the calling boards of different types are different.
For a plurality of state influence factors of one component, at least one state influence factor can be extracted to generate a state influence factor combination, the state influence factor combination can correspond to at least one index, namely, influence factors in the state influence factor combination have more remarkable influence on judging whether indexes are qualified, wherein in the same elevator component, one state influence factor combination can correspond to a plurality of indexes, one index of the elevator component can only correspond to one state influence factor combination, the plurality of state influence factor combinations of the elevator component can be preset according to different elevator components, and the embodiment does not limit indexes corresponding to the state influence factor combination and the state influence factor combination.
Table 2 below shows examples of the state impact factor combinations and corresponding indicators for the host inverter and the in-car call board:
table 2:
in table 2, 3 state influencing factor combinations are preset for the host frequency converter, wherein the indexes included in the state influencing factor combination of the frequency converter model comprise index 1 and index 2, which indicate that the detection standards of index 1 and index 2 of the frequency converters of different models are different, for example, index 1 may be working current, index 2 may be working voltage, the index corresponding to the state influencing factor combination formed by the frequency converter model and rated current comprises index 3 and index 4, and exemplary, index 3 may be acceleration time, index 4 may be the base temperature of the frequency converter, that is, the detection standards of the acceleration time and the base temperature of the frequency converters of different models and different rated currents have significant differences, and other elevator components and state influencing factor combinations are similar, which are not described in detail herein.
After determining the preset state influence factor combinations for the elevator, the plurality of detection values can be grouped according to the indexes included in the preset state influence factor combinations to obtain the detection values of the indexes included in each state influence factor combination.
S203, aiming at indexes included in the state influence factor combination, acquiring a history detection value of the indexes.
In this embodiment, for each index corresponding to the state influencing factor combination, the history detection value of the index may be obtained, taking the host frequency converter in table 2 as an example, for index 1 and index 2 corresponding to the state influencing factor combination of the frequency converter model, the history detection values of index 1 and index 2 may be obtained, taking the working current of index 1 as an example, the history working current value of the frequency converter of the corresponding model may be obtained, and again taking the state influencing factor combination of the rated current and the environmental temperature of the host frequency converter in table 2 as an example, the history detection values of index 5 and index 6 when the frequency converter of the specified rated current works at the environmental temperature may be obtained.
S204, calculating the detection standard of the index according to the historical detection value.
In one embodiment, after the history detection value of each index is obtained, an average value x1, a standard deviation v1, a quartile q1, and a tertile q2 of the history detection values are calculated, a first sum value x1+v1×n of the average value x1 and n times the standard deviation v1 is calculated, and a first difference value x1-v1×n of the average value x1 and n times the standard deviation v1 is calculated, a second difference value q2-q1 of the tertile q2 and the quartile q1 is calculated, and a product (q 2-q 1) x m of the second difference value q2-q1 and m is calculated, a second sum value q2+ (q 2-q 1) x m of the quartile q2 and the product (q 2-q 1) x m is calculated, and a third difference value x1- (q 2-q 1) x m of the product (q 1-q 1) x1 and a third difference value x1- (q 2-q 1) x m is calculated, and a value x 1-q 1 x 2 x m is determined, and a value x1 x 2 x q1 x m is smaller than the index is determined.
In another embodiment, after the historical detection value can be obtained, the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the index are determined through statistical distribution analysis and various big data mining algorithms, by taking an elevator interphone as an example, the connection success rate index of the interphone host and the digital processing terminal unit can be used for interphone detection, the standard range value of the connection success rate index is [ x1, x2 ] in the initial design parameter and the expert system, the connection success rate in the specified period is subjected to the influence of state influence factors such as temperature, humidity and the like in the actual installation operation, and the big data platform performs statistical analysis, including but not limited to regression analysis, variance analysis and the like, so that the standard range value of the connection success rate influenced by the specific temperature and humidity factors is [ x3, x2 ].
According to the method and the device, the detection standard of the index is determined through the historical detection value of the index, so that the detection standard is closer to the real running environment of the elevator component, the index is judged through the detection standard, the result is more accurate, and the accuracy of detecting the state of the elevator component is improved.
S205, it is determined whether the detection value of each index is between the lower limit value and the upper limit value of the index.
After the detection criteria for each index are obtained, the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the index may be determined, the detected value of the index is compared with the upper limit value and the lower limit value, if the detected value is determined to be between the lower limit value and the upper limit value, the index is determined to be qualified, S206 is executed, and if the detected value is outside the interval formed by the lower limit value and the upper limit value, the index is determined to be unqualified, S207 is executed.

Specifically, a first detection result including a mark with a qualified index may be generated, for example, the qualified mark may be text information such as "normal", "qualified", and in one embodiment, the first detection result may further include information such as a state influencing factor combination of the index, a detection standard value, a detection value, and a detection time of the index.
S207, generating a first detection result with unqualified indexes.
Specifically, a first detection result including a mark with an index unqualified may be generated, for example, the unqualified mark may be text information such as "anomaly", "NG", and the like, and in an embodiment, the first detection result may further include information such as a state influencing factor combination of the index, a detection standard value, a detection value, and a detection time of the index.
S208, calculating the ratio of the number of indexes with qualified first detection results to the total number of indexes.
After the first detection results of the indexes of the elevator component are generated, the number of indexes and the total number of indexes, of which the first detection results are qualified, can be counted, and the ratio of the number of indexes and the total number of indexes, of which the first detection results are qualified, is calculated, so that the index qualification rate is obtained.
S209, judging whether the ratio is larger than a preset threshold value.
If the ratio of the number of the indexes qualified by the first detection result to the total number is greater than or equal to the threshold value, it is determined that the state of the elevator component is normal, S210 is executed, if the ratio is less than the threshold value, it is determined that the elevator component is abnormal, S211 is executed, where the threshold value may be 1, 0.9, 0.8, etc., different threshold values may be set according to different elevator components and indexes, and the setting of the threshold value is not limited in this embodiment.

When the abnormal state of the elevator component is determined, the second detection result can comprise marking information of the elevator component in the abnormal state, and can also comprise information such as the number of qualified indexes, the number of unqualified indexes, the state influence factor combination of each index, the detection standard value, the detection time, the index qualification rate and the like of the index.
In one embodiment, the actual state of the elevator component can also be obtained, when the detection state of the elevator component in the second detection result is inconsistent with the actual state, a verification result that the detection result is not verified is generated, when the detection state of the elevator component in the second detection result is consistent with the actual state, a verification result that the detection result is verified to be passed is generated, wherein the actual state can be the state of the elevator component determined by a maintenance person, if the detection state is consistent with the actual state, the set state influence factor combination, the detection standard value and the threshold value of the index qualification rate are described reasonably, the detection state is not required to be verified later, if the detection state is inconsistent with the actual state, the state influence factor combination, the detection standard value and the threshold value of the index qualification rate are described unreasonably, and parameter adjustment prompt information can be generated to prompt to adjust the state influence factor combination, the detection standard value and the threshold value of the index qualification rate, so that the detection state is consistent with the actual state is ensured, and the accuracy of the state detection of the elevator component is improved.
In yet another embodiment, a detection report may also be generated according to the first detection result and the second detection result, and the detection report may be displayed. For example, according to the state detection scenes of different elevator components, the detection results and the state information of the elevator components can be respectively displayed on different WEB pages, and the elevator components are organized and subjected to centralized visual analysis from multiple view angles, for example, an overall state detection report of the elevator components, the detection results of various indexes of the elevator components, the state periodic variation trend analysis of the elevator components and the like can be displayed. In addition, the method can analyze the health state, index qualification condition and the like of the elevator components in each system such as an elevator door system, a frequency conversion system, a calling system and the like in a specified detection period to obtain a detection report of the elevator in a specified detection period, can analyze the index qualification condition of the specified elevator components in each system such as the elevator door system and the frequency conversion system in a plurality of detection periods to perform period change analysis, or performs centralized comparison analysis and the like on the states detected by a plurality of detection periods of different elevator components, thereby realizing multi-view display of the state information of the elevator components.

The processor 41 may be various general and/or special purpose processing components with processing and computing capabilities. Some examples of processor 41 include, but are not limited to, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), various specialized Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing chips, various processors running machine learning model algorithms, digital Signal Processors (DSPs), and any suitable processor, controller, microcontroller, etc. The processor 41 performs the various methods and processes described above, such as the elevator component detection method.
In some embodiments, the elevator component detection method may be implemented as a computer program tangibly embodied on a computer-readable storage medium, such as the storage unit 48. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program may be loaded and/or installed onto the electronic device 40 via the ROM 42 and/or the communication unit 49. When the computer program is loaded into RAM 43 and executed by processor 41, one or more steps of the elevator component detection method described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the processor 41 may be configured to perform the elevator component detection method by any other suitable means (e.g., by means of firmware).
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above can be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuit systems, field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), systems On Chip (SOCs), complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs, the one or more computer programs may be executed and/or interpreted on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be a special purpose or general-purpose programmable processor, that may receive data and instructions from, and transmit data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.
A computer program for carrying out methods of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These computer programs may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus, such that the computer programs, when executed by the processor, cause the functions/acts specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram block or blocks to be implemented. The computer program may execute entirely on the machine, partly on the machine, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on the remote machine or server.
In the context of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a computer program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The computer readable storage medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. Alternatively, the computer readable storage medium may be a machine readable signal medium. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on an electronic device having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) through which a user can provide input to the electronic device. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user may be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic input, speech input, or tactile input.
The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a background component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such background, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), wide Area Networks (WANs), blockchain networks, and the internet.
The computing system may include clients and servers. The client and server are typically remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other. The server can be a cloud server, also called a cloud computing server or a cloud host, and is a host product in a cloud computing service system, so that the defects of high management difficulty and weak service expansibility in the traditional physical hosts and VPS service are overcome.
It should be appreciated that various forms of the flows shown above may be used to reorder, add, or delete steps. For example, the steps described in the present invention may be performed in parallel, sequentially, or in a different order, so long as the desired results of the technical solution of the present invention are achieved, and the present invention is not limited herein.
The above embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations and alternatives are possible, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
