compared with the existing method that a plurality of expansion bolt holes are punched in a wall, the vertical frame 1 designed in the embodiment only needs to be punched with fewer expansion bolt holes, and meanwhile, due to the design of the hanging opening 3, the first plate 5 can be tightly attached to the vertical wall after being hung in the hanging opening 3, the integrity between the sound insulation wall and the wall is guaranteed, gaps are avoided between the first plate 5 and the vertical frame 1, and the sound insulation effect is affected;
the rubber cushion block 8 is cylindrical, the axial position is provided with a through hole, the expansion bolt penetrates through the through hole and is then fixed in an expansion bolt hole on the wall, and under the action of the rubber cushion block 8, the elastic rubber cushion block 8 is arranged between the hard vertical frame 1 and the hard wall, so that sound can be further absorbed, and meanwhile, a gap between the vertical frame 1 and the wall is eliminated, so that the vertical frame 1 can be more stably installed on the wall; the sponge layer 9 is extruded between the wall body and the first plate 5, the sponge layer 9 is provided with a yielding hole 10, and the rubber cushion block 8 is embedded in the yielding hole 10;
the rubber strips 11 are extruded between the vertical frame 1 and the first plate 5, so that the vertical edge of the vertical frame 1 can be tightly attached to the plate surface of the first plate 5, the integrity of the vertical frame 1 and the first plate 5 is improved, residual gaps between the vertical frame 1 and the first plate 5 are avoided, and vibration and noise are generated;
the echo reduction unit is used for weakening the echo in the room so that the sound is cleaner; compared with the existing echo reduction structure, the echo reduction unit provided in the embodiment can be quickly installed and detached; the surface of the cone 12 is coated with sound-absorbing cloth, and the sound-absorbing cloth is paved in an adhesive mode; when the conical body 12 is installed, the two hands of an installer are inserted into the grooves 16, fingers are used for pulling the swinging plate 17 backwards, the clamping rods 18 are rotationally attached in the grooves 16, no blocking exists in the insertion holes 15, the conical body 12 is close to the third plate 7, the connecting rods 13 are inserted into the insertion holes 15 and are used for extruding the conical body 12, then the swinging plate 17 is loosened, the swinging plate 17 is driven to be embedded into the notch 14 under the torsion of the torsion spring 19, the conical body 12 is installed on the third plate 7, compared with the existing method of fixing the conical body 12 through a plurality of bolts, the conical body 12 is more convenient and fast, meanwhile, when the conical body 12 is damaged and deformed, or needs to be cleaned, the conical body 12 can be taken down from the third plate 7 by pulling the swinging plate 17 with force, and then cleaning or new treatment is carried out;
the conical body 12 is divided into the conical table 20 and the plug 21, firstly, the alignment connection between the jack 15 and the connecting rod 13 is facilitated, the position of the connecting rod 13 is observed through the jack 15 at the edge, the alignment between the jack 15 and the connecting rod 13 is quickly realized, secondly, the stability between the conical body 12 and the third plate 7 is enhanced, the plug rod 22 arranged on the plug 21 realizes the stable connection between the conical table 20 and the plug 21, and the plug pin 23 and the fixing hole 24 are matched, so that the conical table 20 is further fixed on the third plate 7;
after the inserted link 22 is inserted into the jack 15, the plug 21 is rotated, the screw 27 is connected in the jack 15 in a screw mode, meanwhile, the protrusion 26 is embedded into the concave portion 25, and the protrusion 26 is matched with the concave portion 25 to stabilize the self-rotation of the plug 21 and further stabilize the space between the bolt 23 and the connecting rod 13;
the bolt 23 is inserted into the fixed hole 24, the elastic force of the extrusion elastic sheet 28 is extruded into the fixed hole 24, so that the friction resistance between the bolt 23 and the fixed hole 24 is improved, the connection strength between the connecting rod 13 and the bolt 23 is further improved, and the connection stability between the conical body 12 and the third plate 7 is also further improved;
the long screw penetrates through the third plate 7, the second plate 6 and the first plate 5, the three are fixed together, the integrity is improved, the long screw is extruded together, gaps are reduced, or the gaps are eliminated, and the possibility of noise generation in the later period is reduced;
by utilizing the self elasticity of the rubber body 30, when the conical body 12 is extruded, the conical body 12 can be closer to the third plate 7, when the conical body 12 loses extrusion force, the self elasticity of the rubber body 30 extrudes the conical body 12, the clamping extrusion force between the clamping rod 18 and the notch 14 is increased, and the stability between the conical body 12 and the third plate 7 is improved.
