in the operation process, the sedimentation tank 301 is used for receiving all waste water, then overflows to the inside of the first fermentation tank 302 and the second fermentation tank 303 step by step through the overflow pipe 305, the waste water after the secondary fermentation is overflowed outwards and enters a municipal sewage pipe network for discharging, meanwhile, solid waste residues deposited in the bottom of the sedimentation tank 301 are pumped into the collecting fermentation bin 201 through the sludge pump 16 for unified treatment, a large amount of biological fungus exists in the fermentation liquid in the first fermentation tank 302, the three-way valve 18 can be started, then part of sewage in the first fermentation tank 302 is pumped into the collecting fermentation bin 201 through the sludge pump 16, the solid waste is assisted to ferment and decompose, the suspended grease on the top layer in the sedimentation tank 301 is pumped outwards through the oil pumping pipe 304 for manufacturing biological fuel oil, and middle-layer liquid in the sedimentation tank 301 is pumped to the annular spraying holes 1085 through the reinjection pipe 4 for assisting in spraying and discharging, so that the external water consumption is reduced.
The whole device basically adopts a closed garbage treatment mode, so that the waste gas pollution to the residential building underground garage is reduced, the top end of the collecting main pipe 103 extends to the top of the residential building, the air in the collecting main pipe 103 is pumped upwards and discharged through the air purifier 105, and then the air is purified and discharged, so that the odor is reduced and is permeated back into a residential building kitchen.
