Embodiment one:
referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating the overall structure of an automated warehouse of an access node apparatus according to the present invention.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an automated magazine for access node instruments, comprising: the device comprises a joint buffer mechanism 1, a truss manipulator 2 and a material warehouse 3 which are assembled in a sequential mode; wherein,
the node buffer mechanism 1 comprises a first installation truss and a first power device fixedly arranged on the first installation truss, wherein the first power device is provided with a tray 7 for accommodating node instruments, and the first power device is used for driving the tray 7 to move towards the truss manipulator 2;
the truss manipulator 2 comprises a second installation truss and a second power device fixedly arranged on the second installation truss, wherein the second power device is provided with a manipulator assembly and is used for driving the manipulator assembly to move up and down along the height direction of the material warehouse 3; the manipulator assembly is used for transferring the node instrument between the magazine 3 and the tray 7 when the manipulator assembly moves up and down;
The material warehouse 3 comprises a third installation truss and a plurality of third power devices fixedly arranged on the third installation truss, wherein each third power device is provided with a material tray 23 for storing the node instrument, the third power devices are used for driving the material tray 23 to move to a designated position in the material warehouse 3 along the depth direction of the material warehouse 3, and when the manipulator assembly moves up and down, the manipulator assembly moves the node instrument in and out of the material tray 23 at the designated position.
Specifically, the automated warehouse is a structure formed by abutting a node buffer mechanism 1, a truss manipulator 2 and a warehouse 3 along the same direction, the node buffer structure, the truss manipulator 2 and the warehouse 3 are sequentially arranged from front to back by taking an X axis of a space coordinate system as a reference direction and taking a direction opposite to a human body as a front direction, and the node buffer structure, the truss manipulator 2 and the warehouse 3 are sequentially arranged from right to left by taking a Y axis of the space coordinate system as a reference direction and taking a direction opposite to the human body as a right direction. The present application will be fully and specifically described below by taking the X-axis as the front-back direction, the Y-axis as the left-right direction, and the Z-axis as the up-down direction as examples.
The node buffer mechanism 1 is a transport mechanism for completing the functions of delivering and warehousing of the node instruments, the truss manipulator 2 is an executing mechanism for completing the functions of delivering and warehousing of the node instruments, and the material warehouse 3 is a containing mechanism for completing the storage function of the node instruments. The node caching mechanism 1 conveys the node instrument to the truss manipulator 2, the truss manipulator 2 performs node instrument transfer between the material warehouse 3 and the node caching mechanism 1 in a clamping and loosening mode, and the material warehouse 3 receives the node instrument moved in from the node caching mechanism 1.
In this embodiment, the node buffer mechanism 1 is located below the truss manipulator 2, and the height of the first installation truss is smaller than the height of the truss manipulator 2, preferably, the height of the first installation truss is the height close to the height of the manipulator assembly when the truss manipulator 2 moves down to the bottom, so that redundant parts are reduced on the premise that the manipulator assembly transfers the node instrument, and the ornamental value and the flexibility of the device are enhanced.
Specifically, the first mounting truss is a support beam formed by mechanically connecting rods, which can support a first power device, and the first power device can be an electric system for providing driving force, and the driving force provided by the electric system can enable the tray 7 to move backwards to the truss manipulator 2. Because the node instrument belongs to a precise medium-small device, the power source of the electric system can be a speed reducing motor, a servo motor, a stepping motor or other direct current motors. The tray 7 refers to a hole groove having a shape and a size to accommodate the node instrument, wherein the shape and the size of the hole groove can be matched with the shape and the size of the bottom of the housing of the node instrument to stably accommodate the node instrument in an embedded manner in the tray 7.
Wherein the width of the tray 7 is slightly larger than the width of the slot, and the length of the tray 7 can be slightly smaller than the length of the truss manipulator 2, so as to form the strip tray 7. The strip tray 7 which is close to the width of the hole groove occupies small space, and has light overall weight and simple appearance. A plurality of holes and grooves can be formed at intervals along the length direction of the tray 7, so that when one-time warehouse-in operation of the tray 7 is completed, one tray 7 can transport a plurality of node instruments, meanwhile, the length of the truss manipulator 2 is slightly longer than that of the tray 7, and the node instruments in the tray 7 positioned at the inner side of the truss manipulator 2 can be integrally transferred to complete warehouse-in of a plurality of nodes. Of course, the first power device may be provided with a plurality of trays 7, and when the plurality of trays 7 move along the truss manipulator 2 at the rear, and when the truss manipulator 2 performs the second storage after completing the one-time storage operation of one tray 7, the second tray 7 may just move to the vicinity of the truss manipulator 2 during that time. According to the warehouse-in speed of the truss manipulator 2 and the movement speed of the trays 7, a plurality of trays 7 with specific distances can be configured by using the time for completing one warehouse-in of the truss manipulator 2, and the number of the trays 7 is not limited in the application.
Specifically, the second installation truss is a supporting beam which can support the second power device and is formed by mechanically connecting rods, and the second power device and the first power device can be arranged in the same way. The second mounting truss is close to or flush with the height of the magazine 3 so that the second power means moves up and down relative to the magazine 3 as the second mounting truss moves up and down. Wherein the manipulator assembly is a structure that reciprocates between the magazine 3 and the tray 7 by rotating or moving the manipulator and implements gripping or lowering of the node instrument. Specifically, the structure of the manipulator assembly can be a gear transmission structure that a hydraulic cylinder drives a gear to complete opening and closing of the manipulator, or a crank structure that a hydraulic cylinder drives a connecting rod to complete opening and closing of the manipulator, or a hinge structure that a motor drives a piston to complete opening and closing of the manipulator, etc. The manipulator may be configured as a gripper arm having jaws that when closed secure the node instrument. The manipulator assembly achieves the transfer of the node instruments between the tray 7 and the material warehouse 3 in a one-by-one manner, for example, after the manipulator assembly clamps the node instruments, the manipulator assembly finishes the delivery of the node instruments when the node instruments are placed in the tray 7, and finishes the warehousing of the node instruments when the node instruments are placed in the material warehouse 3.
Specifically, the magazine 3 is a box-type structure having a large accommodation space, and may be a dome-type house structure or the like. The tray 23 is a storage tray structure for accommodating node instruments, and may be provided with a plurality of holes and slots in the tray 23, the holes and slots being the same as the tray 7. In this embodiment, the manipulator assembly transfers the node apparatus between the tray 23 and the tray 7, and after the node apparatus clamped in the tray 7 is put into the tray 23, the manipulator assembly completes one-time warehouse entry, and during the second warehouse entry, the node apparatus clamped in the tray 7 can be continuously put into the hole slots not yet filled in the tray 23, so that the node apparatuses are all stored in order.
Further, the magazine 3 is a box structure with multiple layers of accommodating spaces, each layer is the same structure with the trays 23, and multiple layers of trays 23 can be filled in a circulating manner when one layer of trays 23 is filled up through multiple warehouse-in.
Example two
When the device transfers the node instruments between the material tray 23 and the tray 7, the material warehouse 3 can be a mechanical box structure, and the movement of the truss manipulator 2 is used for completing the warehouse-in and warehouse-out of a plurality of node instruments. The magazine 3 therefore needs to reserve space for the movement of the robot assembly. Based on this, the present application improves the magazine 3, completing the automated storage function of the magazine 3.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a magazine according to the present invention.
The material warehouse 3 comprises a third installation truss and a plurality of third power devices fixedly arranged on the third installation truss, wherein the third power devices are used for driving the material trays 23 to move to a designated position in the material warehouse 3 along the depth direction of the material warehouse 3; wherein,
the third installation truss comprises a support frame 19 and a plurality of groups of installation beams 26 which are installed at intervals in the height direction of the support frame 19, each group of installation beams 26 consists of two beams 10 which are arranged in parallel relatively, and the two beams 10 are respectively positioned on the opposite side walls of the support frame 19;
the third power devices are fixedly arranged on a plurality of groups of the mounting cross beams 26 in a one-to-one correspondence.
Specifically, the third installation truss is a supporting beam which can support the third power device and is formed by mechanically connecting rods, and the third power device and the first power device can be arranged in the same way. The material warehouse 3 is a box type structure with a plurality of layers of accommodating spaces, and the supporting frame 19 forms a square frame-shaped shell and is used for supporting the plurality of layers of accommodating spaces. The plurality of groups of mounting cross beams 26 are fixedly mounted on the upper and lower directions of the support frame 19 by a connecting structure, and two opposite cross beams 10 of each group of mounting cross beams 26 are respectively fixedly mounted on the left and right sides of the support frame 19 by a connecting structure. The connecting structure comprises, but is not limited to, threaded piece connection, bolt connection, clamping connection, welding and mortise and tenon embedding.
In this embodiment, the plurality of sets of mounting beams 26 are mounted at specific distance intervals, and the distance between two adjacent sets of mounting beams 26 is the height difference between the two sets, so that the height difference should be satisfied that the node instrument is not blocked from being placed vertically and stably in each set of mounting beams 26. The receiving space formed between the inner side walls of the two opposite beams 10 in each set of mounting beams 26 is used for accommodating the tray 23 to store the node instrument, and the distance between the two opposite beams 10 is the length of the receiving space or the length of the supporting frame 19. The length of the accommodating space is nearly equal to that of the tray 7, so that the holes and grooves of the tray 7 are in one-to-one correspondence with Kong Caoxing of the tray 23, and the manipulator assembly can finish the transfer of node instruments in the whole tray 7 at one time in a single warehouse-in action.
The multiple groups of mounting beams 26 are fixed with multiple third power devices one by one, one third power device is fixed for each group of mounting beams 26, and the multiple independent third power devices respectively drive the trays 23 on each group of mounting beams 26 to move. In which the tray 23 is moved in a cyclic manner in the depth direction of the magazine 3, that is to say from front to back to the rearmost of the magazine 3 and folded back in order to move from back to front to the foremost of the magazine 3. When the tray 23 is moved to the designated position. The tray 23 in the application can move to the forefront of the material warehouse 3, is matched with the truss manipulator 2 assembled in the proper position, and can realize the automatic storage function of the tray 23 without reserving the space of the truss manipulator 2 in the material warehouse 3.
Preferably, the tray 23 is formed by orderly arranging a plurality of trays 7 at intervals, and the intervals can be arbitrarily selected. In the present embodiment, the manipulator assembly transfers the node instrument between the tray 23 and the tray 7, one tray 7 in the tray 23 moves to the forefront under the drive of the third power device, and the node instrument clamped by the manipulator from the tray 7 in the node caching mechanism 1 is placed in the forefront tray 7, so that one-time warehouse-in work is completed. In the second warehouse entry, the tray 7 positioned at the forefront moves from front to back, and at the same time, the other tray 7 in the material tray 23 moves to the forefront in the moving direction, and the node instrument clamped by the manipulator from the tray 7 in the node caching mechanism 1 is placed in the other tray 7 positioned at the forefront.
The present embodiment is used to illustrate that each independent third power device of the present invention drives the trays 23 on each set of mounting beams 26 to move, and the automatic storage function of the trays 23 can be further achieved by the following technical measures;

Specifically, the third driving motor 20 is a gear motor, is located at one end of each set of the mounting beams 26, may be the left end or the right end of the mounting beam 26, and is located at the left end of the front side of the mounting beam 26. The output shaft 21 of the third driving motor penetrates the mounting cross member 26 horizontally, which means that the output motor penetrates the opposite two cross members 10 of the mounting cross member 26 from left to right, so that the output shaft is positioned at the front end in the accommodation space formed by the inner side walls of the opposite two cross members 10. Through setting up the third sprocket respectively in the front end of two crossbeams 10, set up the third tailwheel respectively in the rear end of two crossbeams 10, both ends all have third sprocket and third tailwheel around arbitrary crossbeam 10 promptly, and third driving motor's output shaft 21 is embedded in the third sprocket of the front end of two crossbeams 10, drives the rotation of third sprocket.
The third chain wheels and the third tail wheels which are positioned on the same cross beam 10 are connected in a transmission way through the third chain 22, so that a structure with the front and rear transmission of the chains is formed at the left end and the right end of the mounting cross beam 26, the left end and the right end of the material tray 23 are respectively overlapped on the left third chain 22 and the right third chain 22, and when the two third chains 22 move along the depth direction of the material warehouse 3, the material tray 23 is driven to automatically move to the forefront of the material warehouse 3.
