when the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece packaging machine stops resetting the traction lifting seat 34 of the packaging bag 200, the lifting seat 34 drives the rack 41 to synchronously descend, so that the rack 41 is meshed with the driving gear 43 to reversely rotate, the gear 43 drives the driving wheel 44 to synchronously reversely rotate through the transmission shaft 42, the driving wheel 44, the transmission belt 45 and the driven wheel 411 drive the screw rod 49 to reversely rotate, and when the screw rod 49 reversely rotates, the screw rod 49 drives the screw sleeve 410 to move in a direction away from the bracket 1 through the threaded transmission, so that the movable plate 47 is driven to move along the limit guide shaft 46 to be close to the static friction plate 416, the movable friction plate 48 on the outer side surface of the movable plate 47 is gradually attached to the static friction plate 416, the unreeling roller 2 is locked through friction resistance between the movable friction plate 48 and the static friction plate 416, and the unreeling roller 2 and the packaging bag coiled material 100 are prevented from continuously rotating due to inertia;
the two friction plates are driven to move and separate in the unreeling process, so that the two friction plates cannot generate loss due to mutual friction in the unreeling process, the service life of the friction plates is prolonged, and meanwhile, the unreeling process is more labor-saving due to the fact that the unreeling roller 2 does not need to overcome friction resistance between the friction plates in the unreeling process, the working energy consumption of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece packaging machine is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in one embodiment, an end plate 412 is fixedly mounted at an end of an unreeling roller 2, a sliding hole 414 is formed on an inner side surface of the end plate 412, a static friction plate 416 is slidably mounted in the sliding hole 414, a connecting shaft 413 is fixedly mounted on a side wall of the sliding hole 414, one end of the connecting shaft 413 is slidably inserted into the static friction plate 416, and a supporting spring 415 abutting against one side of the static friction plate 416 is sleeved on an outer ring of the connecting shaft 413;
when the tension roller 31 and the lifting seat 34 move downwards to drive the movable friction plate 48 to move and be attached to the static friction plate 416, the movable friction plate 48 is driven to move towards the static friction plate 416 along with the continuous descending of the tension roller 31 and the lifting seat 34, at the moment, the movable friction plate 48 enables the static friction plate 416 to move in an abutting manner into the sliding hole 414, and meanwhile the supporting spring 415 is enabled to be abutted and contracted by the static friction plate 416, so that supporting elastic force is provided for the static friction plate 416, and the static friction plate 416 and the movable friction plate 48 are attached and locked;
through adopting slidable mounting's mode to install static friction piece 416 for after the laminating of dynamic friction piece 48 and static friction piece 416 is locked, make dynamic friction piece 48 still can continue to remove to static friction piece 416 direction, and then make dynamic friction piece 48 can not be through translation drive assembly and drive assembly with lifting seat 34 locking fixed, lifting seat 34 and tensioning roller 31 still can continue to move downwards, make tensioning roller 31 have sufficient downwardly moving space to support the wrapping bag 200 that will loosen again and tighten.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in one embodiment, a slot corresponding to a connecting shaft 413 is formed in a static friction plate 416, and a limiting plate slidably clamped in the slot is fixedly mounted at the end of the connecting shaft 413;
when the tension roller 31 and the lifting seat 34 move upwards to drive the movable friction plate 48 to move towards a direction away from the static friction plate 416, the static friction plate 416 is always abutted against one side of the movable friction plate 48 under the action of the elastic force of the supporting spring 415, so that the movable friction plate 48 and the static friction plate 416 are kept in a locking state, meanwhile, the limiting plate slides outwards relative to the slotted hole until the limiting plate moves to be abutted against the tail end of the slotted hole, the static friction plate 416 is limited and fixed, then the movable friction plate 48 and the static friction plate 416 are separated along with the continuous movement of the movable friction plate 48, the unreeling roller 2 is not locked and fixed any more, and therefore the two friction plate separation static friction plates 416 are prevented from excessively moving outwards under the action of the restoring elastic force of the supporting spring 415 through the limiting plate, and normal separation of the movable friction plate 48 and the static friction plate 416 is ensured.
The specific working principle is as follows:
the packaging bag 200 on the packaging bag coiled material 100 passes through the lower part of the tensioning roller 31 and then passes through the guide roller 32 to be connected with the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece packaging machine, when the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece packaging machine pulls the packaging bag 200, the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece packaging machine tightens and straightens the packaging bag 200, and as the unreeling roller 2 is in a locking state, the packaging bag coiled material 100 is not driven to rotate and unreel, and as the packaging bag 200 is continuously pulled, the supporting force provided by the packaging bag 200 to the tensioning roller 31 is larger and larger, so that the tensioning roller 31 moves upwards under the supporting action of the packaging bag 200;
when the tension roller 31 ascends, the lifting seat 34 is driven to slide upwards along the lifting sliding groove 33, meanwhile, the lifting seat 34 drives the rack 41 to ascend synchronously, so that the rack 41 is meshed with the driving gear 43 to rotate, the gear 43 drives the driving wheel 44 to rotate synchronously through the transmission shaft 42, the driving wheel 44 drives the driven wheel 411 to rotate through the transmission belt 45, and then the lead screw 49 is driven to rotate, the lead screw 49 drives the threaded sleeve 410 to move towards the direction of the bracket 1 through threaded transmission when rotating, so that the moving plate 47 is driven to move close to the bracket 1 along the limit guide shaft 46, the dynamic friction plate 48 and the static friction plate 416 on the outer side surface of the moving plate 47 are gradually separated, and friction locking between the dynamic friction plate 48 and the static friction plate 416 is released, so that the unreeling roller 2 starts unreeling;
when the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece packaging machine stops pulling the packaging bag 200, the unreeling roller 2 and the packaging bag coiled material 100 continue to rotate and unreel under the action of rotation inertia, so that the packaging bag 200 passing under the tensioning roller 31 is in a flexible and relaxed state, no supporting force is provided for the tensioning roller 31 any more, and at the moment, the lifting seat 34 is reset downwards along the lifting chute 33 under the action of the reset elastic force of the pressure spring 310, so that the tensioning roller 31 is driven to move downwards, and the loose packaging bag 200 is abutted and tensioned again by the tensioning roller 31;
meanwhile, the lifting seat 34 drives the rack 41 to synchronously move downwards, so that the rack 41 is meshed with the driving gear 43 to reversely rotate, the gear 43 drives the driving wheel 44 to reversely rotate synchronously through the transmission shaft 42, the driving wheel 44, the transmission belt 45 and the driven wheel 411 are used for driving the screw rod 49 to reversely rotate, the screw rod 49 is used for driving the screw sleeve 410 to move in a direction away from the bracket 1 through screw transmission during reverse rotation, and the moving plate 47 is driven to move towards the static friction plate 416 along the limit guide shaft 46, so that the dynamic friction plate 48 on the outer side surface of the moving plate 47 is gradually attached to the static friction plate 416, the unreeling roller 2 is locked through friction resistance between the dynamic friction plate 48 and the static friction plate 416, and the unreeling roller 2 and the packaging bag coiled material 100 are prevented from continuously rotating for unreeling due to inertia.
