The bag opening and moving mechanism comprises an upper sucker frame, a lower sucker frame, a bag opening base and a bag opening plate, wherein the bag opening base slides back and forth between a rotary disc bag opening mechanism and a bag storage frame, the upper sucker frame and the lower sucker frame are both arranged on the bag opening base in a turnover mode, the end portion of the lower sucker frame is connected with a bag opening rod, the bag opening plate is provided with a bag opening groove, the bag opening groove is provided with a folding section and an opening section, the other end of the bag opening rod, opposite to the lower sucker frame, is provided with a embedding shaft, the embedding shaft is embedded in the bag opening groove and slides along the bag opening groove, when the bag opening base slides to a position close to the bag storage frame, the embedding shaft slides into the folding section, the upper sucker frame and the lower sucker frame are folded, and when the bag opening base slides to a position close to the rotary disc bag opening mechanism, the embedding shaft slides into the opening section, and the upper sucker frame and the lower sucker frame are opened.
As a further improvement of the invention, the end part of the upper sucker frame is connected with a driven rod, the driven rod is hinged with the bag opening rod through a linkage rod, and the driven rod and the bag opening rod incline towards opposite directions.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the charging device is arranged into the rotary table bag supporting mechanism, the transferring mechanism and the output conveyor belt, so that the bag filled with the materials by the rotary table bag supporting mechanism can be received through the action of the transferring mechanism and then conveyed to the output conveyor belt.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a flat push type bag feeding and packing machine of the present embodiment includes a frame, and a bag feeding device 1 and a loading device 2 both mounted on the frame, the bag feeding device 1 is used for providing a bag to the loading device 2, and the loading device 2 transfers materials into the bag, and is characterized in that: the charging device 2 comprises a turntable bag supporting mechanism 21, a transferring mechanism 22 and an output conveyor belt 23, wherein the turntable bag supporting mechanism 21 receives bags provided for the bag device 1, and transfers the bags into the transferring mechanism 22 after being supported and charged, the transferring mechanism 22 transfers the charged bags to the output conveyor belt 23 and then sends the bags out through the output conveyor belt 23, in the process of using the packaging machine of the embodiment, the bags are only required to be placed into the bag device 1, then the materials are automatically loaded into the bags through the operation of the charging device 2, and after the materials are loaded through the action of the turntable bag supporting mechanism 21 in the charging device 2, the bags loaded with the materials are transferred through the transferring mechanism 22 and then are output to the output conveyor belt 23, and the materials are directly dropped onto the output conveyor belt 23 as in the prior art, so that the problem that the materials are damaged due to dropping can be effectively avoided compared with the mode in the prior art.
As a modified specific embodiment, the transferring mechanism 22 includes a rotating disc 221 and a transferring component 222, the rotating disc 221 is provided with a plurality of receiving stations, the receiving stations opposite to the transferring component 222 and the output conveyor belt 23 are switched by rotation, the rotating disc 221 is arranged between the transferring component 222 and the output conveyor belt 23, the transferring component 222 receives the bags filled with materials from the rotating disc bag supporting mechanism 21 and transfers the bags to the receiving stations on the rotating disc 221, the output conveyor belt 23 is provided with a pushing component 223, the pushing component 223 is used for pushing the bags filled with materials on the receiving stations to the output conveyor belt 23, by the arrangement of the structure, the bags filled with materials can be effectively transferred to the receiving stations on the rotating disc 221, and then the bags are pushed to the output conveyor belt 23 by the pushing action of the pushing component 223, so that the bags filled with materials are simply and effectively transferred.
As an improved specific embodiment, the transfer assembly 222 includes a transfer rail 2221, a transfer base 2222 slidably disposed on the transfer rail 2221, and a transfer clamping jaw 2223 disposed on the transfer base 2222, one end of the transfer rail 2221 extends to the turntable bag supporting mechanism 21, the other end extends to the rotating disc 221, when transferring, the transfer clamping jaw 2223 clamps a bag filled with material on the turntable bag supporting mechanism 21, and then the transfer base 2222 moves onto the rotating disc 221 with the transfer clamping jaw 2223, and places the bag into the receiving station.

As an improved embodiment, the pushing assembly 223 includes a pushing base 2231 and a pushing cylinder 2232, the pushing base 2231 is installed above the rotating disc 221, the cylinder body of the pushing cylinder 2232 is fixedly installed on the pushing base 2231, and the pushing plate 2233 is fixedly installed on the end of the pushing rod of the pushing cylinder 2232, so that the bag filled with materials can be pushed to be transferred from the receiving station to the output conveyor belt 23 by the action of the pushing cylinder 2232 through the arrangement of the structure.
As a specific embodiment of improvement, the side of the rotating disc 221 is provided with a sealing component 224 to seal the edge of the bag mouth of the bag filled with materials, the sealing component 224 comprises a blank holder set 2241 and a blank holder set 2242, when sealing, the blank holder set 2241 clamps and presses the bag mouth of the bag, and then the edge is heated and sealed by the blank holder set 2242, and through the arrangement of the structure, the edge pressing can be effectively realized in the process of sealing, and the quality of sealing is well ensured.

As a modified embodiment, the rotating shaft of the driving motor 228 is fixed with a rotating rod 2262, the center of the rotating rod 2262 is fixed on the rotating shaft of the driving motor 228, two ends are free ends, and the lifting shaft 2251 and the lifting sleeve 2261 are respectively hinged on two ends of the rotating rod 2262, so that the driving motor 226 can realize the actions of lifting or lowering the lifting shaft 2251 and lowering or lifting the lifting sleeve 2261 by using the overturning of the rotating rod 2262 in the process of driving the rotating rod 2262 to rotate through the arrangement of the rotating rod 2262, thereby simply and effectively realizing the actions of driving the upper pressing plate 225 and the lower pressing plate 226 to be close to each other or to be far away from each other for releasing.

As an improved specific embodiment, the bag opening and moving mechanism 12 includes an upper sucker frame 121, a lower sucker frame 122, a bag opening base 124 and a bag opening plate 123, the bag opening base 124 slides back and forth between the turntable bag opening mechanism 21 and the bag storage frame 11, the upper sucker frame 121 and the lower sucker frame 122 are both installed on the bag opening base 124 in a reversible manner, the end of the lower sucker frame 122 is connected with a bag opening rod 125, the bag opening plate 123 is provided with a bag opening groove, the bag opening groove has a folding section and an opening section, the other end of the bag opening rod 125 opposite to the lower sucker frame 122 is provided with a shaft embedded in the bag opening groove, the shaft embedded in the bag opening groove slides along the bag opening groove, wherein when the bag opening base 124 slides to a position close to the turntable bag storage frame 11, the shaft embedded in the folding section slides into the bag opening section, when the bag opening base 124 slides to a position close to the turntable bag opening mechanism 21, the upper sucker frame 121 and the lower sucker frame 122 are additionally provided with a shaft embedded in the bag opening groove, and the bag opening base 122 can be moved by the upper sucker frame 121 and the lower sucker frame 122, and the bag opening base 122 can be opened by the aid of the upper sucker frame 122 and the bag opening base 122.
As a specific embodiment of improvement, the end of the upper suction cup frame 121 is connected with a driven rod, the driven rod is hinged to the bag opening rod 125 through a linkage rod, the driven rod is inclined in a direction opposite to the bag opening rod 125, the linkage effect of the upper suction cup frame 121 and the lower suction cup frame 122 can be effectively achieved through the arrangement of the driven rod and the linkage rod, and the overturning direction between the upper suction cup frame 121 and the lower suction cup frame 122 is completely opposite by adopting a mode that the driven rod is inclined opposite to the bag opening rod 125.
To sum up, the bag feeding and packaging machine of the embodiment can effectively realize the receiving and transferring work of the materials through the arrangement of the transferring mechanism 22, so that the receiving and transferring of the bags filled with the materials are realized compared with the mode in the prior art, and the protection of the materials inside the bags can be realized compared with the bagging machine in the prior art.
