Description

Foot-load-free lower limb support
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a foot-load-free lower limb support.
Background
Research reports show that 15% -20% of diabetics develop foot ulcers in the course of the disease, and the main causes of the ulcers are classified into neuropopopathies, ischemic podopathies and mixed podopathies (neurovascular). About 60% of diabetic foot ulcers in the united states are neuropathic ulcers, 20% are vascular ulcers, and 20% are mixed ulcers.
The main treatment for diabetic neuropathic ulcers is decompression of the foot or weight-free treatment. After hospitalization of diabetic foot ulcers (neuropathic, ischemic or mixed) and surgical treatment, the foot wound after repairing and suturing also needs to be free of load care, so that the wound surface is prevented from being broken, bleeding and other complications caused by load stepping, and wound healing is prevented.
The existing load-free treatment method for diabetic foot ulcer and diabetic foot surgical repair postoperative rehabilitation mainly uses bed rest to avoid getting off the ground or auxiliary tools such as a wheelchair, a crutch and the like to help the bed to move, and the affected foot is kept from stepping on the ground to bear load, so that the foot wound is prevented from being damaged again, and the healing of the foot wound is promoted. However, these methods keep the affected limb in a static non-load state, and long-term static non-load state of the affected limb tends to cause muscular atrophy of the affected limb, flexion contracture of hip and knee joints of the affected limb, joint stiffness, deep venous thrombosis of the lower limb and the like.
Meanwhile, a simple and reliable foot load-free lower limb support is needed to assist the movement exercise of the affected limb after the foot fracture.
Therefore, there is a need for a lower limb brace that can not only ensure that the affected foot is free from being stressed, but also assist the affected limb in stepping on the ground. Publication No.: CN116270144a and announcement number: the technical proposal disclosed in the patent document of CN219148120U is that the walking device for assisting the affected limb after the fracture of the knee is used for replacing rehabilitation devices such as crutches and wheelchairs on the market, has the advantages of releasing both hands, being not limited by road surface conditions and being capable of ascending and descending steps. However, the fixing components of the two kinds of supporting tools are designed as leg sleeves and are tied on thighs and calves for fixing. This is not reliable in clinical practice because both the thigh and the shank are cylindrical structures, and the fixed leg cuffs easily slip or shift under the loaded state, causing loss of the loaded state of the foot or shank, and not playing a role in the loaded-free walking of the lower limb.
