Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a double glass curtain wall includes an inner glass curtain wall 11, an outer glass curtain wall 21, an inner mounting bracket 1, an outer mounting bracket 2, ventilation louvers 3, a cleaning member 4, a sunshade member 5, a filtering member 7, and a blowing member 6; the inner layer mounting bracket 1 is arranged at a reserved window position of a building and is used for mounting an inner layer glass curtain wall 11 and an outer layer glass; the outer layer mounting bracket 2 is connected with the inner layer mounting bracket 1 and is used for mounting an outer layer glass curtain wall 21; wherein, a ventilation cavity is arranged between the inner glass curtain wall 11 and the outer glass curtain wall 21, an air inlet 22 is arranged at the bottom of the outer mounting bracket 2, and an air outlet 23 is arranged at the upper part; the ventilation louver 3 is rotatably arranged at the air inlet 22 and the air outlet 23; the cleaning component 4 is arranged in the ventilation cavity and is used for cleaning the ventilation louver 3; the sunshade component 5 is arranged in the ventilation cavity and used for blocking external light from entering the room for changing; the air blowing component 6 is arranged on one side of the ventilation louver 3 close to the inner layer glass curtain wall 11, is respectively positioned at the air inlet 22 and the air outlet 23, and is used for changing the air flow in the air cavity and blowing dust cleaned by the cleaning component 4.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cleaning member 4 includes a cleaning screw 41, a cleaning brush 42, a cleaning slider 43, and a cleaning motor 44; the cleaning screw 41 is rotatably connected to the outer-layer mounting bracket 2, the cleaning screw 41 is positioned between the ventilation louver 3 and the inner-layer glass curtain wall 11, a rotation gap is formed between the cleaning screw 41 and the ventilation louver 3 and between the cleaning screw 41 and the ventilation louver 3, and the rotation gap is formed between the cleaning screw 41 and the ventilation louver 3, so that the ventilation louver 3 can be cleaned conveniently after rotating; the cleaning slide block 43 is in threaded connection with the cleaning screw 41; the cleaning brush 42 is fixed on the cleaning slide block 43, and the cleaning brush 42 can be contacted with the ventilation louver 3; the purge motor 44 is used to drive the purge screw 41 to rotate.
Referring to fig. 2, the connection between the outer mounting bracket 2 and the bottom of the ventilation louver 3 has an inclined section 24, specifically, the inclined section 24 is close to one side of the inner glass curtain wall 11, and is lower than one side of the inclined section 24 far away from the inner glass curtain wall 11, so that dust collection after cleaning is facilitated, and meanwhile, the air blowing component 6 is also facilitated to send out the cleaned dust.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the sunshade 5 comprises a flexible sunshade 51, a sunshade rod 53 and a driver 52; the sunshade rod 53 is arranged in the ventilation cavity, and the axial direction of the sunshade rod 53 is perpendicular to the flow direction of the gas in the ventilation cavity; the flexible sun visor 51 is slidably connected to the sun visor rod 53; the driver 52 is used to drive the flexible sun visor 51 to expand or contract.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the driver 52 includes a driving screw 521, a driving slider 522, and a driving motor 523; the driving screw 521 is rotationally connected in the ventilation chamber, and the axial direction of the driving screw 521 is the same as the axial direction of the sunshade rod 53; the driving sliding block 522 is in threaded connection with the driving screw 521, the driving sliding block 522 is in sliding connection with the side wall of the outer layer mounting bracket 2, and the flexible sun shield 51 is fixedly connected with the driving sliding block 522; the driving motor 523 is used for driving the driving screw 521 to rotate.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the blowing part 6 includes an adjusting fan 61 and a driving piece 62; the adjusting fan 61 is rotatably connected to the air outlet 23; the driving piece 62 includes a driving bracket 621, a driving rack 622, a driving gear 623, and a driving motor 624; the driving bracket 621 is fixed at the air outlet 23, and one end of the adjusting fan 61 far away from the rotating shaft is connected with the driving bracket 621 in a sliding way; the drive rack 622 is fixed to the drive bracket 621; the drive gear 623 is rotatably connected to the drive fan, the drive gear 623 being meshed with the drive rack 622; the driving motor 624 serves to drive the driving gear 623 to rotate.
Referring to fig. 2, the blower unit 6 further includes an air deflector 63, where the air deflector 63 is fixed at the air inlet 22, and the air deflector 63 is used for guiding the air entering the ventilation chamber from the outside, and an air deflector portion is disposed on a side of the air deflector 63 away from the inner glass curtain wall 11, and the air deflector portion is streamline, so that the outside air is convenient to enter the ventilation chamber in order.
Referring to fig. 2, the filter member 7 includes a plurality of first filter screens 71; the first filter screens 71 are respectively fixed at the air inlets 22 through bolts, and the first filter screens 71 are fixed at one side of the ventilation louver 3 far away from the inner layer glass curtain wall 11. Of course, the first filter screen 71 may also be installed at the air outlet 23, and the position of the first filter screen 71 at the air outlet 23 is also far away from the inner glass curtain wall 11.
Referring to fig. 2, the filtering member 7 further includes a plurality of second filtering screens 72, the second filtering screens 72 being respectively provided at the air inlet ends of the ventilation chamber, and in order to facilitate better filtering of the external air, the mesh holes of the second filtering screens 72 are smaller than those of the first filtering screens 71.
In addition, the application also discloses an installation method of the double-layer glass curtain wall, which comprises the following steps:
fixing an inner layer mounting bracket 1 at a reserved window position of a building, and mounting an inner layer glass curtain wall 11 on the inner layer mounting bracket 1;
a sunshade rod 53 is arranged on one side of the inner layer installation bracket 1, a flexible sunshade plate 51 is arranged on the sunshade rod 53, and a driving piece 52 is arranged on one side of the flexible sunshade plate 51;
an outer layer mounting bracket 2 is arranged on one side of the inner layer mounting bracket 1, an outer layer glass curtain wall 21 is arranged on the outer layer mounting bracket 2, and the inner layer glass curtain wall 11 and the outer layer glass curtain wall 21 are provided with ventilation chambers; the outer layer mounting bracket 2 is provided with an air inlet 22 and an air outlet 23; the sunshade rod 53 is positioned in the ventilation chamber;
a blowing component 6 is arranged at the air outlet 23;
the cleaning component 4 is arranged on one side of the ventilation louver 3;
a first filter screen 71 is arranged at the air inlet 22 and the air outlet 23, the first filter screen 71 is arranged at one side of the ventilation louver 3 far away from the inner layer glass curtain wall 11, and an air deflector 63 is arranged at the air inlet 22;
a second filter screen 72 is provided at the air inlet and outlet ends of the ventilation chamber.

A double-layer glass curtain wall comprises an inner-layer glass curtain wall (11), an outer-layer glass curtain wall (21), an inner-layer mounting bracket (1) for mounting the inner-layer glass curtain wall (11) and an outer-layer mounting bracket (2) for mounting outer-layer glass; the inner layer installation support (1) is arranged at a reserved window position of a building, the outer layer installation support (2) is connected with the inner layer installation support (1), a ventilation cavity is formed between the inner layer glass curtain wall (11) and the outer layer glass curtain wall (21), an air inlet (22) is formed in the outer layer installation support (2), and an air outlet (23) is formed in the upper portion of the outer layer installation support; the method is characterized in that: the device also comprises a ventilation louver (3) and a cleaning component (4) corresponding to the ventilation louver (3);
the ventilation louvers (3) are respectively and rotatably connected to the outer layer mounting bracket (2), and respectively outside the air outlet (23) and the air inlet (22);
the cleaning component (4) is arranged in the ventilation cavity and is used for cleaning the ventilation louver (3).
2. A double glazing curtain wall according to claim 1, wherein: the cleaning component (4) comprises a cleaning screw (41), a cleaning brush (42), a cleaning sliding block (43) and a cleaning motor (44);
the cleaning screw rod (41) is rotationally connected to the outer layer mounting bracket (2), is positioned between the ventilation louver (3) and the inner layer glass curtain wall (11), and has a rotation gap between the ventilation louver (3) and the cleaning screw rod (41);
the cleaning sliding block (43) is connected to the cleaning screw rod (41) in a threaded manner;
the cleaning brush (42) is arranged on the cleaning sliding block (43) and can be contacted with the ventilation louver (3);
the cleaning motor (44) is used for driving the cleaning screw (41) to rotate.
3. A double glazing curtain wall according to claim 1, wherein: the connection part of the outer layer mounting bracket (2) and the bottom of the ventilation louver (3) is provided with an inclined section (24).
4. A double glazing curtain wall according to claim 1, wherein: the double-layer glass curtain wall also comprises a sunshade component (5);
the sunshade component (5) is arranged in the ventilation cavity, and the sunshade component (5) comprises a flexible sunshade plate (51), a sunshade rod (53) and a driver (52); the sunshade rod (53) is arranged in the ventilation chamber, and the axial direction of the sunshade rod (53) is perpendicular to the flow direction of gas in the ventilation chamber; the flexible sun shield (51) is connected to the sun shield rod (53) in a sliding manner;
the driver (52) is used for driving the flexible sun shield (51) to expand or contract.
5. The double glazing curtain wall of claim 4, wherein: the driving piece (52) comprises a driving screw rod (521), a driving sliding block (522) and a driving motor (523);
the driving screw rod (521) is rotationally connected in the ventilation cavity, and the axial direction of the driving screw rod (521) is the same as the axial direction of the sunshade rod (53);
the driving sliding block (522) is in threaded connection with the driving screw rod (521), is in sliding connection with the side wall of the outer-layer mounting bracket (2), and the flexible sun shield (51) is connected with the driving sliding block (522);
the driving motor (523) is used for driving the driving screw (521) to rotate.
6. A double glazing curtain wall according to claim 1, wherein: the double-layer glass curtain wall also comprises a blowing component (6); the blowing component (6) comprises an adjusting fan (61) and a driving piece (62);
the adjusting fan (61) is rotatably connected to the air outlet (23);
the driving piece (62) comprises a driving bracket (621), a driving rack (622), a driving gear (623) and a driving motor (624); the driving bracket (621) is arranged at the air outlet (23), and one end of the adjusting fan (61) far away from the rotating shaft is in sliding connection with the driving bracket (621); the driving rack (622) is arranged on the driving bracket (621); the driving gear (623) is rotatably connected to the driving fan, and the driving gear (623) is meshed with the driving rack (622); the drive motor (624) is used for driving the drive gear (623) to rotate.
