While the outwardly disposed arcuate side wall 91 increases the footprint of the rectangular tubular structure, providing rigidity to the entire column 9.

The layout and the installation of the whole bedstead and the storage space are limited, so that the apartment bed has the functions of resting and storing, and the desk and chair body 10 is also provided for the purpose of enabling the apartment bed to have the functions of office work and learning, and the desk and chair body 10 can be stored when not in use, and the desk and chair body 10 is movably connected with the bedstead through the connecting mechanism. In order to achieve the effect of accommodating the table and chair body 10, the connecting mechanism comprises a pneumatic stay bar 28 and two swing arms 27 which are arranged in parallel, wherein the two swing arms 27 are arranged up and down, one end of each swing arm 27 is hinged with the bedstead, the other end of each swing arm 27 is hinged with the table and chair body 10, one end of the pneumatic stay bar 28 is hinged with the bedstead, and the other end of the pneumatic stay bar 28 is hinged with the swing arm 27 at the installation position below. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 9, the whole table and chair body 10 is arranged near a short side (bed tail) of the bed board 1 and is matched with the bed frame, two swing arms 27 are arranged up and down, the swing arm 27 positioned at the upper installation position is hinged with the upright post 9, the swing arm 27 positioned at the lower installation position is hinged with the shorter connecting rod 16, and the pneumatic supporting rod 28 is also hinged with the connecting rod 16. The two swing arms 27, the bedstead and the desk and chair body 10 form a four-bar structure, which has enough supporting force and is convenient for the pneumatic supporting rod 28 to act. The pneumatic supporting rod 28 is also called a gas spring, and plays a role of assisting force to maintain the lifting force unchanged in the process of moving the table and chair body 10 and a role of a limiter in the use process of the table and chair body 10 in the whole storage mechanism; therefore, when the whole table and chair body 10 needs to be stored, the relative position of the whole table and chair body 10 and the bedstead can be driven to change only by slightly applying external force, so that the state of storing or using the table and chair body 10 is achieved, even small users can easily move the whole table and chair body 10, and the two states of storing or using are realized.

The whole table and chair body 10 is mainly convenient for a user to use in a bed, and therefore, the table and chair body 10 at least needs to have a function of a table, and therefore, the table and chair body 10 can be a table top plate structure in the prior art. Because the two swing arms 27 are arranged on the same side of the table top board, the stability of the simple table top board structure in the using process is poor, and only the simple table function is realized, and the waist fatigue is easy to be caused when the simple table top board structure is used on a bed for a long time, for this reason, as shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, the table and chair body 10 of the invention comprises an annular bracket 101, a table board 102 and a seat board 103 which are arranged on the same side of the annular bracket 101, and one side of the annular bracket 101 away from the table board 102 is hinged with the two swing arms 27. The annular bracket 101 is used as a main supporting structure for being connected with the two swing arms 27, so that the swing arms 27 can swing to drive the whole table and chair body 10 to move; the desk plate 102 and the seat plate 103 are arranged on one side of the annular bracket 101 far away from the swing arm 27, and the desk plate 102 and the seat plate 103 are arranged in an up-down dislocation and interval mode, so that a space for a user to sit on can be formed between the desk plate 102 and the seat plate 103, and because other parts are not arranged on one side of the desk plate 102 and the seat plate 103 far away from the annular bracket 101, the user can smoothly enter between the desk plate 102 and the seat plate 103 when using the novel desk and chair, and the space between the desk and the chair can be more conveniently and quickly entered in the using process of the novel desk and chair.

The annular bracket 101 needs to provide sufficient supporting force to facilitate the installation of the table 102 and the seat plate 103, and simultaneously ensure that the table 102 and the seat plate 103 have sufficient bearing effect in the use process, so, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the annular bracket 101 provided by the invention comprises an annular tubular structure formed by sequentially connecting a first straight pipe section 1011, a first inclined pipe section 1012, a second straight pipe section 1013, a second inclined pipe section 1014 and a third inclined pipe section 1015, wherein the included angle between the first straight pipe section 1011 and the first inclined pipe section 1012 is an obtuse angle, the included angle between the first inclined pipe section 1012 and the second straight pipe section 1013 is an acute angle, the included angle between the second straight pipe section 1013 and the second inclined pipe section 1014 is an obtuse angle, the included angle between the second inclined pipe section 1014 and the third inclined pipe section 1015 is an acute angle, and the included angle between the third inclined pipe section 1015 and the first straight pipe section 1011 is an obtuse angle. Arc-shaped pipe transitional connection is adopted between any pipe sections of the annular tubular structure. The annular tubular structure of the invention can provide enough supporting force and is convenient for distinguishing the positions of two sides of the annular bracket 101, and the desk plate 102 and the seat are alternatively arranged on any side of the annular bracket 101.

In order to facilitate the installation of the table plate 102 and the seat plate 103 and ensure the height difference between the seat plate 103 and the table plate 102, the invention is provided with an extension section 1016 extending outwards at the connecting end of a third inclined tube section 1015 and a second inclined tube section 1014, an auxiliary section 1017 arranged parallel to the extension section 1016 is fixed on the second inclined tube section 1014, the auxiliary section 1017 and the extension section 1016 are used for fixing the table plate 102, and the first straight tube section 1011 is used for fixing the seat plate 103. Specifically, as shown in the figure, the extension section 1016 and the third inclined tube section 1015 are in an integral structure, the auxiliary section 1017 is fixed on the outer side of the second inclined tube section 1014, extends outwards and is arranged in parallel with the extension section 1016, the ends of the extension section 1016 and the auxiliary section 1017 are respectively provided with a first mounting rod 106, the two first mounting rods 106 are arranged in an outwards extending mode perpendicular to the annular bracket 101, and the two first mounting rods 106 are used for being mounted in a matched mode with the table plate 102; the outer side of the first straight pipe section 1011 is provided with second mounting rods 105 which are arranged in parallel with the first mounting rods 106, and the number of the second mounting rods 105 can be one or a plurality of. Since the first mounting bar 106 is lifted up to a certain height through the extension bar and the auxiliary section 1017, it has a height difference with the second mounting bar 105 fixed on the first straight tube section 1011, and thus the fixed seat plate 103 has a height difference with the table top plate, so as to meet the use requirement.

When the seat plate 103 is installed, the two second installation rods 105 are matched with the annular bracket 101 to have enough strength, wherein the length of one second installation rod 105 is longer than that of the other second installation rod 105, one end of the short second installation rod 105 is connected with the first inclined tube section 1012, and the connection position is close to the position of the first straight tube section 1011; the other end of the short second mounting rod 105 is connected with a reinforcing rod 1051 by adopting an arc tube, and the other section of the reinforcing rod 1051 is fixed with the long second mounting rod 105; one end of the long second mounting bar 105 is fixed to the first straight tube section 1011 by means of an upwardly extending and bent connecting section, and the other end of the long second mounting bar 105 is provided with a vertically downward auxiliary leg 1052. The cooperation of two second installation pole 105, stiffening rod 1051 and ring support 101 can constitute another annular bearing structure, and the convenience can be increased when carrying out firm support to seat board 103, can use near the bed edge position, improves the firm degree of whole integral type table chair. The seat plate 103 is fixed on two second mounting rods 105, and a plurality of connecting lugs 1053 are respectively arranged on each second mounting rod 105, and the connecting lugs 1053 can realize fixed connection with the seat plate 103 through bolts.

The structure mainly comprises the mounting bracket of the whole desk and chair, and the whole mounting bracket has better bearing capacity and is durable. In order to facilitate the installation of the seat plate 103, the seat plate 103 of the invention has an integrated structure and comprises a seat plate 1031 and a back plate 1032 which are matched for use, wherein the seat plate 1031 is an inward concave arc-shaped plate, and the back plate 1032 is provided with a deformation hole 1033. As shown in fig. 15, the seat 1031 is fixed to the plurality of connecting lugs 1053, and the back plate 1032 and the seat 1031 are substantially L-shaped, with the back plate 1032 being located on a side of the seat 1031 remote from the table 102. The structure of seat 1031 accords with human buttock structure, and than straight plate structure, can improve the comfort level, and the deformation hole 1033 of seting up on backplate 1032 enables whole backplate 1032 to have little deformation, laminating user's waist more, improves the comfort level in the use.

Because the distance between the seat plate 103 and the annular bracket 101 is fixed, in order to enable the distance between the table plate 102 and the seat plate 103 to be suitable for users with different sizes, the table plate 102 moves along the direction approaching or separating from the seat plate 103 under the action of the installation mechanism. Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, the mounting mechanism includes a moving rod 107, a rotating sleeve 109 sleeved on the moving rod 107, and a clamping sleeve 108 detachably clamped with the moving rod 107, wherein the moving rod 107 is fixed with the table 102, the rotating sleeve 109 is rotationally connected with one of the first mounting rods 106, and the clamping sleeve 108 is fixedly connected with the other first mounting rod 106; when in use, the moving rod 107 is driven by external force to separate from the clamping sleeve 108 and move along the rotating sleeve 109, so that the table 102 moves along the direction approaching to or separating from the seat plate 103, the table 102 moves to the preset position, and the external force drives the table 102 to rotate, so that the moving rod 107 is clamped with the clamping sleeve 108 and fixed with the first mounting rod 106. As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the rotary sleeve 109 is fixed to the annular sleeve 1091, the center line direction of the annular sleeve 1091 is perpendicular to the center line direction of the rotary sleeve 109, and the annular sleeve 1091 is fitted over the first mounting lever 106 and is rotatable on the first mounting lever 106. The clamping sleeve 108 is of a ring-shaped structure with a notch, and the clamping sleeve 108 is fixed with the fixing sleeve 1081 of the other first mounting rod 106, so that the clamping sleeve 108 is fixedly connected with the other first mounting rod 106. When the distance between the table plate 102 and the seat plate 103 needs to be adjusted, the table plate 102 is moved on the table plate 102 by the action of external force to separate the moving rod 107 from the clamping sleeve 108, the moving rod 107 is in sliding connection with the rotating sleeve 109, the table plate 102 can be moved according to the requirement, the table plate 102 cannot be separated from the first mounting rod 106 under the matching action of the moving rod 107 and the rotating sleeve 109, and after the table plate 102 moves to a proper position, the table plate 102 is reversely pressed to enable the moving rod 107 to be clamped with the clamping sleeve 108, so that the table plate 102 and the two first mounting rods 106 are fixedly arranged. Thereby realizing the adjustment of the position between the desk plate 102 and the seat plate 103 and adapting to users with different body shapes.

Further, in practice, in the use process, one installation mechanism can realize the function of adjusting the distance between the table plate 102 and the seat plate 103, but in order to enable the whole use process to be stable, the number of the installation mechanisms is two, two moving rods 107 of the two installation mechanisms are respectively fixed with the table plate 102 and are arranged in parallel, two ends of the moving rods 107 are respectively provided with a fixing piece 1071, the two fixing pieces 1071 are respectively fixed with the table plate 102, and a rotating sleeve 109 and a clamping sleeve 108 are positioned between the two fixing pieces 1071.

Further, in order to make the whole table and chair have the function of placing pens or other small articles and prevent the articles from rolling down along the table 102 during use, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the tray 104 is disposed between the auxiliary section 1017 and the second straight tube section 1013, and the tray 104 can be disposed in a concave groove structure with a certain depth, so as to be convenient for accommodating the small articles.

An apartment bed with lifting tables and chairs, comprises a bed frame, a bed board (1) horizontally arranged on the bed frame and a storage space arranged above the bed board (1), and is characterized in that: the bed frame is movably connected with a table and chair body (10) through a connecting mechanism, and the table and chair body (10) is contacted with the bed board (1) or is positioned above the bed board (1) under the action of the connecting mechanism.

An apartment bed with lifting tables and chairs according to claim 1, characterized in that: the connecting mechanism comprises a pneumatic stay bar (28) and two swing arms (27) which are arranged in parallel, wherein the two swing arms (27) are arranged up and down, one end of each swing arm (27) is hinged with the bedstead, the other end of each swing arm (27) is hinged with the table and chair body (10), one end of the pneumatic stay bar (28) is hinged with the bedstead, and the other end of the pneumatic stay bar (28) is hinged with the swing arm (27) at the installation position below.

two first mounting rods (106) and two second mounting rods (105) which extend outwards and are arranged in parallel are fixed on the annular bracket (101), the two first mounting plates are positioned on the same horizontal plane and are provided with a table plate (102), the two second mounting rods (105) are positioned on the same horizontal plane and are fixedly provided with a seat plate (103),

the table plate (102) moves along the direction which is perpendicular to the length direction of the first mounting rod (106) and is close to or far from the seat plate (103) under the action of the mounting mechanism.

An apartment bed with lifting tables and chairs according to claim 3, wherein: the mounting mechanism comprises a moving rod (107), a rotating sleeve (109) sleeved on the moving rod (107) and a clamping sleeve (108) detachably clamped with the moving rod (107), wherein the moving rod (107) is fixed with the table plate (102), the rotating sleeve (109) is rotationally connected with one of the first mounting rods (106), and the clamping sleeve (108) is fixedly connected with the other first mounting rod (106);

when the movable table is used, the movable rod (107) is separated from the clamping sleeve (108) under the drive of external force and moves along the rotating sleeve (109) to enable the table plate (102) to move along the direction close to or far away from the seat plate (103), the table plate (102) moves to a preset position, and the external force drives the table plate (102) to rotate to enable the movable rod (107) to be clamped with the clamping sleeve (108) and fixed with the first mounting rod (106).

the connecting plate (13) is of a rectangular plate-shaped structure and is arranged in parallel with the bed plate (1), the connecting plate (13) is positioned above the bed plate (1) and the width of the connecting plate (13) is smaller than the width of the bed plate (1), and the width direction of the connecting plate (13) extends towards the upper part of the other long side edge of the bed plate (1) along the upper part of the long side edge close to the bed plate (1);

the two auxiliary plates (11) are vertically arranged and are respectively positioned at two ends of the connecting plate (13) along the length direction and fixed with the two connecting plates (13), and the auxiliary plates (11) are fixed with the two vertical posts (9) positioned on the short sides of the rectangle;

the fixed plate (24) is of a rectangular plate-shaped structure in vertical arrangement, two long side edges of the fixed plate (24) are respectively connected with the long side edges of the same side of the two connecting plates (13), and two ends of the fixed plate (24) along the length direction of the fixed plate are respectively fixed with the two auxiliary plates (11).
