When the cable body is wound, the contact wheel 48 can be bypassed, the driving motor 50 works to enable the third unidirectional threaded rod 46 to rotate, the third threaded sleeve 47 is located between a group of side plates 45 to move left and right under the action of the limiting rod 49, the cable body is located on the outer wall of the cable reel to be arranged in sequence under the driving of the contact wheel 48 when the cable body is wound, the cable body is prevented from being wound in disorder, and the subsequent use is inconvenient.
