By activating the water pump 29 to generate negative pressure in the pipe, the cleaning liquid containing dust and other impurities in the water tank 2 is sucked from the fourth pipe 31 and flows through the first filter 28; the first filter 28 is a Y-shaped filter, so that the resistance of the Y-shaped filter is small, the pollution discharge is convenient, the filter is connected to a position close to the water inlet connector, the preliminary filtration of impurities is finished, the blockage and damage of the water pump 29 caused by excessive impurities are avoided, and the valve and the normal use of the water pump 29 can be protected; the cleaning liquid is pumped into the third pipeline 32 from the water outlet through the water pump 29, the cleaning liquid passes through the second filter 30 and enters the second pipeline 33, the second filter 30 is a stainless steel filter, the filter core in the upper cavity can fully utilize the filtering space, the volume of the filter is reduced, the backwash sucker in the lower cavity can intercept impurities larger than the gap of the filter core, and the cleaning degree of the cleaning liquid is greatly improved; finally, the filtered cleaning fluid can flow back into the water tank 2 through the first pipeline 34, so that the filtered cleaning fluid can be recycled, and the waste of the cleaning fluid is reduced.
A first ball valve 35 is connected between the second pipeline 33 and the first pipeline 34, the second pipeline 33 is further provided with a water outlet 36 penetrating to the outer side of the water tank 2, the water outlet 36 is provided with a second ball valve 37, a fifth pipeline is connected with the second ball valve 37, and an activated carbon filtering water tank is connected with the fifth pipeline.
By closing the first ball valve 35 and opening the second ball valve 37, the cleaning liquid in the pipeline can flow into the activated carbon filter water tank through the fifth pipeline, and the cleaning liquid is stored after the ultrasonic cleaning is finished; the activated carbon filter water tank can continuously adsorb impurities with smaller volume in the cleaning liquid, and is favorable for putting the cleaning liquid in the tank into use again.
The top of the brushing frame 6 is provided with a water supply channel and a pair of spray pipes 38, the water supply channel is connected with the first pipeline 34 and the spray pipes 38, cleaning liquid flows into the spray pipes 38, the spray pipes 38 are correspondingly fixed above the brush roller 10, the spray pipes 38 are provided with a plurality of nozzles 39 along the axis direction of the spray pipes, and the nozzles 39 face the middle vertical surface of the brushing opening.
The first pipeline 34 is connected with the spray pipe 38 through the water supply channel, so that the filtered cleaning liquid flows into the spray pipe 38 and is sprayed from the nozzle 39 to the middle vertical surface of the brushing mouth, and the water falling back tank 2 forms circulating flow, thereby improving the ultrasonic cleaning efficiency; meanwhile, when the stainless steel net clamp 9 is lifted, the insulating protective tool is sprayed, the cleaning effect on dirt is improved, the filtering water supply mechanism removes particles in cleaning liquid impurities, and the abrasion of the insulating protective tool is prevented from being aggravated when the particles are cleaned.

A fan 40 and a heating tube are arranged at the top of the frame 1, an air outlet of the fan 40 faces the brushing frame 6, and the heating tube is attached to an air inlet of the fan 40; the console 4 is electrically connected to the fan 40 and the heating tube.
By starting the fan 40 to blow air to the brushing frame 6 during air drying, the air flow accelerates the drying of the insulation protection appliance; the air inlet of the fan 40 is attached to the heating pipe, so that the fan 40 blows air heated by the heating pipe to the brushing frame 6, the drying step is further quickened, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
