背景技术
自从问世以来,合成清洗剂已经走过了100多年的发展历程。今天,合成清洗剂的使用已经成为世界范围内成千上万人的生活习惯。随着社会的发展,人类对产品质量的追求越来越高,环境保护意识也越来越强,这一切都在促使合着成清洗剂不断地发展。然而,清洗剂所带来的环境污染问题、污染物在生物体内的累积、不易生物降解性和高固含量等正在不断地给合成清洗剂带来负面效应,甚至被认为是一种主要的污染物来源,在清洗剂制备的过程中,需要使用混料设备将多种配料进行混合,比如专利公告号为CN113477128B的专利中记载的塑料着色剂加工用混料设备,该发明中上料盘与上料筒转动连接的同时与上料仓滑动连接,可以使上料管不会随着上料筒一起旋转,上料管仅会随上料筒一起上下震荡,便于上料管通过管道与用料对接,便于对上料筒的进行上料作业;当震荡块上下震荡时,可以带动齿条在上料仓上滑动,进而通过齿轮带动转杆和刮板往复转动,当刮板转动时,可以扫动上料仓底部的用料,此动作不仅可以使用料始终处于活动状态,便于其顺着上料仓底部的弧面滚落至出料口,也帮助混料部件实现了初步混料。
清洗剂的混料往往都是需要添加多种用料,且这些用料中部分用料都需要定量添加,而该设备只便于将需要搅拌的上料结构快速的与搅拌桶连接,将用料添加至上结构的量是不受控制的,同时搅拌桶桶壁易粘连用料:在搅拌的过程中,搅拌桶的桶壁极易粘连用料,该设备中没有对桶壁进行清理的步骤,这不但会导致用料的浪费,且长时间的工作用料可能腐蚀搅拌桶桶壁。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型清洗剂制备工艺及混料设备,以解决背景技术中不能定量加料和不能对桶壁进行清理的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种环保型清洗剂制备工艺,包括:
步骤一:分别称取烷醇酰胺聚醚硫酸酯钠1-3份、无患子皂苷2-5份、椰油酰甘氨酸钾4-8份、碳酸氢钠0.2-0.5份、氯化钠0.05-0.2份、去离子水100份、磁活化水90-100份、复配表面活性剂2-6份、辅助清洗剂5-8份、份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-6、三乙醇胺2-4份;
步骤二:对适量清洗干净的丝瓜络及马齿苋进行干燥、粉碎及研磨处理,所得粒径为50-150目的混合粉末浸泡在适量的清水中,然后向清水中加入适量的复合酶制剂及表面活性剂;经超声分散均匀后,将所得混合液的温度升至45-55℃,并在此温度下浸泡6-8h;
步骤三:将碳酸氢钠溶解到除离子水中,将磁活化水、无患子皂苷、复配表面活性剂及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚投入混料设备中,并以300-500r/min的速率混合搅拌10-30min;
步骤四:再将剩余原料投入混料设备中,以500~1000r/min的速率混合搅拌20-50min,待混合完毕后对其进行灌装,所得即为环保型清洗剂成品。

一种环保型清洗剂制备工艺中的混料设备,包括支架,所述支架上固定设有混料箱,所述支架的底部固定设有多组支腿,所述支腿的侧面固定设有使其稳定的稳定架,所述混料箱的底部侧面固定连接有出料管,所述出料管内部固定设有阀门,所述混料箱的顶部固定设有多个配料件,所述混料箱内固定设有使原料充分混合的混料机构。

在一种可选方案中:所述配料件:包括配料箱,所述配料箱固定设在混料箱的顶端,所述配料箱设有多组,所述配料箱的侧面固定连接有用于加料的进料管,所述配料箱内固定设有使原料定量进入混料箱的定量机构。
在一种可选方案中:所述定量机构:包括固定架,所述固定架固定设在配料箱的顶端,所述固定架上固定设有液压杆,所述液压杆的输出端固定连接活塞杆,所述活塞杆上固定套设有限位板,所述活塞杆的底端固定连接有活塞,所述活塞滑动设在配料箱的内腔,所述混料箱的顶端固定设有刻度杆,所述刻度杆上滑动套设有滑套,所述滑套的侧面固定设有限位杆,所述限位杆与限位板配合使用,所述配料箱的底部固定连接有下料管,所述下料管与混料箱内部连通,所述下料管内固定设有电磁阀。
在一种可选方案中:所述混料机构:包括转轴,所述转轴转动贯穿混料箱的顶端,所述转轴上固定设有旋转叶片,所述转轴的底端固定设有安装毂,所述安装毂的侧面固定安装有多个叶片,所述转轴的侧面固定设有连接杆,所述连接杆内转动贯穿有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴侧面固定设有多组用于搅拌的搅拌叶片,所述转轴的顶端固定设有驱动转轴和搅拌轴的驱动组件,所述连接杆的顶端固定设有刮取混料箱内壁残留原料的刮料组件。

在一种可选方案中:所述混料箱整体为上端大下端小的漏斗状。
相较于现有技术,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过设置定量机构,使用时,将不同的原料通过进料管加入到不同的配料箱,此时配料箱内的活塞向上移动,根据需要将滑套在刻度杆上滑动至相应刻度处,调节液压杆,使活塞杆向下移动带动活塞向下移动在配料箱内挤压原料进入混料箱,当达到需要的量时,限位杆阻止限位板向下运动使得活塞停止挤压原料,达到了自动定量加料的效果。
2、本发明通过设置驱动环,在驱动环上设置有齿条,当电机驱动转轴转动时,连接杆带动搅拌轴转动使得搅拌叶片对原料进行搅拌,同时在搅拌轴转动过程中,齿轮与齿条啮合,使得搅拌轴绕转轴公转的同时又自转,达到了充分搅拌的效果。
3、本发明通过设置刮料组件,在转轴转动时,连接杆带动固定杆转动使得刮片对混料箱内壁进行刮料操作,达到了防止原料粘连在混料箱内壁上的效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
在一个实施例中,一种环保型清洗剂制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:分别称取烷醇酰胺聚醚硫酸酯钠1-3份、无患子皂苷2-5份、椰油酰甘氨酸钾4-8份、碳酸氢钠0.2-0.5份、氯化钠0.05-0.2份、去离子水100份、磁活化水90-100份、复配表面活性剂2-6份、辅助清洗剂5-8份、份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-6、三乙醇胺2-4份;
步骤二:对适量清洗干净的丝瓜络及马齿苋进行干燥、粉碎及研磨处理,所得粒径为50-150目的混合粉末浸泡在适量的清水中,然后向清水中加入适量的复合酶制剂及表面活性剂;经超声分散均匀后,将所得混合液的温度升至45-55℃,并在此温度下浸泡6-8h;
步骤三:将碳酸氢钠溶解到除离子水中,将磁活化水、无患子皂苷、复配表面活性剂及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚投入混料设备中,并以300-500r/min的速率混合搅拌10-30min;
步骤四:再将剩余原料投入混料设备中,以500~1000r/min的速率混合搅拌20-50min,待混合完毕后对其进行灌装,所得即为环保型清洗剂成品。
在一个实施例中,如图1-图9所示,一种环保型清洗剂制备工艺中的混料设备,包括支架100,所述支架100上固定设有混料箱102,所述支架100的底部固定设有多组支腿101,所述支腿101的侧面固定设有使其稳定的稳定架104,所述混料箱102的底部侧面固定连接有出料管103,所述出料管103内部固定设有阀门105,所述混料箱102的顶部固定设有多个配料件,所述混料箱102内固定设有使原料充分混合的混料机构300,所述混料机构300将位于混料箱102底部的用料会被均匀的输送至上方再落下,混料均匀,可带动所有用料移动。
在一个实施例中,如图1所示,所述配料件:包括配料箱106,所述配料箱106固定设在混料箱102的顶端,所述配料箱106设有多组,所述配料箱106的侧面固定连接有用于加料的进料管107,使用时,将不同的原料通过进料管107加入到不同的配料箱106中,所述配料箱106内固定设有使原料定量进入混料箱102的定量机构200,所述定量机构200可以同时实现多种原料的定量添料,且每个配料箱106的容积都不同,便于适应添加不同原料时不同的添料量。
在一个实施例中,如图3和图8所示,所述定量机构200:包括固定架201,所述固定架201固定设在配料箱106的顶端,所述固定架201上固定设有液压杆202,所述液压杆202的输出端固定连接活塞杆203,所述活塞杆203上固定套设有限位板204,所述活塞杆203的底端固定连接有活塞205,所述活塞205滑动设在配料箱106的内腔,所述混料箱102的顶端固定设有刻度杆206,所述刻度杆206上滑动套设有滑套207,所述滑套207的侧面固定设有限位杆208,所述限位杆208与限位板204配合使用,所述配料箱106的底部固定连接有下料管209,所述下料管209与混料箱102内部连通,所述下料管209内固定设有电磁阀210,使用时,将不同的原料通过进料管107加入到不同的配料箱106中,此时配料箱106内的活塞205向上移动,根据需要将滑套207在刻度杆206上滑动至相应刻度处,调节液压杆202,使活塞杆203向下移动带动活塞205向下移动,打开电磁阀210使原料经过下料管209挤压进入混料箱102中,当达到需要的量时,所述限位杆208阻止限位板204向下运动使得活塞205停止挤压原料。
在一个实施例中,如图6和图7所示,所述混料机构300:包括转轴301,所述转轴301转动贯穿混料箱102的顶端,所述转轴301上固定设有旋转叶片302,所述旋转叶片302将位于混料箱102底部的用料会被均匀的输送至上方再落下,混料均匀,所述转轴301的底端固定设有安装毂306,所述安装毂306的侧面固定安装有多个叶片307,所述叶片307转动,使得原料向上流动,防止各种原料在混料箱102内沉底而导致混料不充分,所述转轴301的侧面固定设有连接杆305,所述连接杆305内转动贯穿有搅拌轴303,所述搅拌轴303侧面固定设有多组用于搅拌的搅拌叶片304,当转轴301转动时,所述连接杆305带动搅拌轴303转动使得搅拌叶片304对原料进行搅拌,所述转轴301的顶端固定设有驱动转轴301和搅拌轴303的驱动组件400,所述连接杆305的顶端固定设有刮取混料箱102内壁残留原料的刮料组件500,所述刮料组件500对混料箱102内壁进行刮料操作,达到了防止原料粘连在混料箱102内壁上的效果。
在一个实施例中,如图4和图9所示,所述驱动组件400包括电机401,所述电机401固定设在混料箱102的顶端,所述电机401的输出端固定连接转轴301,所述混料箱102的内顶壁固定设有驱动环402,所述驱动环402的表面固定设有多个齿条404,所述搅拌轴303的顶端固定设有齿轮403,所述齿轮403与齿条404啮合,启动电机401带动搅拌轴303转动,所述齿轮403与齿条404啮合,使得搅拌轴303绕转轴301公转的同时又自转,驱动了搅拌叶片304对原料进行充分搅拌。
在一个实施例中,如图4和图9所示,所述刮料组件500包括固定杆501,所述固定杆501的一端与连接杆305的顶端固定连接,所述固定杆501的另一端固定连接有刮片502,所述刮片502的表面与混料箱102的内壁紧贴,在转轴301转动时,所述连接杆305带动固定杆501转动使得刮片502对混料箱102内壁进行刮料操作,达到了防止原料粘连在混料箱102内壁上的效果。
在一个实施例中,如图1所示,所述混料箱102整体为上端大下端小的漏斗状,便于混料完成后的清洗剂从混料箱102底部的出料管103流出。
上述实施例公布了一种环保型清洗剂制备工艺及混料设备,其中,使用时,将不同的原料通过进料管107加入到不同的配料箱106中,此时配料箱106内的活塞205向上移动,根据需要将滑套207在刻度杆206上滑动至相应刻度处,调节液压杆202,使活塞杆203向下移动带动活塞205向下移动,打开电磁阀210使原料经过下料管209挤压进入混料箱102中,当达到需要的量时,所述限位杆208阻止限位板204向下运动使得活塞205停止挤压原料,启动电机401带动搅拌轴303转动,所述连接杆305带动搅拌轴303转动使得搅拌叶片304对原料进行搅拌,所述旋转叶片302将位于混料箱102底部的用料会被均匀的输送至上方再落下,混料均匀,所述叶片307转动,使得原料向上流动,防止各种原料在混料箱102内沉底而导致混料不充分,所述齿轮403与齿条404啮合,使得搅拌轴303绕转轴301公转的同时又自转,驱动了搅拌叶片304对原料进行充分搅拌,在转轴301转动时,所述连接杆305带动固定杆501转动使得刮片502对混料箱102内壁进行刮料操作,达到了防止原料粘连在混料箱102内壁上的效果,混料完成后打开阀门105清洗剂从混料箱102底部的出料管103流出。

Claims (8)
1.一种环保型清洗剂制备工艺,包括:
步骤一:分别称取烷醇酰胺聚醚硫酸酯钠1-3份、无患子皂苷2-5份、椰油酰甘氨酸钾4-8份、碳酸氢钠0.2-0.5份、氯化钠0.05-0.2份、去离子水100份、磁活化水90-100份、复配表面活性剂2-6份、辅助清洗剂5-8份、份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-6、三乙醇胺2-4份;
步骤二:对适量清洗干净的丝瓜络及马齿苋进行干燥、粉碎及研磨处理,所得粒径为50-150目的混合粉末浸泡在适量的清水中,然后向清水中加入适量的复合酶制剂及表面活性剂;经超声分散均匀后,将所得混合液的温度升至45-55℃,并在此温度下浸泡6-8h;
步骤三:将碳酸氢钠溶解到除离子水中,将磁活化水、无患子皂苷、复配表面活性剂及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚投入混料设备中,并以300-500r/min的速率混合搅拌10-30min;
步骤四:再将剩余原料投入混料设备中,以500~1000r/min的速率混合搅拌20-50min,待混合完毕后对其进行灌装,所得即为环保型清洗剂成品。
2.一种权利要求1所述一种环保型清洗剂制备工艺中的混料设备,包括支架(100),所述支架(100)上固定设有混料箱(102),所述支架(100)的底部固定设有多组支腿(101),所述支腿(101)的侧面固定设有使其稳定的稳定架(104),所述混料箱(102)的底部侧面固定连接有出料管(103),所述出料管(103)内部固定设有阀门(105),所述混料箱(102)的顶部固定设有多个配料件,其特征在于,所述混料箱(102)内固定设有使原料充分混合的混料机构(300)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混料设备,其特征在于,所述配料件包括配料箱(106),所述配料箱(106)固定设在混料箱(102)的顶端,所述配料箱(106)设有多组,所述配料箱(106)的侧面固定连接有用于加料的进料管(107),所述配料箱(106)内固定设有使原料定量进入混料箱(102)的定量机构(200)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混料设备,其特征在于,所述定量机构(200)包括固定架(201),所述固定架(201)固定设在配料箱(106)的顶端,所述固定架(201)上固定设有液压杆(202),所述液压杆(202)的输出端固定连接活塞杆(203),所述活塞杆(203)上固定套设有限位板(204),所述活塞杆(203)的底端固定连接有活塞(205),所述活塞(205)滑动设在配料箱(106)的内腔,所述混料箱(102)的顶端固定设有刻度杆(206),所述刻度杆(206)上滑动套设有滑套(207),所述滑套(207)的侧面固定设有限位杆(208),所述限位杆(208)与限位板(204)配合使用,所述配料箱(106)的底部固定连接有下料管(209),所述下料管(209)与混料箱(102)内部连通,所述下料管(209)内固定设有电磁阀(210)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的混料设备,其特征在于,所述混料机构(300)包括转轴(301),所述转轴(301)转动贯穿混料箱(102)的顶端,所述转轴(301)上固定设有旋转叶片(302),所述转轴(301)的底端固定设有安装毂(306),所述安装毂(306)的侧面固定安装有多个叶片(307),所述转轴(301)的侧面固定设有连接杆(305),所述连接杆(305)内转动贯穿有搅拌轴(303),所述搅拌轴(303)侧面固定设有多组用于搅拌的搅拌叶片(304),所述转轴(301)的顶端固定设有驱动转轴(301)和搅拌轴(303)的驱动组件(400),所述连接杆(305)的顶端固定设有刮取混料箱(102)内壁残留原料的刮料组件(500)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混料设备,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(400)包括电机(401),所述电机(401)固定设在混料箱(102)的顶端,所述电机(401)的输出端固定连接转轴(301),所述混料箱(102)的内顶壁固定设有驱动环(402),所述驱动环(402)的表面固定设有多个齿条(404),所述搅拌轴(303)的顶端固定设有齿轮(403),所述齿轮(403)与齿条(404)啮合。
7.根据权利要求5所述的混料设备,其特征在于,所述刮料组件(500)包括固定杆(501),所述固定杆(501)的一端与连接杆(305)的顶端固定连接,所述固定杆(501)的另一端固定连接有刮片(502),所述刮片(502)的表面与混料箱(102)的内壁紧贴。
8.根据权利要求2所述的混料设备,其特征在于,所述混料箱(102)整体为上端大下端小的漏斗状。
