技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动汽车充电桩,尤其涉及一种可自动收卷充电枪线缆的电动汽车充电桩。
背景技术
充电桩是指为电动汽车提供能量补充的充电装置,其功能类似于加油站里面的加油机,可以固定在地面或墙壁,安装于公共建筑(公共楼宇、商场、公共停车场等)和居民小区停车场或充电站内,可以根据不同的电压等级为各种型号的电动汽车充电。
目前,充电桩上连接充电枪的线缆普遍是裸露在外,在使用后线缆会直接拖在地上,线缆直接拖在地上不仅会受到磨损和损坏,导致线缆绝缘层破损或裸露,从而可能导致短路或触电等安全问题,而且会沾染灰尘、污垢或其他污染物导致线缆脏污和污染,从而影响其使用寿命和安全性,并且线缆直接拖在地上易将行人绊倒导致意外伤害,所以需要将线缆收卷整齐,而现有的充电桩并不具备自动收卷线缆的功能,从而需要人工手动将线缆收卷整齐,如此使用较为不便,因此,有必要针对现有技术的缺点,设计一种可自动收卷充电枪线缆的电动汽车充电桩。
发明内容
本发明提供这样一种可自动收卷充电枪线缆的电动汽车充电桩,包括充电桩本体、线缆、充电枪、夹具、安装板、壳体、圆棒形插座、开孔连接块、电机、转轴、卡块和弹簧A,线缆连接在充电枪上,充电桩本体的右侧上部设有用于夹持充电枪的夹具,充电桩本体的左侧连接有安装板,安装板的左侧铰接有壳体,壳体的顶部右侧开有以供线缆穿入的通孔,壳体的中心位置上设有能够转动的圆棒形插座,圆棒形插座的前后两端均伸出至壳体外,圆棒形插座的外壁连接有开孔连接块,线缆穿过开孔连接块上的孔,线缆与开孔连接块固定连接,线缆上的插头插在圆棒形插座上,圆棒形插座与充电桩本体电性连接,充电桩本体前侧安装有电机,电机的输出轴上连接有转轴,转轴上沿周向间隔设有两个能够上下移动的卡块,两个卡块相互背对的一侧均为弧面,卡块与转轴之间连接有弹簧A,圆棒形插座后端开有与转轴卡合的圆形凹槽,圆形凹槽内沿周向间隔开有四个与卡块卡合的卡槽。

2、通过圆形限位板能够对线缆进行限位使得线缆整齐的收卷在壳体内,以避免线缆散乱。
3、通过勾杆能够勾住C字形勾块以将壳体锁定,避免壳体被风吹动时自行转动,从而能够提高稳定性和安全性。
4、通过罩盖和防护罩的配合能够使得充电枪密封存放,避免充电枪暴露在外被日晒雨淋,从而能够保护充电枪以延长其使用寿命。
5、通过导向轮能够对线缆进行导向,以使得线缆能够稳定顺畅地进出壳体。

初始时,圆棒形插座7插在转轴11上,线缆2收卷在壳体6内,充电枪3放置在夹具4内,需要对电动汽车进行充电时,将充电枪3从夹具4内取出,接着向前转动壳体6以使线缆2和充电枪3靠近电动汽车,壳体6向前转动带动圆棒形插座7向前转动与转轴11脱离,随后即可将线缆2从壳体6内扯出以将充电枪3插在电动汽车上进行充电。充电完成后,将壳体6向后转动复位以使圆棒形插座7重新插在转轴11上,随后将充电枪3放回至夹具4内,由于两个卡块13相互背对的一侧均为弧面,所以圆棒形插座7向后转动至与卡块13接触后继续向后转动,能够挤压两个卡块13向靠近转轴11的方向移动,弹簧A14随之被压缩,当圆棒形插座7上的卡槽16移动至对准卡块13时,在弹簧A14的复位作用下,能够使得卡块13卡入卡槽16内,然后控制电机10工作驱使转轴11带动卡块13转动,卡块13转动推动圆棒形插座7转动对线缆2进行收卷,圆棒形插座7转动带动开孔连接块9转动辅助收卷线缆2,如此能够自动将线缆2整齐的收卷在壳体6内,无需人工手动对线缆2进行收卷,使用方便。

当电动汽车充好电后,突然停电时,可将弧形杆27向下转动至水平状态,接着即可握住弧形杆27并转动弧形杆27,以使得圆块26带动圆棒形插座7转动对线缆2进行收卷,线缆2收卷完成后,将弧形杆27向上转回至竖直状态即可。
请参阅图10,在本发明中,夹具4包括连接在充电桩本体1右侧上部的固定弧形夹块41,充电桩本体1的右侧上部通过滑杆42滑动式连接有能够上下移动的活动弧形夹块43,活动弧形夹块43位于固定弧形夹块41的上侧,滑杆42上套有弹簧B44,弹簧B44与活动弧形夹块43和充电桩本体1连接,固定弧形夹块41、滑杆42、活动弧形夹块43和弹簧B44均位于防护罩21内。
通过固定弧形夹块41、活动弧形夹块43和弹簧B44的配合,能够将充电枪3夹住固定,以避免充电枪3垂落至地面上,从而能够便于人们取用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种可自动收卷充电枪线缆的电动汽车充电桩,包括充电桩本体(1)、充电枪(3)和连接在充电枪(3)上的线缆(2),其特征在于,充电桩本体(1)的右侧上部设有用于夹持充电枪(3)的夹具(4),充电桩本体(1)的左侧连接有安装板(5),安装板(5)的左侧铰接有壳体(6),壳体(6)的顶部右侧开有以供线缆(2)穿入的通孔,壳体(6)的中心位置上设有能够转动的圆棒形插座(7),圆棒形插座(7)的前后两端均伸出至壳体(6)外,圆棒形插座(7)的外壁连接有开孔连接块(9),线缆(2)穿过开孔连接块(9)上的孔,线缆(2)与开孔连接块(9)固定连接,线缆(2)上的插头插在圆棒形插座(7)上,圆棒形插座(7)与充电桩本体(1)电性连接,充电桩本体(1)前侧安装有电机(10),电机(10)的输出轴上连接有转轴(11),转轴(11)上沿周向间隔设有两个能够上下移动的卡块(13),两个卡块(13)相互背对的一侧均为弧面,卡块(13)与转轴(11)之间连接有弹簧A(14),圆棒形插座(7)后端开有与转轴(11)卡合的圆形凹槽(15),圆形凹槽(15)内沿周向间隔开有四个与卡块(13)卡合的卡槽(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动收卷充电枪线缆的电动汽车充电桩,其特征在于,壳体(6)前侧沿周向间隔嵌入式安装有透明视窗(61)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可自动收卷充电枪线缆的电动汽车充电桩,其特征在于,圆棒形插座(7)外壁前后对称连接有两个圆形限位板(8),圆形限位板(8)位于壳体(6)内,线缆(2)位于两个圆形限位板(8)之间,圆形限位板(8)采用透明材料制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可自动收卷充电枪线缆的电动汽车充电桩,其特征在于,充电桩本体(1)的前侧连接有弧形防撞板(12),弧形防撞板(12)采用柔性材料制成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种可自动收卷充电枪线缆的电动汽车充电桩,其特征在于,壳体(6)右侧连接有C字形勾块(17),充电桩本体(1)右侧连接有固定板(18),固定板(18)右侧铰接有用于勾住C字形勾块(17)的勾杆(19),固定板(18)右侧连接有用于撑住勾杆(19)的撑块(20),撑块(20)位于勾杆(19)的下侧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种可自动收卷充电枪线缆的电动汽车充电桩,其特征在于,充电桩本体(1)的右侧上部连接有用于罩住充电枪(3)的防护罩(21),防护罩(21)的底部前侧开有以供线缆(2)进出的通口,防护罩(21)的前侧铰接有罩盖(22)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动收卷充电枪线缆的电动汽车充电桩,其特征在于,壳体(6)前侧面的右上部连接有安装块(23),安装块(23)上左右对称设有能够转动的清洁辊(24),清洁辊(24)用于清洁线缆(2)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动收卷充电枪线缆的电动汽车充电桩,其特征在于,壳体(6)的顶部右侧间隔设有四个能够转动的导向轮(25),导向轮(25)沿壳体(6)上的通孔的周向均匀分布,导向轮(25)用于对线缆(2)进行导向。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动收卷充电枪线缆的电动汽车充电桩,其特征在于,圆棒形插座(7)的前端连接有圆块(26),圆块(26)的前侧面铰接有弧形杆(27)。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种可自动收卷充电枪线缆的电动汽车充电桩,其特征在于,夹具(4)包括连接在充电桩本体(1)右侧上部的固定弧形夹块(41),充电桩本体(1)的右侧上部通过滑杆(42)滑动式连接有能够上下移动的活动弧形夹块(43),活动弧形夹块(43)位于固定弧形夹块(41)的上侧,活动弧形夹块(43)与充电桩本体(1)之间连接有弹簧B(44),固定弧形夹块(41)、滑杆(42)、活动弧形夹块(43)和弹簧B(44)均位于防护罩(21)内。
