Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于高精度模板的保温结构一体化系统及其施工方法,所述系统包括高精度模板、保温层和现浇混凝土墙体,所述高精度模板上安装有临时锚钉,临时锚钉穿过高精度模板并伸入保温层内,所述保温层的外侧面与高精度模板可拆卸贴合在一起,并且所述保温层位于高精度模板和现浇混凝土墙体之间,保温层通过永久锚栓固定在现浇混凝土墙体上。本发明的保温层采用预埋锚固件的方式与混凝土墙体内部牢固连接,并以现浇粘结的方式与混凝土墙体表面牢固粘结,不易脱落,安全性能大幅度提高,同时取消了粘结层,且拆模后外表面平整,可直接进行抹面和饰面施工,节约了材料,施工效率更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种基于高精度模板的保温结构一体化系统及其施工方法,主要用于节能建筑和绿色建筑领域。
背景技术
随着节能建筑和绿色建筑的发展,外墙的应用变得非常普遍。然而,大多数外墙采用了薄抹灰外墙保温构造。该构造主要采用粘结砂浆将保温层粘结在基层墙体上,并用锚栓辅助固定,在保温层的外侧抹抗裂砂浆,在抗裂砂浆中内置增强网。薄抹灰外墙保温构造常常置于建筑外墙的外侧,具有保温性能好、外墙热桥少等优点。但是,由于保温构造整体设置在墙体外侧,施工基本由建筑工人手工操作,保温系统直接面对外部环境的考验,加之施工质量难以保证,常常产生渗漏等质量通病,严重的甚至会发生保温层脱落的质量安全事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种基于高精度模板的保温结构一体化系统,该系统用预埋的永久锚栓将保温层固定在基层墙体上。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一方面,本发明提供一种基于高精度模板的保温结构一体化系统,所述系统包括高精度模板、保温层和现浇混凝土墙体,所述高精度模板上安装有临时锚钉,临时锚钉穿过高精度模板并伸入保温层内,所述保温层的外侧面与高精度模板可拆卸贴合在一起,并且所述保温层位于高精度模板和现浇混凝土墙体之间,保温层通过永久锚栓固定在现浇混凝土墙体上。
作为本方案的进一步优选,拆卸高精度模板后的保温层外侧面上涂覆有内含玻璃纤维网布的抹面砂浆层。
作为本方案的进一步优选,所述高精度模板为铝合金模板。
作为本方案的进一步优选,所述高精度模板上设置有对拉螺杆孔,所述临时锚钉插入在该对拉螺杆孔内。
作为本方案的进一步优选,所述保温层的原料为有机或无机保温浆料,或者选用硬泡聚氨酯和矿物纤维棉中任一种。
作为本方案的进一步优选,所述永久锚栓的材质为塑料,具体为聚酰胺或聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
作为本方案的进一步优选,所述临时锚钉采用木质、聚酰胺、聚乙烯、聚丙烯材料中的任一种。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种基于高精度模板的保温结构一体化施工方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将高精度模板放平,使其面板位于上方,在其对拉螺杆孔中,插入临时锚钉;
步骤二、将永久锚栓放在水平放置的高精度模板面板上,永久锚栓的锚杆方向向上,其圆盘与高精度模板面板表面相贴合;
步骤三、将保温原料经混合、搅拌后浇注或喷涂在高精度模板面板上,然后进行养护,待其硬化、凝固后形成保温层;
步骤四、进行模板安装施,先拔出临时锚钉,然后将高精度模板对拉螺杆孔处的保温层打通,安装对拉螺杆及其配套的套管;
步骤五、浇筑、养护混凝土,形成现浇混凝土墙体;
步骤六、拔出对拉螺杆并拆卸高精度模板;
步骤七、在保温层外侧涂覆内含玻璃纤维网布的抹面砂浆。
与现有的薄抹灰外墙外保温技术相比,本发明具有以下特点和有益效果:
(1)保温层采用预埋锚固件的方式与混凝土墙体内部牢固连接,并以现浇粘结的方式与混凝土墙体表面牢固粘结,不易脱落,安全性能大幅度提高。
(2)取消了常见的粘结层,不需要使用粘结砂浆,既节约了材料,又减少了对人工操作工序的依赖,更可靠,施工效率更高,从而更加低碳。
(3)保温材料直接浇筑在高精度铝模板上,对弹性模量较大的保温材料,拆模后外表面平整,无需找平,可直接进行抹面和饰面施工,同样可节约人工和材料。

实施例一
如图1所示,一种基于高精度模板的保温结构一体化系统,包括高精度模板1、保温层2和现浇混凝土墙体3,所述高精度模板1上安装有临时锚钉6,临时锚钉6穿过高精度模板1并伸入保温层2内,所述保温层2的外侧面与高精度模板1可拆卸贴合在一起,并且所述保温层2位于高精度模板1和现浇混凝土墙体3之间,保温层2通过永久锚栓(4)固定在现浇混凝土墙体3上。
本实施例中,将保温原料经混合、搅拌后浇注或喷涂在高精度模板1面板上,然后进行养护,待其硬化、凝固后形成所述保温层2。
本实施例中,将带有保温层2的高精度模板1按规定进行模板安装施工,然后浇筑、养护混凝土,形成所述现浇混凝土墙体3。
本实施例中,保温层2拆卸高精度模板1后,其外侧涂覆内含玻璃纤维网布的抹面砂浆5。
本实施例中,高精度模板1可采用铝合金模板。
本实施例中,永久锚栓4的材质为塑料,可为聚酰胺、聚乙烯或聚丙烯材料。
本实施例中,临时锚钉6材质可为木质或聚酰胺、聚乙烯、聚丙烯材料。
实施例二
一种基于高精度模板的保温结构一体化施工方法,其包括如下步骤:

步骤五、浇筑、养护混凝土,形成现浇混凝土墙体3;
步骤六、拔出对拉螺杆7并拆卸高精度模板1;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于高精度模板的保温结构一体化系统,其特征在于,拆卸高精度模板(1)后的保温层(2)外侧面上涂覆有内含玻璃纤维网布的抹面砂浆(5)层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于高精度模板的保温结构一体化系统,其特征在于,所述高精度模板(1)为铝合金模板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于高精度模板的保温结构一体化系统,其特征在于,所述高精度模板(1)上设置有对拉螺杆孔,所述临时锚钉(6)插入在该对拉螺杆孔内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于高精度模板的保温结构一体化系统,其特征在于,所述保温层(2)的原料为有机或无机保温浆料,或者选用硬泡聚氨酯和矿物纤维棉中任一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于高精度模板的保温结构一体化系统,其特征在于,所述永久锚栓(4)的材质为塑料,具体为聚酰胺或聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于高精度模板的保温结构一体化系统,其特征在于,所述临时锚钉(6)采用木质、聚酰胺、聚乙烯、聚丙烯材料中的任一种。
8.一种基于高精度模板的保温结构一体化施工方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将高精度模板(1)放平,使其面板位于上方,在其对拉螺杆孔中,插入临时锚钉(6);
步骤二、将永久锚栓(4)放在水平放置的高精度模板(1)面板上,永久锚栓(4)的锚杆方向向上,其圆盘与高精度模板(1)面板表面相贴合;
步骤三、将保温原料经混合、搅拌后浇注或喷涂在高精度模板(1)面板上,然后进行养护,待其硬化、凝固后形成保温层(2);
步骤四、进行模板安装施,先拔出临时锚钉(6),然后将高精度模板(1)对拉螺杆孔处的保温层(2)打通,安装对拉螺杆(7)及其配套的套管;
步骤五、浇筑、养护混凝土,形成现浇混凝土墙体(3);
步骤六、拔出对拉螺杆(7)并拆卸高精度模板(1);
步骤七、在保温层(2)外侧涂覆内含玻璃纤维网布的抹面砂浆(5)。
