Background
The inspiration function of the lung is that when respiratory muscles contract, the thoracic volume expands, the alveoli expand to form negative pressure, and when the respiratory muscles of the person inhaling air from the outside relax, the alveoli elastically contract, so that the pressure in the lung increases and the air is exhaled outwards. Respiratory airflow is created by the pressure differential between the alveoli and the atmosphere. The basic principle of noninvasive mechanical ventilation is to establish this pressure difference mechanically, thus realizing a forced artificial respiration process.
The noninvasive mechanical ventilation has the greatest advantages of no wound and capability of avoiding complications caused by trachea cannula and trachea incision. Non-invasive mechanical ventilation can obviously reduce the tracheal intubation rate and has the trend of reducing the hospitalization time and the death rate of the I CU when treating patients with type I respiratory failure.
When the noninvasive mechanical ventilation device is used for active air supply, the conventional device generally can only perform active air supply, the air supply mode of the device is difficult to be adjusted in a self-adaptive mode according to the breathing state of a patient, and the air supply amount in unit time cannot be adjusted in a self-adaptive mode according to the breathing frequency when the breathing frequency is adjusted, so that the operation of the device is complex.
