The invention mainly aims at providing a self-flowing box culvert water diversion control device which aims at solving the existing technical problems.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a control device for diversion of a self-flowing box culvert, which comprises an old box culvert and a newly-built box culvert, wherein the newly-built box culvert is respectively connected with the old box culvert and an adjusting water tank, the control device also comprises a water baffle plate arranged at the joint of the newly-built box culvert and the old box culvert, the water baffle plate is movably arranged in a fixed frame and controlled to move through a telescopic unit, and the water level information fed back in the adjusting water tank is used for controlling the water baffle plate to enter and exit the old box culvert to change the water entering the newly-built box culvert.
Further, be equipped with silt trigger device in the newly-built box culvert for whether there is silt to block up in the detection newly-built box culvert, silt trigger device both sides are equipped with washing unit, are used for washing the pipeline that blocks up.
Further, the silt triggering device comprises an impeller arranged along the water flow direction, the impeller is mounted on the support, and a rotating speed sensor is mounted on the impeller and used for sending out an alarm signal when the rotating speed of the impeller is reduced to a set value.
Further, the flushing device comprises a flushing gun head arranged in the newly-built box culvert, wherein the flushing gun head is arranged along the inner wall of the newly-built box culvert in an annular equidistant inclined manner, and the flushing gun head is arranged on the angle adjusting mechanism and used for sending flushing water flows to different sludge blocking positions in the newly-built box culvert.

Further, be equipped with the branch culvert on the newly-built box culvert, branch culvert one end and regulation pond water inlet intercommunication, the other end and old box culvert intercommunication, regulation pond water inlet is equipped with control valve for close the regulation pond and will contain the rivers of silt and lead back to old box culvert and discharge when newly-built box culvert desilting.

according to the invention, under the condition that the old box culvert structure is not modified, the water inflow of the box culvert is dynamically regulated by regulating the water quality and liquid level information and the portable regulating system, so that the water inflow can be ensured to be kept stable.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the invention provides a control device for diversion of a self-flowing box culvert, which comprises an old box culvert 1 and a newly-built box culvert 2, wherein the newly-built box culvert 2 is respectively connected with the old box culvert 1 and an adjusting water tank 3, the control device also comprises a water baffle 4 arranged at the joint of the newly-built box culvert 2 and the old box culvert 1, the water baffle 4 is movably arranged in a fixed frame 5 and controlled to move through a telescopic unit 6, and the water level information fed back in the adjusting water tank 3 is used for controlling the water baffle 4 to enter and exit the old box culvert 1 so as to change the water inflow entering the newly-built box culvert 2.
According to the embodiment, under the condition that an old box culvert structure is not modified, the water inflow of the box culvert is dynamically regulated by regulating water quality and liquid level information and a portable regulating system, so that the water inflow can be kept stable; the invention is provided with a dynamic regulating system which is a full-intelligent system and can set water inflow according to own requirements; under dynamic adjustment, the water supply is ensured, and meanwhile, when the water quantity is not needed, the water supply is reduced, so that the station is prevented from being submerged due to abnormal accidents.
Specifically, the telescopic unit 6 may be configured by an air cylinder or an electric telescopic rod.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a sludge triggering device 7 is disposed in the newly-built box culvert 2 and is used for detecting whether the newly-built box culvert 2 is blocked by sludge, and flushing devices 8 are disposed on two sides of the sludge triggering device 7 and are used for flushing the blocked pipeline.
The setting like this of this embodiment is according to silting thickness and is washed the box culvert voluntarily, is favorable to slowing down the water hindrance of box culvert, increases the water passing ability. The automatic cleaning device is more beneficial to diversion of the box culvert, provides an automatic cleaning device for dredging the box culvert, is beneficial to reducing the manual dredging frequency and reduces the operation risk in a limited space.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the sludge triggering device 7 includes an impeller 71 disposed along a water flow direction, the impeller 71 is mounted on a bracket 72, and a rotation speed sensor 73 is mounted on the impeller 71 for sending an alarm signal when the rotation speed of the impeller 71 is reduced to a set value.
The embodiment is so arranged that when sludge in the newly-built box culvert 2 is accumulated to a certain extent, and the impeller 71 cannot rotate, a feedback signal drives the flushing device 8 to flush the impeller 71, so that accumulated sludge is removed, and the pipeline is kept smooth.
In an embodiment, the flushing device 8 comprises a flushing gun head arranged in the newly-built box culvert 2, wherein the flushing gun head is obliquely arranged along the inner wall of the newly-built box culvert 2 at equal intervals in a ring shape, and the flushing gun head is arranged on the angle adjusting mechanism and is used for sending flushing water flows to different sludge blocking positions in the newly-built box culvert 2.
The setting like this of this embodiment, can wash the position of jam through the rifle head that washes that sets up in silt trigger device 7 both sides, the mediation is by the position of silt jam, guarantees the unblocked of pipeline, and through angle adjustment mechanism's setting, can adjust the angle of washing rifle head, improves the scope of washing and the precision of washing.

In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a diagonal brace 41 is disposed on a water baffle 4, one end of the diagonal brace 41 is rotatably connected with the water baffle 4, the other end of the diagonal brace 41 is connected with the water baffle 4 through a folding structure 42, the diagonal brace 41 follows the water baffle 4 to enter and exit in the old box culvert 1 in a self-adaptive shrinkage and expansion manner, a limit groove abutting against the end of the diagonal brace 41 is formed in the inner wall of the old box culvert 1, and a roller 43 abutting against the diagonal brace 41 is disposed at the joint of the new box culvert 2 and the old box culvert 1.
The setting like this of this embodiment, when breakwater 4 stretches into in the old box culvert 1, beta structure 42 outwards expands along with the extension of breakwater 4, outwards releases the diagonal brace 41, when breakwater 4 tip and the butt of old box culvert 1 inner wall, diagonal brace 41 tip and spacing groove butt provide stable support for breakwater 4, avoid because the old box culvert 1 internal water flow when being changed the flow direction by breakwater 4, produce great impact force and lead to the problem that breakwater 4 damaged, guaranteed the stability of breakwater 4.
Specifically, the folding structure 42 is a folding bracket, and a return spring is disposed thereon.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a throttle valve 9 is disposed in the old box culvert 1, when the liquid level in the adjusting water tank 3 is lower than a set value, before the water baffle 4 is controlled to extend into the old box culvert 1, the throttle valve 9 is closed, the flow rate in the old box culvert 1 is reduced, and after the water baffle 4 extends into the old box culvert 1, the throttle valve 9 is opened.

In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a filter screen 12 is disposed in a newly-built box culvert 2, the filter screen 12 is disposed at a culvert opening of a branch culvert 10, a rotatable mounting shaft 13 is inserted on the filter screen 12, a cleaning opening disposed at the filter screen 12 is disposed on the newly-built box culvert 2, and the filter screen 12 can be changed in position between the newly-built box culvert 2 and the branch culvert 10.
The setting like this of this embodiment, when carrying out normal rivers regulation through newly-built box culvert 2, filter screen 12 is arranged in newly-built box culvert 2, when carrying out silt washing operation, changes filter screen 12 to in the branch culvert 10, is convenient for filter the rivers of leading into in the branch culvert 10 in step, avoids debris to lead to the problem of follow-up pipeline jam.
In one embodiment, the fixed frame 5 is supported by the diagonal brace 14, and the bottom of the diagonal brace 14 is provided with an anti-skid block.
