step 3, along with the increase of winding thickness, the radius of a winding barrel is gradually enlarged, the winding barrel can be extruded to a control wheel (36), the control wheel (36) can drive an inner sliding frame (37) to move and touch an induction button (41), an electric signal is fed back to the controller by the induction button (41), the controller controls a motor to stop winding, further winding can be stopped after the winding is finished to a specified thickness, then a moving component drives a sliding block (14) to move below the winding barrel after the winding is finished, then a second electric cylinder (24) drives a riding wheel (25) to rise, the riding wheel (25) rises to support the winding barrel, meanwhile, a fixed rod (32) synchronously moves to release the winding barrel, and then the moving component drives the sliding block (14) to reset, so that the material collecting work is realized.
