Disclosure of Invention
Based on the water heater hanging frame, a user can choose to hang the water heater on the top surface or on the wall surface according to different scenes and wishes, so that the user can select one more, the installation requirements of different users can be met, the added value space of the water heater adopting the water heater hanging frame in production by manufacturers is increased, and furthermore, the user can hide the hung water heater inside the suspended ceiling when the suspended ceiling of the bathroom is decorated, so that the bathroom is tidy and attractive.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a technical solution comprising:
a water heater hanging rack comprises a bottom frame, a hanging rod, a hanging frame and a supporting frame,
one end of the hanging rod is arranged on the underframe, the other end of the hanging rod is arranged on the hanging bracket or the supporting frame, and the supporting frame is arranged at the other end of the hanging bracket.
The underframe comprises a groove body which is formed by combining side plates with guide grooves at two side ends of a groove bottom plate in a vertical mode.
The guide groove comprises a plurality of side plates which are distributed on the opposite side plates at equal intervals.
The guide slot comprises an inner bottom plate and an outer bottom plate which are both L-shaped and parallel to form an L-shaped channel which comprises an inlet part and a turning part and is vertical.
The outer bottom plate in the turn portion of the L-shaped channel is in a shape including a groove.
The boom includes a transverse bar and a threaded vertical bar and includes at least one bayonet on the threads.
The boom includes a fixed boom including a vertical joint of a transverse bar and a vertical bar and an adjustable boom.
The adjustable suspender comprises a vertical rod with a stop body at one end, the vertical rod is sleeved on the through hole of the transverse rod, and the rod diameter of the vertical rod is slightly smaller than the aperture of the through hole.
The transverse rod of the suspender has a rod diameter smaller than the width of the L-shaped channel of the guide groove and is arranged on the groove on the outer bottom plate.
The hanger comprises arc hanging plates, and the two top ends of the arc hanging plates are folded in parallel to form a folding plate in the arc center direction of the arc-shaped cambered surface of the same-direction arc hanging plate.
The folding plate comprises a positioning hole and a wire hole.
The support frame comprises a support plate and a hanging plate, wherein one end of the support plate is combined with one end of the hanging plate.
The hanging plate comprises a positioning hole and a wire hole.
The bearing plate is provided with an arc plate.
The arc shape and the radian of the arc plate are matched with the arc shape and the radian of the coated water heater liner body.
The diameter and the thread direction of the vertical rod of the suspender are respectively matched with the diameter and the thread direction of the thread hole on the suspender and the diameter and the thread direction of the thread hole on the hanging plate.
The water heater hanging frame is provided with the fixed hanging rod or the adjustable hanging rod when being vertically hoisted or transversely hung.
The water heater hanging frame is made of metal such as iron, steel or alloy.
Detailed Description
The invention relates to a water heater hanger, which is further described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water heater hanger comprises a chassis 1, a hanger rod comprising or fixing the hanger rod 5 or the adjustable hanger rod 4, a hanger rod 6 and a supporting frame, wherein one end of the hanger rod is installed on the chassis 1, the other end of the hanger rod is installed on the hanger rod 6 or the supporting frame, and the other end of the hanger rod 6 is installed on the supporting frame.
Specifically, the chassis 1 includes a groove body formed by combining side plates with guide grooves 2 located at two side ends of a groove bottom plate in the same direction with the vertical shape of the groove bottom plate, wherein the guide grooves 2 include a plurality of side plates distributed on the same-direction plate surfaces of two opposite side plates at equal intervals, the inner bottom plate and the outer bottom plate included in the guide grooves 2 are all L-shaped and parallel to form an L-shaped channel including an inlet part and a turning part in the vertical shape, and the outer bottom plate in the turning part of the L-shaped channel is in the groove shape.

It should be noted that, the diameter and the direction of the vertical rod are respectively matched with the diameter and the direction of the screw thread of the screw hole 7 on the hanging frame 6 and the diameter and the direction of the screw thread of the screw hole on the hanging plate, the hole distance between the mounting holes 11 on two sides of the arc plate 14 on the bearing plate 13 and the hole distance between the interval-shaped screw holes 7 on the hanging plate 12 are respectively matched with the distance between the guide grooves on the corresponding positions on the underframe 1, and the transverse rod diameters of the fixed hanging rod 5 and the adjustable hanging rod 4 are respectively smaller than the groove width of the guide groove 2 on the underframe 1.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the hanger for the water heater comprises a base frame 1, an adjustable hanger rod 4, a hanger rod and hanger 6 for fixing the hanger rod 5, and a supporting frame.

Further, the liner body of the water heater is placed on an arc plate 13 provided with a heat insulation pad made of heat insulation materials, two folding plates which are respectively positioned at one end of a hanging frame 6 at two sides of the liner body and are abutted against a bearing plate 13 are respectively moved outwards or inwards according to the size of the liner body, after the folding plates are adjusted to proper positions, a connecting piece 8 is screwed to fix the folding plates on the bearing plate 13, whether the hanging frame 6 body is abutted against the liner body is checked, and when the gap between the liner body and the hanging frame 6 body is too small, the heat insulation pad made of the heat insulation materials is placed between the liner body and the hanging frame 6 body.
Further, the wire holes 7 on the folding plates at the other ends of the two hanging brackets 6 are respectively opposite to and abutted against the holes on the top plate on the shell of the water heater shell, and the positioning pieces 9 penetrate through the plate body of the top plate to fasten the folding plates on the inner side plate surface of the top plate of the shell through the positioning holes 10.

Further, the transverse rod body of the preferred adjustable hanger rod 4 or the transverse rod body of the fixed hanger rod 5 is respectively arranged in the groove in the turning part of the corresponding guide groove 2 through the L-shaped channel in the guide groove 2 on the underframe 1, at the moment, when the adjustable hanger rod 4 is used for installing a water heater through the water heater hanger, when the transverse rod body of the adjustable hanger rod 4 is not separated from the guide groove 2, the balance of the installed water heater body can be adjusted by rotating the vertical rod body in the through hole sleeved on the transverse rod, and the stop body at the top end of the vertical rod body follows the rotation of the vertical rod body and prevents the rod body from being separated from the transverse rod body.

referring to fig. 2, a hanger for a water heater comprises a base frame 1, and or a hanger rod, wherein the hanger rod is fixed on the base frame 1, and the hanger rod is adjustable, and the hanger rod is combined with a support frame 6, wherein one end of the hanger rod is installed on the base frame 1, the other end of the hanger rod is installed on the support frame, and one end of the hanger rod 6 is installed on the support frame.
