技术领域
本发明涉及复合片,其中由热塑性合成树脂形成的塑料膜与由热塑性合成树脂纤维形成的无纺布的一个面接合。
背景技术
JP特开平11-349702号文献公开了一种多孔性片,其中局部地对具有许多细微孔的塑料片进行压花处理,形成全光线透射率小于50%的不透明区域和全光线透射率大于50%的透明区域。该多孔性层中的压花部分为透明区域,透明区域相对片的整个面积的面积率在5~30%的范围内,片的透湿度在0.8~4g/100cm2·h的范围内。该多孔性片在将其用于一次性尿布、卫生巾等的一次性穿着物品的底片的场合,可防止穿着物品内部的潮热,可在透明区域,从物品的外部透视吸收于穿着物品中的尿或大便等的排泄物。
发明内容
但是,在上述文献公开的多孔性片中,除了压花部分以外的不透明区域的全光线透过率小于50%,在不透明区域,难于透视到排泄物,在透明区域,只能够局部地透视到排泄物。另外,在该多孔性片中,作为一个实例,公开有将无纺布与片接合的类型,但是由于无纺布使片的全光线透过率降低,故透明区域的全光线透过率也降低。
本发明的课题在于提供一种复合片,该复合片在片的整个面,具有较高的全光线透过率和透湿度,在将其用于一次性穿着物品的底片的场合,可容易从物品的外部透视吸收于物品中的排泄物。
用于解决上述课题的本发明涉及一种复合片,其中由热塑性合成树脂形成的塑料膜与由热塑性合成树脂纤维形成的无纺布的一个面接合。
在上述的复合片中,本发明的特征在于上述膜由氨基甲酸乙酯系热塑性弹性树脂、酯系热塑性弹性树脂、酰胺系热塑性弹性树脂中的任何一种形成的无孔且透湿性的膜。按照JIS K 7105 A法测定的上述无纺布与膜的全光线透射率在70~95%的范围内,上述膜与形成上述无纺布的合成树脂纤维熔融接合,按照JIS K 7105 A法测定的复合片的全光线透射率在60~95%的范围内。
本发明具有以下的实施形式。
(1)上述膜包括多个隆起部和平坦部,该多个隆起部在上述膜的与上述无纺布相对的面上间断地隆起;该平的平坦部实质上在上述隆起部之间延伸,上述隆起部与形成上述无纺布的合成树脂纤维熔融接合。
(2)按照JIS L 1099 A-2法测定的复合片的透湿度大于1000g/m2·24小时。
(3)按照JIS L 1092 A法测定的复合片的耐水压力大于49hpa。
(4)上述复合片用于在透液性顶片与非透液性底片之间夹置吸液性芯体的一次性穿着用物品的底片。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,对本发明的复合片进行具体描述。
图1,2分别为复合片1A的局部剖开的透视图,沿图1中的A--A线的剖视图,图3为以放大方式表示图2的剖视图的图。另外,在图1和后述的图4,6中,通过箭头X表示横向,通过箭头Y表示纵向。
复合片1A由无纺布2和塑料膜3形成,该无纺布2由热塑性合成树脂纤维2a形成,该塑料膜3由热塑性合成树脂形成。该复合片1A为在膜3的底面重合有无纺布2的2层结构,其包括相互并行、沿纵向延伸的两侧缘部1a,以及相互并行、沿横向延伸的两端缘部1b。
无纺布2可采用由下述方法制造的物品,即,形成该无纺布2的合成树脂纤维2a彼此之间以机械方式缠绕在一起的、通过射流喷网法或针刺法的各种制造方法制造的物品,合成树脂纤维2a是通过加热或化学方式接合的、通过熔喷、纺粘、气穿(air through)、热粘合、化学粘结的各种制造方法制造的物品。
合成树脂纤维2a可采用聚丙烯或聚乙烯等的聚烯烃系纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇或聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇等的聚酯系纤维、尼龙66或尼龙6等的聚酰胺树脂、丙烯系纤维、由聚乙烯/聚丙烯或聚酯形成的芯鞘型复合纤维、或并排型复合纤维等。
膜3由酯系热塑性弹性体树脂形成,其实质上是无孔的,并且具有透湿性。上述弹性体树脂为由硬链段和软链段形成的嵌段共聚物。上述硬链段为芳香族二羧酸与脂肪族二元醇的聚酯,或脂肪族二羧酸和芳香族二元醇的聚酯。该软链段为聚醚。
下面对膜3的透湿性的机理进行描述。膜3由防止塑性变形的分子约束成分的硬链段,以及具有透湿性的柔软性成分的软链段形成。该硬链段和软链段以无规律的方式存在于膜3中。在该硬链段中,聚酯高分子链形成结晶相。在软链段中,聚醚高分子链形成非结晶相。在于常态处于玻化温度以上的软链段中,通过微观布朗运动,聚醚高分子链之间的紧张缓和,在这里,产生大于水蒸气分子(粒径约为3.5)的间隙。该水蒸气分子在作用于其与聚酯、聚醚之间的分子间力的作用下吸附于膜3的外面上,从软链段的间隙进入膜3的内部。在膜3的内面侧的蒸气压力小于膜3的外面侧的相应压力的场合,水蒸气分子朝向膜3的内面在间隙中移动,透过膜3,从膜3的内面,朝向外部排放。
膜3除了由酯系热塑性弹性体树脂形成以外,还可由聚氨酯系热塑性弹性体树脂,聚酰胺系热塑性弹性体树脂中的任何一种形成。
膜3包括:多条隆起部3a,该多条隆起部3a在与无纺布2的相对面,以相互间隔开的方式并行地沿1个方向延伸;平坦部3b,该平坦部3b在隆起部3a之间延伸,实质上呈平直状。在该膜3中,隆起部3a按照规定尺寸沿横向间隔开,相互并行地沿纵向延伸,平坦部3b在隆起部3a之间相互并行地沿纵向延伸。
无纺布2与膜3的全光线透过率在70~95%的范围内。复合片1A的全光线透过率在60~95%的范围内。无纺布2、膜3、复合片1A的全光线透过率为按照JIS K 7105 A测定的值。
在复合片1A中,如图3所示,在形成无纺布2的合成树脂纤维2a保持纤维形式的状态下,膜3的隆起部3a与合成树脂纤维2a熔融接合,由此,无纺布2与膜3形成一体。
复合片1A的透湿度大于1000g/m2·24小时,其耐水压力大于49hpa。透湿度为按照JIS L 1099 A-2法测定的值。耐水压力为按照JIS L 1092 A法测定的值。复合片1A具有优良的透湿性和不透液性。
在复合片1A中,最好无纺布2与膜3之间的剥离强度大于400mN/25mm。在剥离强度小于400mN/25mm的场合,无纺布2与膜3之间容易剥离,不能够保持复合片1A的形态。
最好,无纺布2的目付(日本织物单位面积重量)在10~50g/m2的范围内。在上述目付(日本织物单位面积重量)小于10g/m2的场合,无纺布2的强度降低,复合片1A中的无纺布2产生破损。在上述目付(日本织物单位面积重量)大于50g/m2的场合,无纺布2的全光线透过率难于在70~95%的范围内。
在膜3中,最好隆起部3a的宽度L1在0.2~2.0mm的范围内,隆起部3a的最大厚度L2在15~100μm的范围内。在宽度L1小于0.2mm,并且最大厚度L2小于15μm时,膜3仅仅与形成无纺布2的合成树脂纤维2a略有熔融接合,无纺布2与膜3之间的剥离强度降低,无纺布2与膜3之间的剥离强度难于超过400mN/25mm。在宽度L1大于2.0mm,并且最大厚度L2大于100μm的场合,通过增加隆起部3a相对膜3的比例,则膜3的刚性增加,复合片1A的柔软性降低。
在膜3中,最好平坦部3b的厚度L3在5~90μm的范围内。在上述厚度L3小于5μm的场合,平坦部3b的膜3的强度降低,复合片1A中的膜3有时发生破损。在上述厚度L3大于90μm的场合,平坦部3b的透湿性降低,复合片1A的透湿度难于大于1000g/m2·24小时。
图4,5分别为不同于图1的形式的复合片1B的局部剖开的透视图,沿图4中的B-B线的剖视图。图4中的复合片1B由无纺布2和塑料膜3形成,该无纺布2由热塑性合成树脂纤维2a形成,该塑料膜3由热塑性合成树脂形成。该复合片1B与图1的相应片的不同之处如下所述。
膜3包括:多个隆起部3a,该多个隆起部3a间断地形成于与无纺布2相对的面上;平坦部3b,该平坦部3b在隆起部3a之间延伸,实质上是平直的。在该复合片1B中,在形成无纺布2的合成树脂纤维2a保持纤维形态的状态下,将膜3的隆起部3a与合成树脂纤维熔融接合,由此,无纺布2与膜形成一体。
在图4的复合片1B中,无纺布2、膜3、复合片1B的全光透过率,复合片1B的透湿度、耐水压力、无纺布2的目付(日本织物单位面积重量),膜3的组分、膜3的隆起部3a的最大厚度L2、平坦部3b的厚度L3与图1的相同。
在膜3中,最好隆起部3a的面积在0.001~0.200cm2的范围内,最好隆起部3a相对复合片1B的整个面积的面积率在5~70%的范围内。在隆起部3a的面积小于0.001cm2,并且隆起部3a的面积率小于5%的场合,无纺布2与膜3之间的剥离强度下降,无纺布2与膜3之间的剥离强度难于大于400mN/25mm。在隆起部3a的面积大于0.200cm2,并且隆起部3a的面积率大于70%的场合,隆起部3a相对膜3的比例增加,复合片1B的柔软性降低。
在复合片中,除了图示实例的复合片1A,1B以外,膜3的整个表面也可与形成无纺布2的合成树脂纤维2a熔融接合。另外,在无纺布2由聚烯烃系纤维形成的场合,由于无纺布2与膜3之间的接合容易,故最好对无纺布2进行涂底处理。
图6,7分别为底片12采用图1的复合片1A的一次性尿布10的局部剖开的透视图,沿图6的C-C线的端视图。原布10由透液性顶片11、非透液性底片12、吸液性芯体13形成,该芯体13介于顶片11与底片12之间,其整体被绵纸(图中未示出)覆盖并进行接合。该芯体13通过绵纸接合于顶片11和底片12上。
尿布10在纵向上包括前腰围区域20、后腰围区域22、以及裆下区域21,该裆下区域21位于前后腰围区域20,22之间,该尿布10具有沿纵向延伸的两侧缘部10a,以及沿横向延伸的两端缘部10b。两侧缘部10a在裆下区域21,朝向尿布10的横向内方形成弧形。
在尿布10中,底片12采用图1的复合片1A。在该底片12中,无纺布2位于尿布10的内面一侧,膜3位于尿布10的外面一侧。
在两侧缘部10a,以伸长的方式安装有沿纵向伸缩的多条腿围用弹性部件14。在后腰围区域22的端缘部10b以伸长的方式安装有沿横向伸缩的带状的腰围用弹性部件15。这些弹部件14,15介于顶片11和底片12之间,固定于该层11,12上。
在后腰围区域22上,带状固定件(tape fastner)16从尿布10的两侧缘部10a朝向横向内方延伸。在前腰围区域20的底片12的外面安装有形成tapefastner16的固定区域的目标带(target tape)17。在尿布10中,带状固定件16固定于目标带17上,将前后腰围区域20,22连接。
顶片11可采用无纺布或开孔塑料膜等的透液性的层,最好,可采用透液性的、亲水性的层。芯体3为短纤浆(pulp)与高吸收性聚合物粒子和热塑性合成树脂纤维的混合物,压缩为所需厚度。高吸收性聚合物可采用淀粉系、纤维素系、合成聚合物系的类型。
顶底片11,12之间的固接、芯体13与顶底片11,12之间的接合、弹性部件14,15、带状固定件(tape fastner)16、目标带(target tape)17的固接,可采用热熔性粘接剂,或加热密封或声波密封等的借助热的熔接机构。
在尿布10中,由于由复合层1A形成的底片11具有较高的全光线透过率,故可在底片11的整个面透视吸收于尿布10中的排泄物。另外,由于底片11具有较高的透湿度和耐水压力,故尿布10的内部不产生潮热,排泄物不从底片11渗出。
复合片除了使用于一次性尿布10以外,还可用作卫生巾的底片。
实施例
在本实施例中,将本发明的复合片作为第1实施例,将与第1实施例相比较的多孔性片作为第1比较实例。
第1实施例由通过酯系热塑性弹性树脂(東洋纺(株)、商品名:ベルプレン GP-550)形成的塑料膜与通过纺丝粘合法制造的无纺布(東洋纺(株)、商品名:エク-レ)构成。在第1实施例中,上述弹性树脂在挤压机中进行混练、熔化,通过T型模头挤压(树脂温度:230℃,挤压速度:60m/min),将其与无纺布接合。该无纺布由许多酯系纤维形成。在膜中,形成多条隆起部,该隆起部在膜的与无纺布相对的面上以相互间隔地并行地沿一个方向延伸,隆起部与形成无纺布的合成树脂纤维熔融接合。
第1比较实例由具有许多细微孔的烯烃系的塑料膜和通过纺丝粘合法制造的无纺布(東洋纺(株)、商品名:エク-レ)构成。在该膜中填充碳酸钙。在该膜中,通过对其进行拉伸来形成细微孔。上述无纺布由许多酯系纤维形成。在第1比较实例中,膜与无纺布通过粘接剂间断地接合。
测定第1实施例与第1比较实例的全光线透射率与透湿度和耐水压力的结果列于下面的表1中。另外,在第1实施例与第1比较实例中,按照JIS K7105 A法测定全光线透射率,按照JIS L 1099 A-2法测定透湿度,按照JIS L 1092 A法测定耐水压力。

如上述的表1所示,第1实施例的复合片与第1比较实例的多孔性片相比较,具有较高的全光线透射率,并且具有较高的透湿度和耐水压力。
本发明的效果
按照本发明的复合片,通过将由氨基甲酸乙酯系热塑性弹性树脂、酯系热塑性弹性体树脂、酰胺系热塑性弹性体树脂中的任何一种形成的塑料膜与形成无纺布的热塑性合成树脂纤维熔融接合,将膜与片部件形成一体,片的整个面具有在60~95%的范围内的较高的全光线透射率,另外,具有较高的透湿度和耐水压力。
在将该复合片用于底片的一次性穿着用物品中,可在底片的整个面上透视到物品吸收的排泄物。另外,由于底片具有较高的透湿度与耐水压力,故可防止尿布的潮热,并且可防止排泄物从底片渗出。
Claims (7)
1.一种复合片,其中由热塑性合成树脂形成的塑料膜与由热塑性合成树脂纤维形成的无纺布的一面接合,其特征在于:
上述膜是由氨基甲酸乙酯系热塑性弹性树脂、酯系热塑性弹性树脂、酰胺系热塑性弹性树脂中的任何一种形成的无孔且透湿性的膜,按照JIS K 7105A法测定的上述无纺布与膜的全光线透射率在70~95%的范围内,上述膜与形成上述无纺布的合成树脂纤维熔融接合,按照JIS K 7105 A法测定的复合片的全光线透射率在60~95%的范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合片,其特征在于:上述膜包括多个隆起部和实质上平的平坦部,该多个隆起部在上述膜的与上述无纺布相对的面上间断地隆起;该平坦部在上述隆起部之间延伸,上述隆起部与形成上述无纺布的上述合成树脂纤维熔融接合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合片,其特征在于:按照JIS L 1099 A-2测定的上述复合片的透湿度大于1000g/m2·24小时。
4.根据权利要求2所述的复合片,其特征在于:按照JIS L 1099 A-2测定的上述复合片的透湿度大于1000g/m2·24小时。
5.根据权利要求1~4中的任何一项所述的复合片,其特征在于:按照JISL 1092 A测定的复合片的耐水压力大于49hpa。
6.根据权利要求1~4中的任何一项所述的复合片,其特征在于:上述复合片用于在透液性顶片与非透液性底片之间设置吸液性芯体的一次性穿着用物品的上述底片。
7.根据权利要求5所述的复合片,其特征在于:上述复合片用于在透液性顶片与非透液性底片之间设置吸液性芯体的一次性穿着用物品的上述底片。
