Background
Along with the popularization of healthy and environment-friendly life concepts, more and more people select bicycles as vehicles for daily travel, students can ride the bicycles to learn, women can ride the bicycles to buy dishes, in a word, the cyclist needs to carry heavy or inconvenient things carried by the body in many cases, and at the moment, the cyclist often places the things in a bicycle basket; at present, the bicycle basket is installed manually after the bicycle is produced, so that time and labor are wasted, economic loss is caused to a certain extent, and the automatic bicycle basket installing machine is particularly important;
for this reason, chinese patent with application number CN 206067987U discloses a device for fixing bicycle basket, including curved first bracing piece and second bracing piece, first bracing piece and second bracing piece are the X type and stack and by the screw connection and can rotate around the screw in middle crossing point, and the bottom of first bracing piece and second bracing piece is equipped with the through-hole, and the top of first bracing piece and second bracing piece is crooked and is equipped with the connecting hole, the connecting hole has supporting platform through the screw connection, supporting platform is the rectangular frame of an organic whole, the last first dead lever and the second dead lever that are used for being connected with bicycle handlebar bracing piece that have set firmly of supporting platform, first dead lever is on the plane that supporting platform is located, the second dead lever includes pole setting and connecting rod;
however, through the above-mentioned invention study, it was found that the apparatus, although functioning to fix a bicycle basket, cannot automatically mount the bicycle basket;
therefore, there is a need for an automatic bicycle basket mounting apparatus that can automatically mount a bicycle basket.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides an automated bicycle basket mounting apparatus; the bicycle frame is fixed by arranging the frame fixing mechanism, so that the stability of the bicycle frame is ensured when the bicycle basket is installed, and meanwhile, a rubber pad is adopted to contact with the bicycle frame when the bicycle frame is fixed, so that the damage to the paint of the bicycle frame is prevented; through setting up basket pushing mechanism, basket lower extreme installation mechanism and basket side-mounting mechanism, basket pushing mechanism promotes the mounted position with the basket of front side, then basket lower extreme installation mechanism and basket side-mounting mechanism install the basket again, use manpower and materials sparingly, improve work efficiency, through installing bicycle side and bottom surface jointly, improve the stability of basket, guarantee its bearing effect, further improve basket life.
An automated bicycle basket mounting apparatus comprising: the device comprises a frame fixing mechanism, a conveyor belt, a basket pushing mechanism, a basket lower end mounting mechanism, a basket side mounting mechanism, a basket, a mobile electric cylinder and a support column;
the bicycle frame is fixed on frame fixed establishment, frame fixed establishment's place ahead is the conveyer belt, the conveyer belt is used for conveying the bicycle basket, can hold a plurality of bicycle baskets on the conveyer belt once only, be the support column in the place ahead of conveyer belt, the support column is fixed subaerial, the intermediate position of support column is fixed with bicycle basket pushing mechanism, bicycle basket pushing mechanism sets up the end at the conveyer belt, and in the bicycle frame in the place ahead, the top of support column is fixed with the removal jar, the flexible end of removal jar is fixed with bicycle basket lower extreme installation mechanism and bicycle basket side mounting mechanism.

Further, the basket pushing mechanism includes: the device comprises a base, an electric cylinder B, a pushing connecting rod and a baffle;
the base is fixed in the intermediate position of support column, the intermediate position of base is fixed with electric jar B, the base is articulated with promotion connecting rod one end, the other end of promotion connecting rod is articulated with the baffle, the intermediate position of baffle is in the same place with electric jar B's expansion end.
Further, the basket side mounting mechanism includes: the special-shaped bracket, the screw storage cylinder B, the electric cylinder D, H-shaped bracket, the motor B, the disc, the control groove, the gear, the bidirectional screw rod sliding block group B, the clamping groove, the clamp B, the mounting plate and the electric screw driver B;

the screw storage cylinder A is fixed on a special-shaped support, a fixing support is fixed outside the screw storage cylinder A, an electric cylinder C is fixed on the special-shaped support, two electric screwdrivers A are fixed at the telescopic ends of the electric cylinder C, a motor A is fixed above the fixing support, a motor shaft of the motor A is fixed with a rotating shaft, a ratchet A is fixed at the middle position of the rotating shaft, the tail end of the rotating shaft is fixed with the middle position of a bidirectional screw sliding block set A, a clamp A is fixed on a sliding block of the bidirectional screw sliding block set A, an external gear of the ratchet A is meshed with an external gear of a ratchet B, the external gear of the ratchet B is rotatably mounted on the fixing support, the external gear of the ratchet B is meshed with a rack, the rack is connected with the fixing support through a spring, a vertical rod is fixed at the middle position of the rack, a control rod is slidably mounted on the fixing support, a spring is arranged between the control rod and the fixing support, a control block is arranged below the control rod, the control block is connected with the fixing support through the spring, and the clamp rod is slidably mounted in the screw storage cylinder A.
Further, the ratchet a has the same structure as the ratchet B, and when the ratchet a rotates clockwise with the inner gear of the ratchet B, the outer gear does not rotate, and when the inner gear rotates counterclockwise, the outer gear rotates.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The bicycle frame is fixed by arranging the frame fixing mechanism, so that the stability of the bicycle frame is ensured when the bicycle basket is installed, and meanwhile, a rubber pad is adopted to contact with the bicycle frame when the bicycle frame is fixed, so that the damage to the paint of the bicycle frame is prevented;
(2) Through setting up basket pushing mechanism, basket lower extreme installation mechanism and basket side-mounting mechanism, when the conveyer belt conveys basket to basket pushing mechanism's position, basket pushing mechanism promotes the mounted position with the basket of forefront side, then basket lower extreme installation mechanism and basket side-mounting mechanism install the basket again, use manpower and materials sparingly, improve work efficiency, through installing the common of bicycle side and bottom surface, improve the stability of basket, guarantee its bearing effect, further improve basket life.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described below through examples and with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be embodied in many other forms than described herein, and persons skilled in the art will be able to make similar modifications without departing from the spirit of the invention, so that the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
1-11, a bicycle basket automation mounting apparatus comprising: the frame fixing mechanism 1, the conveyor belt 2, the basket pushing mechanism 3, the basket lower end mounting mechanism 4, the basket side mounting mechanism 5, the basket 6, the mobile electric cylinder 7 and the support column 8;
the bicycle frame is fixed on the frame fixing mechanism 1, the front of the frame fixing mechanism 1 is provided with a conveyor belt 2, the conveyor belt 2 is used for conveying the bicycle baskets 6, the conveyor belt 2 can accommodate a plurality of bicycle baskets 6 at one time, the front of the conveyor belt 2 is provided with support columns 8, the support columns 8 are fixed on the ground, the middle positions of the support columns 8 are fixedly provided with bicycle basket pushing mechanisms 3, the bicycle basket pushing mechanisms 3 are arranged at the tail ends of the conveyor belt 2, and right in front of the bicycle frame, the tops of the support columns 8 are fixedly provided with movable electric cylinders 7, and telescopic ends of the movable electric cylinders 7 are fixedly provided with bicycle basket lower end mounting mechanisms 4 and bicycle basket side mounting mechanisms 5;
when the device is needed to be used, the bicycle frame is firstly fixed on the frame fixing mechanism 1, after the fixing is completed, the basket pushing mechanism 3 pushes the first basket 6 to a position needed to be installed, then the movable electric cylinder 7 stretches out to a proper position, then the basket lower end mounting mechanism 4 and the basket side mounting mechanism 5 are used for simultaneously mounting the lower end and the side face of the basket, after the above work is completed, the basket pushing mechanism 3 is retracted, the conveyor belt 2 is started, the basket 6 at the rear side is conveyed to a designated position again, and the movable electric cylinder 7 drives the basket lower end mounting mechanism 4 and the basket side mounting mechanism 5 to move upwards to prepare for mounting the basket 6 on the next bicycle.
In an alternative implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the frame fixing mechanism 1 includes: an operation table 101, an electric cylinder A102 and a rubber pad 103;
two supports of the operation table 101 are respectively fixed with an electric cylinder A102, the telescopic end of each electric cylinder A102 is fixed with a rubber pad 103, and the rubber pad 103 is made of natural rubber;
when the bicycle frame is placed at the designated position of the operation table 101, the two electric cylinders A102 respectively drive one rubber pad 103 to extend out, so that the bicycle frame is fixed, and the rubber pad 103 is made of natural rubber, so that the damage to the paint at the fixed position of the bicycle frame is avoided.
In an alternative implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the basket pushing mechanism 3 includes: base 301, electric cylinder B302, push link 303 and baffle 304;
the base 301 is fixed at the middle position of the support column 8, the electric cylinder B302 is fixed at the middle position of the base 301, the base 301 is hinged with one end of the pushing connecting rod 303, the other end of the pushing connecting rod 303 is hinged with the baffle 304, and the middle position of the baffle 304 is fixed with the telescopic end of the electric cylinder B302;
when the conveyor belt 2 conveys the basket 6 to the designated position, the conveyor belt 2 is stopped, the electric cylinder B302 extends to drive the pushing connecting rod 303 to extend, then the baffle 304 drives the basket 6 to move to the mounting position on the bicycle frame, the mounting hole on the side surface of the basket 6 is overlapped with the threaded hole of the bracket A of the bicycle frame, the mounting hole on the lower end surface of the basket 6 is overlapped with the threaded hole of the bracket B of the bicycle frame, and the mounting and fixing are ready.
In an alternative implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the basket side mounting mechanism 5 includes: the special-shaped bracket 501, the screw storage barrel B502, the electric cylinder D503, the H-shaped bracket 504, the motor B505, the disc 506, the control groove 507, the gear 508, the bidirectional screw slider group B509, the clamping groove 510, the clamp B511, the mounting plate 512 and the electric screw driver B513;
