According to the invention, when dust is cleaned, the miniature water suction pump is started, and the conveying pipes are utilized to pump water from the water tank into the atomizing spray heads, and as the atomizing spray heads at the rear side are positioned in the first collecting box and the two atomizing spray heads at the front side are respectively positioned in the second collecting boxes, the atomizing spray heads spray the collected dust to form water drops, so that dust cleaning is facilitated.

The main body device 4 comprises a first collecting box 41, wherein a second collecting box 42 is fixedly connected to the left part of the rear end of the first collecting box 41 and the right part of the rear end of the first collecting box 41, dust removing assemblies 44 are fixedly connected to the upper ends of the first collecting box 41 and the upper ends of the second collecting boxes 42, five dust removing assemblies 44 are arranged, grooves 43 are formed in the lower box wall of the first collecting box 41 and the lower box wall of the second collecting box 42, three grooves 43 are formed in the grooves 43, a first connecting groove 45 is formed in the front box wall of the first collecting box 41 and the inner sides of the second collecting boxes 42, three connecting grooves 45 are formed in the first collecting box 41, and the first collecting box 41 is fixedly connected to the rear part of the lower box wall of the box body 1; the dust removing assembly 44 comprises a suction box 441, wherein the upper end of the suction box 441 is fixedly connected with a negative pressure fan 442 in a penetrating way, the rear end of the suction box 441 is fixedly connected with an exhaust pipe 443, the lower end of the suction box 441 is fixedly connected with an air outlet pipe 444, the lower end of the air outlet pipe 444 is fixedly connected with a connecting component 445, the rear part of the outer surface of the connecting component 445 is fixedly connected with an air inlet pipe 446, and the suction box 441 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the box body 1; the connecting component 445 comprises a dust collection bin 4451, wherein the upper part of the inner bin wall and the lower part of the inner bin wall of the dust collection bin 4451 are respectively provided with a selection separator 4454 and a position sensor 4455, the rear part of the outer surface of the dust collection bin 4451 is provided with a second connecting groove 4452, and the dust collection bin 4451 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the air outlet pipe 444; the air outlet pipe 444 penetrates through the box body 1 and extends into the box body 1, and the air outlet pipe 444 is communicated with the inside of the suction box 441; the dust collection bin 4451 is of a conical structure, and the dust collection bin 4451 is communicated with the first collection box 41 and the inside of the air outlet pipe 444; the dust collection bin 4451 is of a conical structure, dust is conveniently treated, the air outlet pipe 444 penetrates through the box body 1 and extends into the box body 1, the five negative pressure fans 442 are started, the suction box 441 generates negative pressure suction, and dust outside the vicinity of the box body 1 enters the dust collection bin 4451 from the air inlet pipe 446 through the air outlet pipe 444.
The spraying device 3 comprises a water tank 31, wherein the left end, the right end and the rear end of the water tank 31 are fixedly connected with conveying pipes 34, the outer surfaces of the three conveying pipes 34 are provided with miniature water pumps 33, the other ends of the three conveying pipes 34 are fixedly connected with atomizing nozzles 35, the upper end of the water tank 31 is provided with a tank cover 32, and the water tank 31 is fixedly connected in the tank body 1 in a penetrating manner; the position sizes of the three conveying pipes 34 are in one-to-one correspondence with the position sizes of the three first connecting grooves 45, the atomizing nozzles 35 on the rear side are positioned in the first collecting box 41, and the two atomizing nozzles 35 on the front side are respectively positioned in the second collecting boxes 42; the position sizes of the three conveying pipes 34 are in one-to-one correspondence with the position sizes of the three first connecting grooves 45, so that the three conveying pipes 34 are installed in the first connecting grooves 45 in one-to-one correspondence, the atomizing spray heads 35 on the rear side are located in the first collecting boxes 41, the two atomizing spray heads 35 on the front side are located in the two second collecting boxes 42 respectively, the atomizing spray heads 35 spray collected dust to form water drops, dust cleaning is facilitated, and the using effect is enhanced.
In summary, in the use process of the invention, five negative pressure fans 442 are started, the suction box 441 generates negative pressure suction, dust outside the vicinity of the box body 1 enters the dust collection bin 4451 from the air inlet pipe 446 through the air outlet pipe 444, multiple forces such as rotation force, centrifugal force and gravity generated during rotation separation are utilized to act on the catalyst, dust contained in catalyst particles can be separated out and captured and collected into the first collecting bin 41 and the second collecting bin 42 by the dust collection bin 4451, dust around the box body 1 is effectively collected, dust efficiency is improved, the box body 1 is in a rectangular structure, the weight is 1700KG, the specific size is 2500mmX, 1800mmX is high 2400mm, five main body devices 4 are arranged inside the box body 1, and five selection separators 4454 specially designed in the dust collection bins 4451, wherein the inner cylinder wall in each dust collection bin 4451 is provided with a position sensor 4455, when the dust height reaches the upper limit of a set value, the alarm 6 starts buzzing, and at the moment, the groove 43 and the two first collection boxes 41 need to clean dust in time so as to avoid blockage, when the dust is cleaned, the miniature water suction pump 33 is started, the conveying pipe 34 is utilized to pump water from the water tank 31 to the atomizing spray heads 35, and as the atomizing spray heads 35 at the rear side are positioned in the first collection boxes 41, the two atomizing spray heads 35 at the front side are respectively positioned in the two second collection boxes 42, so that the atomizing spray heads 35 spray the collected dust to form water drops, and the dust cleaning is facilitated.
