The tabletted candies prepared in the above examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 13 were subjected to safety tests, and oral acute toxicity tests were carried out using SD rats (refer to GB/T15193.3-2003), and whether or not the rats tested had abnormal reactions (such as the occurrence of a reaction such as the occurrence of cocking, tiredness, pallor or congestion of the eardrum, protruding eyes, stumbling of the footstep, muscle paralysis, dyspnea, coma, convulsions, fecal incontinence, etc.), death, and the cause of death were examined;
feeding test (short term oral toxicity test, subacute toxicity test, refer to GB/T23179-2008) was performed for 30 days, growth condition, weight and food utilization were observed, hematological and blood biochemical indexes were observed, pathological changes such as heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, stomach and intestine were observed by section examination, and visceral system values were measured for liver, kidney, spleen, testis (male) and ovary (female), and the visceral volume factor (viscera/weight×100%) was calculated.
Test results: all rats tested had good growth and development, and had normal behavioural activities, mental conditions, hair colors, feeding, drinking water and urination and defecation, revealing that the tabletted candies of each example and comparative example had no adverse effects on the general conditions of rats, on the weight gain and growth and development of rats, on the food utilization rate, on the basic indexes of hematology, on the main indexes of blood biochemistry, and on the main organs.
The tablet candy has no acute toxic or side effect, has no adverse effects on indexes such as weight increase, food utilization rate, hematology, viscera and the like after long-term feeding, and can be eaten for a long time.
Test example 2
Efficacy tests were conducted on the tabletted candies prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 13 described above, 480 dogs having symptoms of acute arthritis onset (manifested as lameness and periarticular redness) were selected, randomly divided into 16 groups of 30 dogs each, continuously fed for 60 days (2 tablets per each dog each day, three feeds each day), and improvement of redness at 3 days, 7 days, and 14 days, and improvement of lameness at 30 days, 45 days, and 60 days, respectively, were observed, and the results are shown in table 3 below.

As can be seen from Table 3, the obtained pressed candy has excellent joint maintenance effect and obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects after cartilage extract, freeze-dried powder and stock solution are added.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but is capable of modification and variation in detail, and other modifications and variations can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the present invention.

(1) The preparation method comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 55-65 parts of cartilage extract, 5-7 parts of turmeric, 17-20 parts of isomaltulose alcohol, 5-10 parts of sorbitol, 3-5 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide, 1-3 parts of non-denatured type II collagen, 2-3 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 0.5-1 part of magnesium stearate, 2-4 parts of freeze-dried powder and 20-30 parts of stock solution;
(2) Mixing cartilage extract, curcuma rhizome, isomalt, sorbitol, chitosan oligosaccharide, non-denatured type II collagen, microcrystalline cellulose, and lyophilized powder in a mixer to obtain material A;
(3) Adding the material A into the stock solution, soaking for 1-2h, drying, adding the magnesium stearate, mixing, and grinding to obtain the composition with the effect of maintaining joints;
the freeze-dried powder comprises the following components: lactobacillus acidophilus lyophilized powder, lactobacillus casei lyophilized powder, and Bacillus bifidus lyophilized powder; the mass ratio of the lactobacillus acidophilus freeze-dried powder to the lactobacillus casei freeze-dried powder to the bifidobacterium freeze-dried powder is 2-4:3-6:1-2;
