step S201, acquiring medical examination data of a patient; the medical examination data includes patient identity information, medical images, and examination information;
in this embodiment, medical examination data is obtained through examination by a medical institution, wherein the patient identification information comprises a unique identification code, i.e. a profile ID, an identification card ID, or other codes which may indicate the patient's identity and be unique. Medical images include, but are not limited to, CT, MR. The examination information includes, but is not limited to, blood routine examination, biochemical examination.
Step S202, judging whether the medical examination data obtain the authorization of a patient;
step S203, when the medical examination data obtain all the authorizations of the patient, classifying the medical image and the examination information according to a preset classification condition, storing the desensitized medical image and the desensitized examination information in a first storage area, and storing the medical examination data in a second storage area according to the patient identity information.
In one implementation of the present embodiment, the classifying the medical image and the examination information according to a preset classification condition includes:
the medical examination data further comprises a diagnostic result;
the patient identity information comprises patient gender and patient age; determining a corresponding age group of the patient according to a preset age group dividing strategy based on the age of the patient;
classifying the medical image and the examination information according to the diagnosis result and/or the gender of the patient and/or the corresponding age group of the patient.
In this embodiment, the diagnosis results include disease name, lesion area, lesion morphology, lesion size, clinical symptoms, and the like. The medical image and the examination information can be classified according to the diagnosis result, more specifically, according to the disease name, the gender of the patient and the diagnosis result, the age bracket corresponding to the patient and the diagnosis result, the gender of the patient, the diagnosis result and the age bracket corresponding to the patient, or the labeling mode can be adopted, and when a doctor wants to acquire data, the data can be accurately extracted according to the label. The first storage area is accessed to a medical platform, so that a great amount of reference data is provided for doctors, and the doctors can learn conveniently.
In one implementation of this embodiment, the method further includes:
and when the medical examination data obtain partial authorization of the patient, storing the medical examination data in a second storage area according to the patient identity information.
In the embodiment, the medical examination data are stored according to the unique identification codes, so that the health condition of a patient and a doctor can be mastered based on the stored medical examination data conveniently. Meanwhile, when the same patient has a plurality of medical examination data, the data are stored according to the unique identification codes, so that the data are convenient and accurate for the corresponding patient. For example, when the storage is performed by the name of the patient, the problem of storage errors caused by the same name is likely to occur.
