The invention solves the problem of realizing wide-area air supply function, expanding the air outlet angle, meeting the requirements of users, ensuring the heat exchange effect, leading the air outlet flow to be softer and improving the user experience.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
the invention provides an air conditioner, which comprises a shell and a suction fan, wherein the shell is provided with an air channel for blowing out air flow, the suction fan is arranged on the side wall of the shell and is communicated with the air channel, the suction fan can pump out part of the air flow when rotating towards a first direction, and the suction fan can also mix outside air sucked into the air channel with the air flow when rotating towards a second direction, and the first direction is opposite to the second direction. Compared with the prior art, the air conditioner provided by the invention has the advantages that the suction fan which is arranged on the side wall of the shell and is communicated with the air duct is adopted, so that the wide-area air supply function can be realized, the air outlet angle is enlarged, the user requirement is met, the air outlet air flow is softer while the heat exchange effect is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
Further, the suction air direction of the suction fan and the air outlet direction of the air duct are arranged at a preset angle, and the range of the preset angle is 30-150 degrees. The reasonable preset angle can ensure the heat exchange effect and simultaneously increase the air outlet angle as much as possible, and the air supply area is enlarged.
Further, the preset angle is 90 degrees. The suction wind direction of the suction fan is mutually perpendicular to the air outlet direction of the air duct.
Further, the suction fan comprises a mounting frame, a first driving motor and an axial flow fan blade, the mounting frame is connected with the side wall, the first driving motor is mounted on the mounting frame and connected with the axial flow fan blade, and the first driving motor is used for driving the axial flow fan blade to rotate along a first direction or a second direction. The axial flow fan blade can drive air to flow so as to extract part of air outlet airflow in the air duct or suck indoor air into the air duct.
Further, the mounting bracket includes solid fixed ring, connecting rod and mount table, and the mount table sets up in solid fixed ring's middle part, and through connecting rod and solid fixed ring fixed connection, and first driving motor installs on the mount table, and gu fixed ring is connected with the lateral wall. The axial flow fan blade is arranged in the fixing ring to fix the position of the first driving motor, ensure that the first driving motor can stably drive the axial flow fan blade to rotate, and prevent interference between the axial flow fan blade and the fixing ring.
Further, the quantity of connecting rod is many, and many connecting rods are divergently set up outside the mount table, and all are connected with the solid fixed ring. So as to improve the connection strength of the mounting table and the fixed ring and further fix the relative position of the mounting table and the fixed ring.
Further, the mounting frame further comprises a plurality of reinforcing ribs which are arranged in an arc shape, and each reinforcing rib is fixedly connected between two adjacent connecting rods. The strengthening ribs are used for fixing the relative positions between two adjacent connecting rods, and the strengthening ribs are used together to improve the integral strength of the mounting frame and prevent the mounting frame from deforming.
Further, the air conditioner further comprises a fresh air pipeline and a driving mechanism, wherein the driving mechanism is installed on the shell and connected with the fresh air pipeline, the driving mechanism is used for driving the fresh air pipeline to displace relative to the shell, so that the fresh air pipeline is communicated with one end, far away from the air channel, of the suction fan, and the fresh air pipeline is used for being communicated with the outside. The air suction and exhaust machine can suck outdoor air into the air duct through the fresh air pipeline and blow the air into a room after being mixed with air outlet air flow, so that the fresh air function of the air conditioner is realized, and the indoor air quality is improved.
Further, the driving mechanism comprises a second driving motor, a screw rod and a nut, wherein the second driving motor is arranged on the side wall and connected with the screw rod, the nut is sleeved outside the screw rod and is in threaded fit with the screw rod, and the nut is connected with the fresh air pipeline. The second driving motor can drive the screw rod to rotate so that the nut is displaced along the axial direction of the screw rod, thereby driving the fresh air pipeline to move along the axial direction of the screw rod, and further realizing the function of communicating or separating the fresh air pipeline and the suction fan.
Further, the number of the suction fans is two, the side walls comprise a first side wall and a second side wall which are oppositely arranged, the air duct is arranged between the first side wall and the second side wall, one suction fan is arranged on the first side wall, and the other suction fan is arranged on the second side wall. The two suction fans act together to further enlarge the air outlet angle, improve the heat exchange efficiency, or improve the air quantity of sucked air, so that the air outlet airflow is softer, and the comfort level is further improved.

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the invention will be readily understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 in combination, an embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner 100 for controlling indoor air temperature. The wide-area air supply function can be realized, the air outlet angle is enlarged, the user requirement is met, the heat exchange effect is ensured, the air outlet air flow is softer, and the user experience is improved.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner 100 is an air conditioner hanging machine, and the air conditioner 100 is hung on a wall in a room, and can blow hot air or cold air into the room, so as to realize a heating or cooling function. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the air conditioner 100 may be a cabinet air conditioner, a mobile air conditioner, and the type of the air conditioner 100 is not particularly limited.
The air conditioner 100 includes a housing 110, a suction fan 120, a heat exchange fan (not shown), and a heat exchanger (not shown). Wherein, heat transfer fan and heat exchanger are all installed in casing 110, and casing 110 is used for shielding and protecting heat exchanger and heat transfer fan, and heat transfer fan is used for driving the air flow to form the air-out air current, and the heat exchanger is used for carrying out heat transfer to the air-out air current, in order to realize the refrigeration or the heating function of air conditioner 100.
Specifically, the casing 110 is provided with an air duct 111 for blowing out the air-out airflow, the heat exchange fan can drive the air-out airflow to flow in the air duct 111, in the process, the heat exchanger can exchange heat with the air-out airflow, and the air-out airflow after heat exchange is blown out indoors along the air duct 111, so as to realize the heating or refrigerating function of the air conditioner 100.
It should be noted that the suction fan 120 is mounted on the side wall 112 of the housing 110 and is in communication with the air duct 111, and the suction fan 120 can draw out air in the air duct 111 or draw outside air into the air duct 111. Specifically, the suction fan 120 can draw out part of the air flow when rotating in the first direction, so that the air conditioner 100 can exhaust air in the front direction through the air duct 111 and exhaust air in the side direction through the suction fan 120, so as to enlarge the air exhaust angle, realize the wide area air supply function of the air conditioner 100, and meet the air exhaust requirements of users in certain specific scenes. The suction fan 120 can also be used for mixing the outside air suction duct 111 with the air outlet air flow when rotating towards the second direction, and the first direction is opposite to the second direction, so that the air outlet air flow is mixed with indoor air to be blown out indoors, the indoor air can neutralize the temperature of the air outlet air flow, the air outlet air flow becomes softer and is not hard to regenerate, the air outlet air flow cannot be too cool or too hot when directly blowing users, the heat exchange effect can be guaranteed, the comfort level is improved, and the user experience is effectively improved.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner 100 has three modes, namely a normal air outlet mode, a wide area air outlet mode and a soft air outlet mode. When the air conditioner 100 is in the normal air-out mode, the suction fan 120 is not started, and the air-out airflow is only blown forward through the air duct 111, so as to realize the heating or cooling function. When the air conditioner 100 is in the wide area air outlet mode, the suction fan 120 rotates in the first direction, and at this time, the air outlet air flows through the air duct 111 to the front and the suction fan 120 to the side to expand the air outlet angle, so as to improve the heat exchange efficiency. When the air conditioner 100 is in the soft air-out mode, the suction fan 120 rotates in the second direction, and at this time, the air-out airflow mixes with the indoor air and is blown out forward through the air duct 111, so that the air-out airflow is softer while the heat exchange effect is ensured, and the comfort is improved.
Further, the suction air direction of the suction fan 120 and the air outlet direction of the air duct 111 are set at a preset angle, the range of the preset angle is 30-150 degrees, and the reasonable preset angle can increase the air outlet angle as much as possible while ensuring the heat exchange effect, and enlarge the air supply area.
In this embodiment, the preset angle is 90 degrees, the suction air direction of the suction fan 120 is perpendicular to the air outlet direction of the air duct 111, but the invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the preset angle may be 30 degrees or 150 degrees, and the size of the preset angle is not particularly limited.
The suction fan 120 includes a mounting frame 121, a first driving motor 122, and axial flow blades 123. The mounting bracket 121 is connected to the side wall 112, and the side wall 112 can fix the position of the mounting bracket 121. The first driving motor 122 is mounted on the mounting frame 121 and connected with the axial flow fan blade 123, the first driving motor 122 is used for driving the axial flow fan blade 123 to rotate along the first direction or the second direction, and the axial flow fan blade 123 can drive air to flow so as to extract part of the air outlet airflow in the air duct 111 or suck indoor air into the air duct 111. Specifically, when the first driving motor 122 drives the axial flow fan blades 123 to rotate along the first direction, the air conditioner 100 realizes a wide area air outlet mode; when the first driving motor 122 drives the axial flow fan blades 123 to rotate along the second direction, the air conditioner 100 realizes a soft air outlet mode.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4 in combination, the mounting frame 121 includes a fixing ring 124, a connecting rod 125, a mounting table 126, and a reinforcing rib 127. The mounting table 126 is disposed in the middle of the fixed ring 124 and is fixedly connected with the fixed ring 124 through a connecting rod 125, one end of the connecting rod 125 is fixedly connected with the mounting table 126, and the other end is fixedly connected with the fixed ring 124, so as to fix the relative position of the mounting table 126 and the fixed ring 124 and prevent the mounting table 126 from displacing relative to the fixed ring 124. The first driving motor 122 is installed on the installation platform 126, the fixed ring 124 is connected with the side wall 112, the axial flow fan blades 123 are arranged in the fixed ring 124 to fix the position of the first driving motor 122, ensure that the first driving motor 122 can stably drive the axial flow fan blades 123 to rotate, and prevent interference between the axial flow fan blades 123 and the fixed ring 124.
Further, the number of the connecting rods 125 is plural, and the plurality of connecting rods 125 are disposed outside the mounting table 126 in a divergent manner and are connected with the fixing ring 124, so as to improve the connection strength between the mounting table 126 and the fixing ring 124, and further fix the relative positions of the mounting table 126 and the fixing ring 124. In this embodiment, the number of the connecting rods 125 is four, and the four connecting rods 125 are disposed outside the mounting table 126 in a cross shape, but not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the number of the connecting rods 125 may be three or six, and the number of the connecting rods 125 is not particularly limited.
In this embodiment, the number of the reinforcing ribs 127 is four, the reinforcing ribs 127 are arc-shaped, the four reinforcing ribs 127 are combined to form a circle, each reinforcing rib 127 is fixedly connected between two adjacent connecting rods 125, the reinforcing ribs 127 are used for fixing the relative positions between two adjacent connecting rods 125, and the reinforcing ribs 127 are jointly acted to improve the overall strength of the mounting frame 121 and prevent the mounting frame 121 from deforming.
With reference to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the number of the suction fans 120 is two, the side walls 112 include a first side wall 113 and a second side wall 114 that are disposed opposite to each other, the air duct 111 is disposed between the first side wall 113 and the second side wall 114, and the air-out airflow can be blown out from between the first side wall 113 and the second side wall 114 into the room. Specifically, one suction fan 120 is mounted on the first side wall 113, the other suction fan 120 is mounted on the second side wall 114, and the two suction fans 120 act together, when the air conditioner 100 is in the wide area air outlet mode, the air outlet air flows forward through the air duct 111 and flows to the two sides of the shell 110 through the two suction fans 120, so that the air outlet angle is further enlarged, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved; when the air conditioner 100 is in the soft air-out mode, the two suction fans 120 suck indoor air into the air duct 111 from both sides of the housing 110 at the same time and mix with the air-out airflow to increase the volume of the sucked air, so that the air-out airflow is softer and the comfort is further improved.
In the air conditioner 100 according to the embodiment of the invention, the housing 110 is provided with the air duct 111 for blowing out the air-out airflow, the suction fan 120 is mounted on the side wall 112 of the housing 110 and is communicated with the air duct 111, the suction fan 120 can pump out part of the air-out airflow when rotating in the first direction, and the suction fan 120 can also mix the air-out airflow with the air-in airflow when rotating in the second direction, and the first direction is opposite to the second direction. Compared with the prior art, the air conditioner 100 provided by the invention has the advantages that the suction fan 120 which is arranged on the side wall 112 of the shell 110 and is communicated with the air duct 111 is adopted, so that the wide-area air supply function can be realized, the air outlet angle is enlarged, the user requirement is met, the air outlet air flow is softer while the heat exchange effect is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 5 and 6 in combination, the present invention provides an air conditioner 100, which is different from the first embodiment in that the air conditioner 100 further includes a fresh air duct 130 and a driving mechanism 140.
In this embodiment, the driving mechanism 140 is mounted on the housing 110 and connected to the fresh air duct 130, the driving mechanism 140 is used for driving the fresh air duct 130 to displace relative to the housing 110, so that the fresh air duct 130 is communicated with one end of the suction fan 120 far away from the air duct 111, the fresh air duct 130 is used for being communicated with the outside, the suction fan 120 can suck outdoor air into the air duct 111 through the fresh air duct 130 and blow the outdoor air into a room after being mixed with the air outlet airflow, thereby realizing the fresh air function of the air conditioner 100 and improving the indoor air quality.
Specifically, the fresh air duct 130 is a hose, one end of the fresh air duct 130 passes through an indoor wall and is communicated with the outside, and a fixed state is maintained, the other end of the fresh air duct 130 is connected with the driving mechanism 140, and the driving mechanism 140 can drive the fresh air duct 130 to move, so that the fresh air duct 130 is communicated with or separated from the suction fan 120. When the fresh air duct 130 is communicated with the suction fan 120, the suction fan 120 can suck outdoor air into the air duct 111 to realize a fresh air function; when the fresh air duct 130 is separated from the suction fan 120, the fresh air duct 130 is not functional.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner 100 has four modes, namely a normal air outlet mode, a wide area air outlet mode, a soft air outlet mode and a fresh air mode. When the air conditioner 100 is in the normal air-out mode, the suction fan 120 is not started, the fresh air duct 130 is separated from the suction fan 120, and the air-out air flows only forward through the air duct 111, so as to realize the heating or cooling function. When the air conditioner 100 is in the wide area air outlet mode, the fresh air duct 130 is separated from the suction fan 120, the suction fan 120 rotates in the first direction, and the air outlet air flows forward through the air duct 111 and laterally through the suction fan 120, so that the air outlet angle is enlarged, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved. When the air conditioner 100 is in the soft air-out mode, the fresh air pipeline 130 is separated from the suction fan 120, the suction fan 120 rotates towards the second direction, and at the moment, the air-out airflow is mixed with the indoor air to be blown out forwards through the air duct 111, so that the air-out airflow is softer while the heat exchange effect is ensured, and the comfort level is improved. When the air conditioner 100 is in the fresh air mode, the fresh air duct 130 is communicated with the suction fan 120, the suction fan 120 rotates in the second direction, and the air outlet air flows and the outdoor air are mixed and are discharged forward through the air duct 111, so that the outdoor fresh air is introduced, and the indoor air quality is improved.
The driving mechanism 140 includes a second driving motor 141, a screw rod 142, and a nut 143. The second driving motor 141 is installed on the side wall 112 and connected with the screw rod 142, the nut 143 is sleeved outside the screw rod 142 and is in threaded fit with the screw rod 142, and the nut 143 is connected with the fresh air pipeline 130. The second driving motor 141 can drive the screw rod 142 to rotate, so that the nut 143 is displaced along the axial direction of the screw rod 142, and the fresh air pipeline 130 is driven to move along the axial direction of the screw rod 142, so that the function of communicating or separating the fresh air pipeline 130 and the suction fan 120 is realized.
In this embodiment, the screw rod 142 is disposed along the vertical direction, and the second driving motor 141 can drive the fresh air duct 130 to ascend or descend along the vertical direction through the cooperation of the screw rod 142 and the nut 143. When the fresh air pipeline 130 rises to the first position, the fresh air pipeline 130 is completely separated from the suction fan 120, and the fresh air pipeline 130 cannot influence the suction of air by the suction fan 120; when the fresh air duct 130 descends to the second position, the fresh air duct 130 and the suction fan 120 are completely folded, so that the suction fan 120 can suck the external air into the air duct 111 through the fresh air duct 130, and the air guiding efficiency is high.
The beneficial effects of the air conditioner 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are the same as those of the first embodiment, and will not be described here again.
