in the process of circularly moving the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt is firstly contacted with the elastic scraping plate 13, the elastic scraping plate 13 is used for scraping and cleaning materials on the conveyor belt, most of the materials are scraped off by the elastic scraping plate 13, because the adhered materials are mainly concentrated in the middle area of the conveyor belt, in order to improve the scraping effect of the arc-shaped scraping plate on the middle area of the conveyor belt, when the arc-shaped scraping plate is bent, the damping spring II 18 can push the rotating seat 17 to slide in the sliding plate 2, so that the arc-shaped scraping plate can be quickly guaranteed to reset after being bent, and the arc-shaped scraping plate is continuously contacted with the conveyor belt, and the scraping operation of the conveyor belt is completed;
when the middle area of the conveyer belt is required to be cleaned in a concentrated manner, along with the normal movement process of the conveyer belt, the conveyer belt is contacted with a vertical scraping plate 25 arranged on a feed hopper body 24, residual materials in the middle area of the conveyer belt are cleaned by the vertical scraping plate 25, scraped materials enter a conveying cylinder 21 through the feed hopper body 24, a conveying shaft 22 is driven to rotate, the conveying shaft 22 and a spiral conveying fan blade 23 rotate in the conveying cylinder 21 together, the materials falling into the conveying cylinder 21 move in the conveying cylinder 21, and finally the materials fall into a material collecting groove 27 through a material discharging channel 26, so that the collection operation of the materials is completed;
in the process of driving the driving shaft 32 to rotate, the rotary drum 30 is enabled to rotate on the rotating piece 29, the rotary drum 30 drives the flexible scraping plates 31 to scrape and clean the conveying belt, the flexible scraping plates 31 are enabled to clean residual materials in the shallow grooves on the conveying belt, the rotating direction of the rotary drum 30 is consistent with the rotating direction of the transmission shaft, the rotating direction of the rotary drum 30 is enabled to be opposite to the moving direction of the conveying belt, the flexible scraping plates 31 are enabled to clean the materials on the conveying belt, and the cleaned materials fall into the collecting groove 27 along the guide plate 33 to be collected together.
