Claims (5)
1. But dust collecting equipment of quick assembly disassembly clearance includes: a dust removal box (1); an air inlet pipe (2) is connected to the middle position of the top of the dust removal box (1); the left side and the right side of the dust removal box (1) are both provided with a filter plate box positioning rod (3) in a sliding manner; the dust collection device is characterized in that a filter plate mounting box (4) is embedded and mounted on the inner side of the bottom of the dust collection box (1); the middle position of the front side of the filter plate mounting box (4) is connected with an air outlet pipe (5); four filter plate mounting frames (6) are arranged on the inner side of the filter plate mounting box (4); two supporting sliding blocks (7) are fixed on the left side and the right side of the four filter plate mounting frames (6), and nylon connecting ropes (8) are respectively bound between the upper and the lower adjacent supporting sliding blocks (7); two electric cylinder locking blocks (9) are fixedly and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the top of the filter plate mounting frame (6) at the uppermost part; a filter plate (10) is arranged on the inner side of the top of the filter plate mounting frame (6); two multi-section electric cylinders (11) are fixedly arranged on two sides of the interior of the dust removal box (1); the bottom ends of the two multi-section electric cylinders (11) are provided with a locking head (12) through welding;
The length and the width of the empty groove at the inner side of the filter plate mounting box (4) are equal to those of the filter plate mounting frame (6), four vertical special-shaped grooves are also formed at the inner side of the filter plate mounting box (4), and the cross section size of each special-shaped groove is equal to that of the supporting sliding block (7);
The inner side of the dust removal box (1) is also provided with four vertical special-shaped grooves with the cross section dimension equal to that of the supporting sliding block (7), and the vertical special-shaped grooves on the inner side of the filter plate mounting box (4) are vertically aligned with the vertical special-shaped grooves on the inner side of the dust removal box (1) after the filter plate mounting box is mounted;
The upper part of the locking head (12) is a cylindrical rod, the lower part of the locking head is a spherical bulge, the inner sides of the tops of the electric cylinder locking blocks (9) are all provided with a guide groove penetrating through the electric cylinder locking blocks in a front-back mode, and the locking head (12) can slide in the guide groove of the inner sides of the tops of the electric cylinder locking blocks (9) in a front-back mode.

A dust removing apparatus for quick assembly disassembly cleaning as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the bottom front side of dust collection box (1) is open-type structure, filter plate mounting box (4) can slide back and forth in the opening of dust collection box (1) bottom front side, and its top outer wall can hug closely with the inner wall of dust collection box (1) after filter plate mounting box (4) installation.

A dust removing apparatus for quick assembly disassembly cleaning as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the left and right sides of the rear of filter plate mounting box (4) all outwards bulge, and filter plate box locating lever (3) can slide from top to bottom in the left and right sides of dust removal case (1), and when filter plate mounting box (4) are installed and filter plate box locating lever (3) slides to the bottommost, the outer wall of filter plate box locating lever (3) can hug closely with the outer wall of filter plate mounting box (4) rear both sides bulge.
4. A dust removing apparatus for quick assembly disassembly cleaning as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the length and the width of the cavity at the inner side of the dust removing box (1) are equal to those of the filter plate mounting frame (6).

A dust removing apparatus for quick assembly disassembly cleaning as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the inner sides of the filter plate mounting frames (6) are respectively provided with a rectangular groove with the size corresponding to that of the filter plates (10), two sides of the bottom of each rectangular groove are respectively provided with a rectangular baffle, and the lengths of the nylon connecting ropes (8) are equal.
