Technical Field

Background
Petroleum, also known as crude oil, is a brown-black flammable viscous liquid extracted from deep underground, is an indispensable resource in the history of industrial development, is composed of different hydrocarbon mixtures, can be applied to various industries through processing treatment, is extracted from crude oil positioned underground during oil extraction, is formed through evolution of hundreds of millions of years in the underground, and is accompanied by various impurities which are deposited in the underground together with the petroleum, and the petroleum is generally subjected to simple primary filtration and then subsequent processing treatment during oil extraction.
According to the high-efficient filter equipment for oil collection that chinese patent document of publication No. CN217247370U discloses, the power distribution box comprises a box body, the box top is equipped with the feeder hopper, one side is equipped with the collection box, the inside top of box is equipped with the filter plate, the filter plate bottom is equipped with the deflector, the deflector bottom is equipped with the cartridge filter, inside the cartridge filter is equipped with the (mixing) shaft, the (mixing) shaft top is connected with the horizontal pole, the horizontal pole both sides are connected with the scraper blade, the bottom is equipped with the stirring leaf, the cartridge filter bottom is equipped with driving motor, the driving motor both sides are equipped with the collecting vessel, be equipped with the spacing post on the box inner wall, be connected with the limiting plate on the spacing post, the spacing post bottom is equipped with the backup pad, the backup pad bottom is equipped with vibrating motor, the output of vibrating motor is connected with the pivot, be connected with the cam in the pivot, cartridge filter bottom both sides are equipped with the fixed column, the bottom half is equipped with oil drain pipe.
Based on the above patent search and the discovery of the device in combination with the prior art, when the device is applied, firstly, the residue filtered by the oil during the first filtering is slid into the collecting box through the inclined filter plate, then the filtered residue is led into the collecting cylinder by the collecting pipe, but when the crude oil is extracted from the ground, the impurity size doped therein is all the same, and the crude oil belongs to a relatively viscous liquid, in the device, the crude oil is led into the collecting box along with the inclined filter plate at the filtering speed lower than the crude oil leading speed, and secondly, the impurity filtered by the crude oil filtered in the filter cylinder is stored in the collecting cylinder, so that the impurity in the filter cylinder is required to be continuously clear along with the continuous filtering of the crude oil, the time and effort are wasted, the efficiency of filtering the device is affected when the collecting box or the collecting cylinder is cleaned by stopping working of the device, and the change of the impurity in the crude oil can cause the time of changing the collecting box or the collecting cylinder, the blocking of the device which is easy to cause the whole filtering device to be blocked, and the filtering efficiency of the device is further affected.
Accordingly, there is a need for an improved primary oil recovery filter assembly that addresses the above-described problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a primary petroleum collection filter device and a use method thereof, crude oil can be continuously filtered through a cylinder formed by a plurality of detachable arc-shaped filter plates, a plurality of stirring rods accelerate the filtering process, when impurities are deposited on a conical filter plate, a plurality of inclined scraping rods in rotation further filter impurities deposited at the bottom and crude oil through the conical filter plate, when the impurities are deposited to a certain amount, a servo motor is started, the impurities are sent out of a box body through a spiral blade, in the process, no matter how much impurities are from the crude oil, the impurities which are continuously deposited can be continuously removed from the box body when the crude oil is filtered, and when through holes on a first perforated circular plate and a second perforated circular plate are not communicated, the impurities are stopped from being led out, the crude oil in the box body is not leaked, the plurality of vertical scraping rods and the plurality of inclined scraping rods are ensured, the arc-shaped filter plates and the conical filter plate are not blocked when the crude oil is filtered, and the filtering efficiency of the crude oil is greatly improved under the condition that the impurities and the filter plate are removed at any time.

The application method of the primary filter device for petroleum collection comprises the following steps:
s1: firstly, crude oil collected from underground is led into a plurality of arc-shaped filter plates to form a cylinder through an ingress pipe, crude oil is primarily filtered under the action of the plurality of arc-shaped filter plates, then a vertical motor is started to drive a rotation long shaft to rotate, the rotation long shaft further drives a plurality of stirring rods and a plurality of inclined scraping rods to rotate, and crude oil is further driven to accelerate filtration in the plurality of arc-shaped filter plates;
s2: then, after the crude oil continuously enters the filter, the residue after the filtration is collected on the conical filter plate, then a servo motor is started, a short shaft is rotated to drive a second perforated circular plate to rotate, and when a through hole on the second perforated circular plate rotates to be communicated with the first perforated circular plate, the impurities accumulated on the conical filter plate can fall onto the spiral blades along the communicated through hole;
s3: finally, crude oil passing through the arc-shaped filter plates enters the space between the box body and the arc-shaped filter plates, and then is collected at the bottom of the box body, crude oil after primary filtration is guided out of the box body along the delivery pipe, and impurities are driven by the rotation short shaft and the rotation long shaft to drive the inclined scraping rods to push deposited impurities, so that the spiral blades can continuously drive the impurities to be delivered out of the box body through the slag discharge pipe.
The application has at least the following beneficial effects:
1. the cylinder formed by the arc-shaped filter plates which are detachable is used for continuously filtering crude oil, the stirring rods are used for accelerating the filtering process, when impurities are deposited on the conical filter plates, the rotating inclined scraping rods further filter the impurities deposited at the bottom and the crude oil again through the conical filter plates, when the impurities are deposited to a certain amount, the servo motor is started, the impurities are sent out of the box body through the spiral blades, in the process, no matter how much impurities come from the crude oil, the impurities which are continuously deposited can be continuously removed and sent out of the box body when the crude oil is filtered, and when through holes on the first perforated circular plate and the second perforated circular plate are not communicated, the impurities can be stopped from being led out, the leakage of the crude oil in the box body is not caused, the vertical scraping rods and the inclined scraping rods are guaranteed, the arc-shaped filter plates and the crude oil can not be blocked when the impurities and the filter plates are filtered, and the filtering efficiency of the crude oil can be greatly improved under the condition that the impurities and the filter plates can be removed at any time.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present application will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, by which the implementation process of how the present application can be applied to solve the technical problems and achieve the technical effects can be fully understood and implemented.
As shown in fig. 1-6, the primary filter device for petroleum collection provided in this embodiment comprises a foot rest 2 and a case body 1 fixedly connected to the foot rest 2, a case cover 3 connected to the case body 1 via bolts, a plurality of fixed short rods 4 fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the case body 1, a plurality of fixed short rods 4 equidistantly arranged around the central axis of the case body 1, a plurality of filter plate fixed vertical rods 5 fixedly connected to one end of the plurality of fixed short rods 4 far away from the inner side wall of the case body 1, a plurality of filter plate fixed vertical rods 5 equidistantly arranged around the central axis of the case body 1, arc filter plates 6 respectively clamped between the plurality of filter plate fixed vertical rods 5, a rotation long shaft 18 rotationally connected between the upper end surface of the cross rotating shaft frame 10 and the case cover 3, a plurality of stirring rods 20 fixedly connected to the rotation long shaft 18 at equal intervals, each stirring rod 20 being a plurality of stirring rods 20 equidistantly arranged around the central axis of the case body 1, the stirring rods 20 are all positioned right above the stirring rods 19, the stirring rods 20 are respectively connected with stirring blades 21 through bolts, one ends of the stirring rods 20 far away from the rotary long shafts 18 are respectively and fixedly connected with vertical scraping rods 22, one side surface of each vertical scraping rod 22 far away from the rotary long shafts 18 is contacted with the inner side walls of the corresponding arc-shaped filter plates 6, the upper end surface of the box cover 3 is provided with a vertical motor 25, one end of the rotary long shafts 18 far away from the bottom wall of the box body 1 penetrates through the box cover 3 and is connected with the output end of the vertical motor 25, under the action of the driving rotary long shafts 18 of the vertical motor 25, the stirring rods 20 respectively drive the vertical scraping rods 22 to scrape and clean the inner side walls of the corresponding arc-shaped filter plates 6 while accelerating the filtration of crude oil, according to different requirements, the lengths of the stirring blades 21 can be replaced, to change the pushing force of the crude oil;

further, as shown in fig. 1-6, a plurality of baffle plates 23 are fixed on one side of the plurality of filter plate fixing vertical rods 5, which is close to the rotation long shaft 18, at equal intervals, a plurality of baffle plates 23 are respectively and fixedly arranged between the plurality of baffle plates 23 and the plurality of filter plate fixing vertical rods 5 to form a separation layer for fixing a plurality of arc-shaped filter plates 6, one side wall of the baffle plates 23, which is far away from the rotation long shaft 18, is contacted with one side wall of the arc-shaped filter plates 6, which is close to the rotation long shaft 18, a fixing pressing plate 24 is respectively hinged to the upper end of one side wall of the plurality of filter plate fixing vertical rods 5, the lower end face of the fixing pressing plate 24 is contacted with the upper end faces of two arc-shaped filter plates 6, which are clamped with the filter plate fixing vertical rods 5, the fixing pressing plate 24 is connected to the upper end faces of the filter plate fixing vertical rods 5 through bolts, an ingress pipe 26 is connected to the outer side wall of the box 1 through bolts, one end of the ingress pipe 26 is communicated with the inside of the box 1, one end of the ingress pipe 26 is located above the conical filter plates 8, the bottom of the box 1 is communicated with an egress pipe 27, and the egress pipe 27 is fixedly connected to the lower end face of the foot rest 2, and when the arc-shaped filter plates 6 are needed, the bolts of the fixing pressing plate 24 are loosely fixed, and then the fixing pressing plates 24 are pulled out of the arc-shaped filter plates 6.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the application method of the primary filtering device for petroleum collection provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s1: firstly, crude oil collected from the underground is guided into a plurality of arc filter plates 6 to form a cylinder through an ingress pipe 26, the crude oil is primarily filtered under the action of the plurality of arc filter plates 6, then a vertical motor 25 is started to drive a rotation long shaft 18 to rotate, the rotation long shaft 18 further drives a plurality of stirring rods 20 and a plurality of inclined scraping rods 19 to rotate, and crude oil is further driven to accelerate filtration in the plurality of arc filter plates 6;
s2: then, after the crude oil continuously enters the filter, the residue after the filtration is collected on the conical filter plate 8, then a servo motor 17 is started, a rotating short shaft 11 drives a second perforated circular plate 14 to rotate, and when a through hole on the second perforated circular plate 14 rotates to be communicated with a first perforated circular plate 13, impurities accumulated on the conical filter plate 8 can fall onto the spiral blades 12 along the communicated through hole;
s3: finally, crude oil passing through the arc-shaped filter plates 6 is collected at the bottom of the box 1 in the space between the box 1 and the arc-shaped filter plates 6, the primary filtered crude oil is guided out of the box 1 along the guiding pipe 27, and impurities are continuously driven by the helical blades 12 to be sent out of the box 1 through the slag discharging pipe 9 under the action of the rotation short shaft 11 and the rotation long shaft 18 to drive the inclined scraping rods 19 to push deposited impurities.
