Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heat pump technology and renewable energy source utilization, in particular to a low-carbon control system cluster for aquaculture stage by stage based on renewable energy sources.
Background
Since the beginning of the 21 st century, the consumer model of common people has been continuously changed and the level of fishery technology has been significantly improved, and aquaculture has become a widely developed industrial form throughout the country, particularly in coastal areas. Aquaculture, a production activity by which aquatic animals and plants are propagated, cultivated and harvested under artificial control, generally involves the whole process of growing the aquatic products from offspring seeds under artificial feeding management. However, aquatic products generally belong to temperature-changing animals, and can normally grow and reproduce only in a proper temperature and oxygen content range, otherwise, growth stop and even death can occur. Therefore, the temperature control and oxygenation technology is critical to the development of the aquaculture industry.
Regarding the temperature control technology, the traditional refrigeration/heating mode adopts a coal-fired boiler, a gas-fired boiler and the like with high pollutant emission. The air source heat pump has the advantages of ideal heating and refrigerating effects, moderate initial investment, intelligent control and the like due to the energy-saving, environment-friendly and safety characteristics, and receives great attention from the government. However, the heat pump alone is used for controlling the temperature, so that the problems of high power consumption, high running cost and the like still exist. The solar energy is used as inexhaustible renewable clean energy, and has wide application fields such as power generation, heating, energy storage and the like. Therefore, the organic combination of photovoltaic photo-thermal technology, heat pump technology and energy storage technology has become one of the most promising temperature control modes at present.
In terms of oxygenation technology, large-scale air blasting devices are commonly adopted for oxygen supply in traditional aquaculture, and the oxygen supply is carried out in a long-distance concentrated mode by connecting air pipes and extending the air pipes into the bottoms of different ponds. However, the fan is required to have a higher pressure head by adopting the mode, and a large amount of energy is lost in the pipeline conveying process, so that the practical requirements in aquaculture are difficult to meet.
Patent CN 11086211A discloses an aquaculture is with heat supply oxygenation integral type heat pump set, through substituting traditional boiler energy supply with the air source heat pump, is equipped with many small-size air-blowers in heat pump set inside simultaneously and carries out oxygenation, has solved the problem that energy utilization efficiency is low to a certain extent. However, as the number of ponds increases, the number of blowers increases with an increase in electrical energy demand. If the power grid is used as the only electric energy source, the system operation cost and the carbon dioxide and pollutant emission caused by the electric energy supply can be greatly improved.
Patent CN 104351119A discloses a heat and oxygen supply mechanism for aquaculture, which is characterized in that a pipeline with micropores is arranged in a culture pond and then is communicated with an air compressor and a solar water heater outside the pond. The aquaculture heat and oxygen supply mechanism adopts a mode of directly supplying heat and oxygen in aquaculture water, and solves the problem of heat and oxygen supply of aquaculture to a certain extent. However, the solar water heater is actually simply combined with the oxygenerator, the integration level is low, and meanwhile, the solar water heater has the regional limitation and the time period limitation, so that the functions of temperature control and oxygen supply real-time regulation in aquaculture are difficult to realize.

Further, when the heating pond is in the service period, the third heat collection stop valve and the fourth heat collection stop valve are opened, the heated secondary refrigerant water in the heat storage water tank is pumped by the second water pump to pass through the fourth heat collection stop valve and then flows into the second heat exchange water pipe in the heating pond, the water in the pond is heated to maintain the comfort of the water temperature in the pond under the low-temperature environment, and the cooled secondary refrigerant water is pumped by the second water pump to flow through the third heat collection stop valve and is sent back to the heat storage water tank, so that the second secondary refrigerant heating cycle is completed;
When the refrigerating pond is in the service life, the refrigerating pond has no heating requirement, so heat generated by solar energy is conveyed to other occasions needing heating near the aquaculture ground, the supplementing water inlet stop valve and the supplementing water outlet stop valve are opened, the heated secondary refrigerant water in the heat storage water tank flows out of the supplementing water outlet stop valve through the pumping of the third water pump to heat other occasions, and low-temperature supplementing water is pumped by the third water pump to flow into the heat storage water tank through the supplementing water inlet stop valve to be heated, so that the supplementing water heating cycle is completed.
Further, when the four-way reversing valve is in the service life of the heating pond, the four-way reversing valve is required to be switched into a heating mode, and a refrigerant circulation loop, an air circulation loop and a first secondary refrigerant heating circulation loop in the refrigerant circulation system work normally;
opening the first heating stop valve and the second heating stop valve, and enabling high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas discharged from the compressor to flow through a first heat exchange channel of the water source heat exchanger and be cooled by low-temperature secondary refrigerant water pumped to a second heat exchange channel of the water source heat exchanger by a first water pump; then, the low-temperature high-pressure refrigerant flows into the electronic expansion valve to be throttled and depressurized, and then enters the air source heat exchanger to exchange heat with the ambient air conveyed by the axial flow fan; finally, low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant gas flowing out of the air source heat exchanger enters the compressor through the four-way reversing valve, and the compressed high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant gas flows into the first heat exchange channel of the water source heat exchanger again to complete refrigerant circulation and air circulation;
The secondary refrigerant water heated in the second heat exchange channel of the water source heat exchanger sequentially passes through the buffer water tank and the first heating stop valve, flows into the first heat exchange water pipe in the heating pond, and heats water in the pond to maintain the comfort of water temperature in the pond in a low-temperature environment; and then, the cooled secondary refrigerant water flows through a second heating stop valve, and is pumped back to a second heat exchange channel of the water source heat exchanger by a first water pump, so that the first secondary refrigerant heating cycle is completed.
When the water tank is in the service life of the refrigeration water tank, the four-way reversing valve is required to be switched into a refrigeration mode, and a refrigerant circulation loop, an air circulation loop and a secondary refrigerant refrigeration circulation loop in the refrigerant circulation system work normally.
Opening the first refrigeration stop valve and the second refrigeration stop valve, and enabling high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas discharged from the compressor to enter an air source heat exchanger refrigerant channel to exchange heat with ambient air conveyed by the axial flow fan; then, the cooled low-temperature high-pressure refrigerant flows into an electronic expansion valve to be throttled and depressurized, then enters a first heat exchange channel of a water source heat exchanger, and absorbs heat in the secondary refrigerant water pumped into a second heat exchange channel of the water source heat exchanger by a first water pump; finally, low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant gas flowing out of the first heat exchange channel of the water source heat exchanger enters the compressor through the four-way reversing valve, and the compressed high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant gas flows into the refrigerant channel of the air source heat exchanger again to complete refrigerant circulation and air circulation;
The secondary refrigerant water cooled in the second heat exchange channel of the water source heat exchanger is pumped to the first refrigeration stop valve by the first water pump, flows into the third heat exchange water pipe in the refrigeration pond, and cools the water in the pond to maintain the comfort of the water temperature in the pond in a high-temperature environment; then, the secondary refrigerant water after absorbing heat sequentially enters a second refrigeration stop valve and a buffer water tank, and finally is pumped back to a second heat exchange channel of the water source heat exchanger by a first water pump, so that the secondary refrigerant refrigeration cycle is completed;
furthermore, the monitoring and controlling system needs to maintain the working state all the year round because the monitoring and controlling of parameters in the pond are needed in the whole aquaculture process; in terms of water temperature monitoring and controlling, when the water temperature monitoring probe detects that the water temperature is lower than a set value in the service period of the heating pool, the control box starts the compressor, the first water pump and the second water pump to heat the pool until the temperature rises to the set value, and then the control box is closed; when the water tank is in the service period of the refrigeration water tank, if the second water temperature monitoring probe detects that the water temperature is higher than the set value, the control box starts the compressor and the first water pump to perform water tank refrigeration, and the control box can be closed after the temperature is reduced to the set value; for water quality monitoring regulation and control, when the water quality monitoring probe detects that the oxygen content in water is low, the control box starts the air blower, air enters the bottom of the pond through the air blower through the air pipe to carry out oxygenation, and the air blower can be turned off until the oxygen content reaches a set value.

the coolant water heated in the second heat exchange channel 1B of the water source heat exchanger 1 sequentially passes through the buffer water tank 7 and the first heating stop valve 35, and the first heat exchange water pipe 19 flowing into the heating pond 17 heats water in the pond so as to maintain the comfort of water temperature in the pond in a low-temperature environment. Then, the cooled coolant water flows through the second heating stop valve 36 and is pumped back to the second heat exchange channel 1B of the water source heat exchanger 1 by the first water pump 8, so that the first coolant heating cycle is completed;
When the four-way reversing valve 5 is in the service life of the refrigeration pond, the four-way reversing valve 5 is required to be switched into a refrigeration mode, and a refrigerant circulation loop, an air circulation loop and a secondary refrigerant refrigeration circulation loop in the refrigerant circulation system work normally;

Then, the coolant water after absorbing heat sequentially enters the second refrigeration stop valve 38 and the buffer water tank 7, and finally is pumped back to the second heat exchange channel 1B of the water source heat exchanger 1 by the first water pump 8, so that the coolant refrigeration cycle is completed;
The monitoring and control system needs to maintain the working state all the year round because the monitoring and control of parameters in the pond are needed in the whole aquaculture process; regarding water temperature monitoring and control, when the first water temperature monitoring probe 22 detects that the water temperature is lower than a set value in the service period of the heating pool, the control box 13 starts the compressor 6, the first water pump 8 and the second water pump 9 to heat the pool until the temperature rises to the set value; when the water tank is in the service period of the refrigeration water tank, if the second water temperature monitoring probe 24 detects that the water temperature is higher than the set value, the control box 13 starts the compressor 6 and the first water pump 8 to perform water tank refrigeration until the temperature is reduced to the set value, and then the water tank can be closed; for water quality monitoring regulation, when the water quality monitoring probes 23 and 25 detect that the oxygen content in water is low, the control box 13 starts the air blower 12, and air enters the bottom of the pond through the air blower 12 via the air pipes 62 and 63 to carry out oxygenation, and the air blower is turned off until the oxygen content reaches a set value.
