(3) Heat setting treatment: heating and shaping the washed base fabric, wherein the heat shaping temperature is 160-200 ℃, and the shaping speed is 40-80m/min;
(4) Calendering: the shaped base cloth is calendared by a calendaring machine, the calendaring temperature is 150-200 ℃, the calendaring pressure is 5-10MPa, and the front and back sides of the calendaring times are 1-5 times respectively;
(5) Coating an elastic layer: adding ethyl acetate into polyurethane resin, dispersing for 5-10 minutes, then adding thermal expansion microspheres, dispersing for 10-20 minutes, slowly adding a cross-linking agent in the dispersing process, simultaneously scraping the dispersed slurry on the front and back surfaces of the base cloth, and sending the base cloth into a drying room for drying at 130-180 ℃ for 0.5-3 minutes, wherein the glue coating amount is 36-48g/m < 2 >;
(6) And (3) coating a printing layer: dispersing polyurethane resin in color paste and ethyl acetate for 15-25min, adding 1000 mesh white carbon black, slowly adding cross-linking agent during dispersion, spreading on the front and back surfaces of the elastic layer, drying in a drying room at 130-150deg.C for 0.5-3min, and coating with a coating amount of 18-24g/m2;
(7) Secondary calendaring, namely calendaring again after the printing layer coating is finished, wherein the calendaring temperature is 70-100 ℃, the calendaring pressure is 5-8MPa, and the front and back sides of the calendaring times are 1-5 times respectively;
(8) Rewinding and cutting: and the slitting and winding device slits the wound trademark tape, and packages the wound trademark tape after rewinding.
