Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of coal, in particular to a coal gangue cascade utilization method.
Background
The coal resource is taken as main energy source of China, the fundamental change can not occur in a short period, and the exploitation of the coal resource is accompanied by the production of a large amount of gangue solid waste. According to incomplete statistics, the total accumulated coal gangue of the national coal mines is about 70 hundred million tons, about 2700 coal gangue hills are arranged, and the occupied land reaches 1.6 ten thousand hectares. Because coal gangue generally contains combustible substances such as residual coal, carbonaceous mudstone, fluid iron ore, crushed wood and the like, spontaneous combustion phenomenon is often generated after long-term open-air accumulation, and a large amount of harmful gases such as CO, CO2, SO2, H2S, NO and the like are discharged, SO that a series of hazards are brought to the surrounding environment. In addition, the gangue contains a large amount of toxic and harmful substances and heavy metal substances, such as Cr, ni, cu, zn, cd, pb, hg and other elements, and after the gangue is subjected to weathering leaching, the harmful substances in the gangue possibly enter soil and underground water, so that water, soil and environment are polluted.
Under the double constraints of a double-carbon target and ecological civilization construction requirement, green disposal of coal gangue has become one of the important problems for limiting high-quality development of coal mine development enterprises. The comprehensive utilization mode of the coal gangue mainly comprises land reclamation, underground filling, coal gangue power generation, building material production by the coal gangue and the like, so that land occupation is reduced, recycling of resources is realized, green development of coal industry is promoted, and important effects are played for alleviating shortage of partial raw materials and improving ecological environment quality.
The existing disposal mode of the coal gangue does not form a cascade utilization mode, but utilizes a one-pot method, and the utilization technical route is mostly similar to a series comprehensive utilization mode of 'coal gangue-combustion power generation-coal ash for manufacturing building materials', 'coal gangue-crushing-adding auxiliary materials-forming fertilizers', 'coal gangue-crushing screening-building materials manufacturing', and the like.
