Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of an embodiment of the present application is to provide a packaging box for accessories, which is used for solving the problems of complex packaging box structure and high use cost of packaging accessories.
An object of an embodiment of the present application is to provide a fitment packing box including:
one end of the first body is provided with a positioning plate;
the second bodies are respectively connected with the other ends of the two first bodies, the second bodies are provided with first slots along the length direction of the second bodies, and the edges of the second bodies are provided with second slots;
the third body is provided with a positioning jack matched with the positioning plate, one end of the third body is provided with a first plugboard matched with the first slot, the other end of the third body is provided with a second plugboard matched with the second slot, and a closed accommodating cavity is formed after the third body is assembled with the first body and the second body.
As an alternative embodiment, the first slots are oppositely arranged in two groups along the length direction of the second body, and the third body is arranged in two groups and is respectively assembled with the first body and the second body to form symmetrical accommodating cavities.
As an optional embodiment, the first body is of a plate-shaped structure, a first crease line and a second crease line which are parallel to each other are arranged on the first body, the first body is bent along the first crease line to form a first side wall, the first body is bent along the second crease line to form a second side wall, a first bottom surface is arranged between the first side wall and the second side wall, and a positioning plate is arranged on the second side wall.
As an optional embodiment, a third crease line and a fourth crease line parallel to each other are provided on the second body, the second body is bent along the third crease line to form a third side wall, the second body is bent along the fourth crease line to form a fourth side wall, a second bottom surface is provided between the third side wall and the fourth side wall, a first slot is provided on the second bottom surface, two ends of the first slot extend to the third side wall and the fourth side wall respectively, and a second slot is provided at an edge of the third side wall and an edge of the fourth side wall respectively.
As an optional embodiment, when the second bodies are provided in plurality, adjacent second bodies are connected through a connecting plate, and the connecting plate protrudes out of the second bodies.
As an optional embodiment, a fifth crease line, a sixth crease line and a seventh crease line which are parallel to each other are provided on the third body, the third body is bent along the fifth crease line to form a fifth side wall, the second body is bent along the sixth crease line to form a sixth side wall, the third body is bent along the seventh crease line to form a seventh side wall, a third bottom surface is provided between the fifth side wall and the sixth side wall, a positioning jack is provided on the third bottom surface, one end of the positioning jack extends towards the fifth side wall, and a second plugboard is provided on the seventh side wall.
As an alternative embodiment, the first board includes a plurality of boards a and boards B that are staggered, where the board a can penetrate through the first slot, and the board B is used to support a space formed by the connection board, the first side wall, and the second side wall.
As an alternative embodiment, the second board includes a plurality of boards C and boards D that are staggered, where the board C corresponds to the board a in position and contacts the board a after assembly, the board D corresponds to the board B in position, and the board D mates with the second slot.
As an alternative embodiment, the sixth side wall of at least one of the third bodies is provided with a plurality of through holes which are uniformly distributed.
As an alternative embodiment, the receiving cavity is used for placing a power adapter or a power cord.
The embodiment of the application has the beneficial effects that:
the application has reasonable structural design, provides a plasticizing-free packaging scheme, forms a containing cavity for loading accessories by folding the first body, the second body and the third body, is simple to assemble, is packaged together with the equipment main body, does not occupy additional space, has attractive structure and is beneficial to improving user experience.
The application can effectively typeset during printing, avoids wasting raw materials, is beneficial to reducing the production cost and realizes batch production; and after being packaged together with the equipment main body, the application has the advantages of no excessive increase of the whole size, large number of code beats and high loading rate, and is beneficial to reducing logistics cost.

When packing the computer, present packaging structure does not contain the accessory box, needs extra space of providing to place the accessory, leads to the carton size big, and the sign indicating number is few, and logistics cost is high. And the existing packaging box of the packaging accessory is complex in structure and attractive in appearance, plastic materials are adopted, an injection mold is needed during manufacturing, development cost is high, and follow-up mold repair cost is high. This also results in the problems of more materials used and complex assembly.
In view of the foregoing, an object of an embodiment of the present application is to provide a fitting packing box, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, including a first body 1, a second body 2, and a third body 4.
One end of the first body 1 is provided with a positioning plate 15. The second body 2 is respectively connected with the other ends of the two first bodies 1, a first slot 25 is arranged on the second body 2 along the length direction of the second body, and a second slot 26 is arranged at the edge of the second body 2. Wherein, two first body 1 with second body 2 sets up as an organic whole structure.
The third body 4 is provided with a positioning jack 47 matched with the positioning plate 15, one end of the third body is provided with a first plugboard 48 matched with the first slot 25, the other end of the third body is provided with a second plugboard 49 matched with the second slot 26, the third body 4 and the first body 1 and the second body 2 form a closed accommodating cavity 5 after being assembled, and the accommodating cavity 5 is used for accommodating a power adapter or a power wire.
When the folded first body 1, second body 2 and third body 4 are assembled, the specific steps are as follows: the first plugboard 48 on the third body 4 is in plug-in fit with the first slot 25 of the second body 2, and at this time, the positioning plate 15 on the first body 1 penetrates through the positioning jack 47 on the third body 4, so as to determine the relative installation positions among the first body 1, the second body 2 and the third body 4, and an open accommodating cavity 5 is formed among the first body 1, the second body 2 and the third body 4, and a power adapter or a power wire is placed in the accommodating cavity 5.
Then, the second plugboard 49 on the third body 4 is matched with the second slot 26 on the second body 2 in a plugging manner, so that the third body 4 and the second body 2 are fixed, meanwhile, the accommodating cavity 5 formed among the first body 1, the second body 2 and the third body 4 is closed, the power adapter or the power wire is accommodated, only a paperboard is needed in the whole process, no plasticization package is realized, the assembly is simple, and the package is attractive.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the first slots 25 are arranged in two groups along the length direction of the second body 2, and the third body 4 is arranged in two groups and forms symmetrical accommodating cavities 5 after being assembled with the first body 1 and the second body 2 respectively. Different fittings, such as power adapters or power lines, are respectively stored in the two symmetrically arranged receiving chambers 5.
Wherein a plurality of through holes 6 are uniformly distributed on the sixth side wall 44 of at least one of the third bodies 4 so that a user can observe the type of the accessories stored in the accommodating cavity 5 without disassembling the packing box.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 8-9, two of the first bodies 1 and the plurality of second bodies 2 are manufactured as a single structure and are both plate-shaped structures. The first body 1 is provided with a first crease line 10 and a second crease line 11 which are parallel to each other, the first body 1 is bent along the first crease line 10 to form a first side wall 12, the first body 1 is bent along the second crease line 11 to form a second side wall 13, a first bottom surface 14 is arranged between the first side wall 12 and the second side wall 13, and a positioning plate 15 is arranged on the second side wall 13.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 8-fig. 9, a third crease line 20 and a fourth crease line 21 are parallel to each other on the second body 2, the second body 2 is bent along the third crease line 20 to form a third side wall 22, the second body 2 is bent along the fourth crease line 21 to form a fourth side wall 23, a second bottom surface 24 is disposed between the third side wall 22 and the fourth side wall 23, a first slot 25 is formed on the second bottom surface 24, two ends of the first slot 25 extend toward the third side wall 22 and the fourth side wall 23 respectively, and a second slot 26 is formed at an edge of the third side wall 22 and an edge of the fourth side wall 23 respectively.
When a plurality of second bodies 2 are provided, as shown in fig. 9, adjacent second bodies 2 are connected by a connecting plate 3, and the connecting plate 3 protrudes from the second bodies 2.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 10-11, a fifth crease line 40, a sixth crease line 41 and a seventh crease line 42 are parallel to each other on the third body 4, the third body 4 is bent along the fifth crease line 40 to form a fifth side wall 43, the second body 2 is bent along the sixth crease line 41 to form a sixth side wall 44, the third body 4 is bent along the seventh crease line 42 to form a seventh side wall 45, a third bottom surface 46 is provided between the fifth side wall 43 and the sixth side wall 44, a positioning jack 47 is provided on the third bottom surface 46, one end of the positioning jack 47 extends toward the fifth side wall 43, and a second insert plate 49 is provided on the seventh side wall 45.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the first board 48 includes a plurality of boards a481 and B482 that are staggered, where the boards a481 can penetrate the first slot 25, and the boards B482 are used to support the space formed by the connection board 3, the first side wall 12, and the second side wall 13.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the second insert board 49 includes a plurality of insert boards C491 and insert boards D492 arranged in a staggered manner, where the positions of the insert boards C491 correspond to the positions of the insert boards a481 and are in contact with each other after assembly, the positions of the insert boards D492 correspond to the positions of the insert boards B482, and the insert boards D492 are mated with the second slots 26.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3, the present application uses two first bodies and five second bodies as a portion a, and uses two third bodies, one of which has a through hole, as a portion B. On a piece of paperboard, 2A parts and 2B parts are effectively typeset, so that raw materials are prevented from being wasted, the production cost is reduced, and batch production is realized.
And because the accessory needs to occupy extra space when packing, the size of the packing box is large, so that the existing packing box cannot fully utilize space when stacking, and the loading rate is low. After the application is applied, the application is packaged together with the equipment main body (the computer host and/or the display), the whole size is not excessively increased, the number of code beats is large, the loading space is fully utilized, the loading rate is high, and the logistic cost is reduced.
