Background
The existing cleaning mode is to directly put a metal stamping part into an ultrasonic cleaner to finish cleaning, so that in the process of putting, stirring and taking out a workpiece, larger or smaller scratches are easily formed on the surface of the workpiece, or deformation occurs, and the subsequent product yield or product assembly can be influenced. And when current ultrasonic cleaning, even set up anchor clamps, but anchor clamps and work piece's area of contact is big, causes the work piece to wash completely, and belt cleaning device can not wash different structural shapes simultaneously, and not equidimension and different grade type work piece cause belt cleaning device work efficiency low, wash incompletely.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to solve the problems, and designs a multifunctional cleaning device for metal workpieces.
The application provides a multifunctional cleaning device for metal workpieces, which comprises an ultrasonic cleaning machine, an air cylinder, a connecting rod, a self-locking universal wheel and a rotation locking mechanism, wherein the rotation locking mechanism comprises a rotating shaft, a sliding strip, a locking wheel, a telescopic rod and clamping jaws, the rotating shaft is provided with a sliding groove, the sliding strip is arranged in the sliding groove to slide, the pressing wheel is arranged on a rotating shaft lug plate on the rotating shaft, one section of the telescopic rod is rotationally connected with the sliding strip through the sliding strip lug plate on the sliding strip, the other end of the telescopic rod is rotationally connected with the rotating rod on the clamping jaws, and the clamping jaws are arranged on a mounting frame of the rotating shaft.
Further, the pivot is including setting up the connecting axle at the pivot both ends, the pivot axial sets up many spouts, a plurality of mounting brackets of pivot circumference equipartition and pivot otic placode, set up a plurality of mounting grooves on the mounting bracket.
Further, an operating handle is arranged at one end of the sliding strip body of the sliding strip, and a plurality of sliding strip lug plates are arranged along the length direction of the sliding strip body.
Further, the pressing wheel comprises a cylindrical wheel, two side surfaces of the cylindrical wheel are respectively provided with an eccentric shaft, the eccentric shafts are not coincident with the circle centers of the cylindrical wheel, and a pressing handle is arranged on the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical wheel.
Further, the clamping jaw comprises a clamping jaw I and a clamping jaw II, a connecting boss I on the clamping jaw I is hinged with a connecting boss II on the clamping jaw II, and a mounting boss on the clamping jaw I is arranged on the mounting groove.
Further, the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw are arranged in a hollow semicircular shape, a plurality of first clamping jaw strips are arranged on the first clamping jaw at intervals, a plurality of second clamping jaw strips are arranged on the second clamping jaw at intervals, the first clamping jaw strips and the second clamping jaw strips are in arc strips, and the first clamping jaw strips and the second clamping jaw strips are mutually intersected in the clamping jaw clamping process.
Further, three groups of telescopic rods and clamping jaws are arranged along the sliding strip body, and compression springs are arranged inside the telescopic rods.

The application has the beneficial effects that:
1. because the clamping jaw is in a hollow semicircle shape, the clamping jaw I and the clamping jaw II are combined to form the ball cage, and workpieces with different forms and sizes can be placed in the ball cage, so that the ball cage type cleaning machine is suitable for cleaning various workpieces. Meanwhile, as the clamping jaw is provided with the ball cage formed by the arc strips, the arc strips are in point contact with the workpiece, so that the workpiece can be thoroughly cleaned;
2. when the slide bars slide to push the clamping jaw workpieces through the telescopic rods, the lengths of the three groups of telescopic rods on the same slide bar are different due to the contraction of the compression springs in the telescopic rods, so that the opening and closing angles of the three groups of clamping jaws are different, and the three groups of telescopic rods and the clamping jaws on the same slide bar can clamp workpieces with different shapes and sizes;
3. and (3) automatically immersing, namely stretching or shrinking a piston rod of the air cylinder to drive the rotary locking mechanism and the workpiece to be far away from or close to cleaning liquid in the ultrasonic cleaner, and then starting the ultrasonic cleaner to strip off stains attached to the surface of the workpiece.

The application is specifically described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, the application provides a multifunctional cleaning device for metal workpieces, which comprises an ultrasonic cleaner 1, an air cylinder 2, a connecting rod 4, a self-locking universal wheel 3 and a rotation locking mechanism, wherein the rotation locking mechanism comprises a rotating shaft 5, a sliding bar 10, a locking wheel 9, a telescopic rod 8 and a clamping jaw 6, a sliding groove 5-2 is arranged on the rotating shaft 5, the sliding bar 10 is arranged in the sliding groove 5-2 to slide, the pressing wheel 9 is arranged on a rotating shaft lug plate 5-3 on the rotating shaft 5, one section of the telescopic rod 8 is in rotary connection with the sliding bar 10 through the sliding bar lug plate 10-3 on the sliding bar 10, the other end of the telescopic rod 8 is in rotary connection with the rotating rod 6-4 on the clamping jaw 6, and the clamping jaw is arranged on a mounting frame 5-4 of the rotating shaft.

In the working process of the application, the cylinder 2 lifts the rotary locking mechanism to the upper end part of the ultrasonic cleaner 1, the pressing handle 9-2 of the locking wheel 9 is rotated upwards to loosen the slide bar 10, the operating handle 10-1 is pulled to open the clamping jaw 6, a workpiece is placed on the clamping jaw, then the operating handle 10-1 is pushed to enable the slide bar body 10-2 to drive the telescopic rod 8 to push the clamping jaw 6 to clamp the workpiece, and the locking wheel 9 is rotated downwards to compress the slide bar body 10-2, so that the slide bar 10 is locked; the rotating shaft 5 is rotated to repeat the installation process, all the workpieces are arranged on the clamping jaw 6, and the cylinder 2 is contracted to enable the rotating locking mechanism to descend into the ultrasonic cleaning machine for cleaning. After cleaning, the cylinder 2 lifts the rotary locking mechanism to the upper end of the ultrasonic cleaner 1, the pressing handle 9-2 of the locking wheel 9 is rotated upwards to loosen the slide bar 10, the operating handle 10-1 is pulled to open the clamping jaw 6, the workpiece on the clamping jaw is taken out, the rotating shaft 5 is rotated to repeat the process of taking out the workpiece until the workpiece on the clamping jaw 6 is completely taken out.
