The package of claim 9, wherein the left support comprises left and right interconnected risers and the right support comprises right and left interconnected risers and the middle support comprises two middle risers and middle top plates, the left, right and middle top plates each being triangular, the left and one of the middle top plates cooperating to form a top of the installation space, the left riser cooperating to one of the middle risers to form a side wall of the installation space, the right top plate cooperating to the other of the middle top plates to form a top of the other installation space, the right riser cooperating to the other of the middle top plates to form a side wall of the other of the installation space.
